Mr. B Fortin: Brought lawnmower in for drivetrain. Also asked while you got change the oil. Called less than an hour later and told service manager drivetrain is ok, I found the shaft key had fallen out of jetway when repairing a flat tire I fixed. Didn’t need drivetrain work to just change oil. Service manager said ok.Gave me a bill for $182, basically to change oil in a Briggs motor. They put a new key in shaft which takes 5 minutes. Wouldn’t budge on $182. In order to get my mower I had to pay.We all know this is price gouging your customer. Watch out they’ll do it AGAIN!

He basically was refusing to provide service . He may wanted to lighten up his work load or something . Worse customer service I've ever experienced . I'll never have anything to do with that company again . This is a serious complaint not a smear for revenge . This man should not have a job .

Told me to check the mower with 93 gas. Unfortunately, I did not check the mower since it was November and mowing season was over. A month and half later, I had to roll my mower over and saw oil leakage again and a scree missing. I texted him photos and questions. Weeks without response. I follow up today, he says it was PERFECT when he dropped it off, he doesn't do mower repair anymore, and he's drying tractor trailers around the county. I knew I shouldn't have trusted him since he only wanted cash payment.

The tractor needed other work done which he gave me a heavy discount. He had Jeff contact me every step of the way to insure everything he quoted me was fair and I was satisfied. I have upgraded this review from 1 to 5 stars to reflect this. No company is perfect, but they had the perfect way to turn this into a good situation.Thank you!!________________________________________________________________________Service center is horrible!Ashton told me the tractor work would be done an a week or so. A month later still waiting. Was told they were short employees. A couple weeks after that, he told me my tractor hydraulics weren't working, and could be a serious pump issue. After I told them it was BS and a huge argument, everything miraculously started working. All I wanted was a fluid flush and oil change. They tried to up the bill to pad their pockets. Took the tractor to James River, and Daryl took great care of me. If you want to pay top dollar for repairs you don't need, the tractor center is the place for you.

Graham was spot on with all of his communications and replied to my text and emails, even on his days off... can't ask for anything better....anything we have encountered wrong with the machine has been addressed both promptly and correctly.
Warren Fogleman: Absolutely terrible. Customer service is bad. Really bad. I bought a New Holland TC35D back in 2002 from these people when they were The Senter Tractor. They used to sell new Holland back then. Dumb decision not to sell NH anymore but whatever. Anyway, went to call about the TC35D about a question I had with the fluid filled tires. They refused to be helpful and/or give me any info. 6 months later, I go to look at a Kubota L3301 and they are rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I was seriously considering buying from them but I ended up going to a different dealer because of better customer service. I'm willing to change this review if they will be helpful but until then I'm letting this one sink in

Best part for me was that they are happy to just let you browse around and look without any pressure to buy.I purchased my first ECHO product, a 20" bar chain saw from them. The service dept filled it with Gas and oil, made sure everything was in working order, and walked me through the start up procedure. It was a level of service you're just not going to find at one of the big box stores.And LOVE the ECHO chain saw! I had a Poulan Pro for years and the ECHO is definitely a huge upgrade. It cuts thru 20" plus logs like butter.
