De Hawkins: Justin is the best. I just had my suv jumped after being in storage over 2 months. The battery died and I didn't know what to expect. He arranged a time and was able to take me to my storage unit. I live 1.5 miles from the storage. He truly Naturally uses his customer service gift...not a skill but in his case a gift. Paul Supenia: After searching the Sanford area to find someone that could or would work on my 2000 motorhome bus, I contacted Triangle Auto and Truck, where Travis informed me that they could work on my rear brake issue. He told me at the time that they were pretty busy and that they probably wouldn't be able to get to it until mid August. So I took it to them on July 18 and to my surprise they had repaired it and did state inspection, all completed and ready for pick up in one week! To top it off, I had expected to pay an arm and a leg for their service, but it was only $430. They outperformed my expectations and I will return with my motorhome for any future work that needs done. Many thanks for the honesty and great work by Travis and his staff that nade it happen. G J: Jim and his team were excellent. My class A motorhome had developed a leak around the diff and was repaired that afternoon. We lived close by, and Jim was very kind and drove me home and brought me back to the workshop the following morning. The workshop was the most well organised and tidy I've ever seen. In summary, good old fashioned service, very good pricing, and would definitely go back if I need any more work. 6 stars!

Ahmed Khalil: Wouldn't give me a price on fixing my vehicle. Said he has no idea how long to fix and it can be a couple hours or over 10 hours at over $129 an hour. Mind you this was to drill out a bolt on the thermostat housing. Not a major repair.

Been in business privately since 1985- while you wait, drink coffee and be entertained by some great stories. I called to see if he could look at an issue on my semi truck and he told me he didn’t want my truck in there since it was coming from the Town of Cary Yardwaste Dept. (which is simply clean leaves and sticks from residents) wouldn’t recommend going here unless you want to be turned away.

Denise Alston: Iam writing this review for Mr. Boswell....first of all he has used CRTS for a lot of years..good company and never had any problems until now....he brought his trailer in because wall was damaged ..so his insurance company was involved with this ...the service department took the wall down but never communicated with Mr.Boswell nor the insurance company about the damaged...needless to say they put everything back together but never fixed the problem ..after paying out $7000 dollars the wall is still not working ..having the same problem..CRTS said they would repair it again BUT WANT TO CHARGED HIM ALL OVER AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T COMMUNICATE NOR TALK TO HIM BEFORE THEY PUT WALL BACK UP....ALL MR. BOSWELL WANT IS GET HIS TRAILER FIXED ..HE HAS SPENT SO MUCH MONEY ON THIS PROBLEM AND IT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED ...

Javar Wright: My company call them to fix my truck on 6/29/2023. The guy they sent was name Bill and I must say he was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Slamming doors on the company van he was driving, cursing, slamming things down, etc. I can't control how my employer chooses to spend their money, however I definitely don't recommend them.
E. Lee: Buyer beware. Example, there are decent people working hard and decent companies that hire decent people… this company is a classic example of a all too common problem with the mobile road service industry jacking of drivers unneccessarily. bought a new radiator the week before my oil cooler pump blew a gasket freightliner cascadia, they wanted to replace my radiator. The road service guy told me onething told my company something else. Why???

Shannon Smith: As in every review, I will only speak to fact. I work for a group that has billions in revenue and billions in backlog. Mind you we have an account with this provider. They provided service in the past. The representative pulled our information and saw it in front of them. I was treated like a criminal. Beyond the PO system (our credit is very good) I guaranteed the service call with credit card. We were in dire need. I can not attest to why I nor my company was treated this way BUT I can tell you they, Advanced Maintenance of Raleigh, will NEVER earn my business. Buyer beware.

Scott Ferris: We came to Advanced Maintenance after two other shops said they could replace our break line on a ford E-450 but day of let us down. Advanced Maintenance was able to fit us in and completed the job in time for us to drive to our gig in Agusta. They busted their butts for our deadline. Highly reccomend. Honest, friendly , hard working staff.
staff curtis: Rudest service ever! Hung up the phone on me twice. Would never do business with these people.Reply to their reply: I don't use profanity at all! I repeatedly asked who the tech was that repaired my RV in the first place, and she never answered my question and hung up the phone. The issue was that not all Advanced Maintenance are owned by the same person. The one in Durham is extremely professional and helped me with my problem the second time correctly. They even came to Raleigh to help me with my RV. DO NOT USE THE RALEIGH LOCATION BECAUSE NOT ONLY ARE THEY RUDE, BUT THEY LIE ALSO. If they lie about this, then they will probably lie about your repairs too.
