Miles Palmer: One of the best transit centers I’ve been to. Staff are friendly, know their stuff and very helpful. Station is also very nice, from the squeaky clean restrooms to the station platforms which are free from litter and well maintained.

Marietta Davison: Cary station is clean and the staff is wonderful. I am grateful having an Amtrak station not far from my neighborhood. My only criticism is that I wish the toilets in the train are cleaned thoroughly to remove the stench. I am sure passengers will appreciate it having a cleaner toilet.
London Simone: When I had my first Amtrak journey, it was to New York for my birthday. When I arrived at the station to buy my tickets, the crew was very kind and helpful. Before I boarded the Amtrak to New York City, the personnel informed me in advance about the luggage check and other useful information. The cost of the round-trip tickets was affordable. The only drawback was the awful train ride to New York, when passengers were behaving erratically and the Amtrak driver had to stop the train many times to have people removed off. I was unable to charge my phone for two hours because of a power issue on the train. I won't take the Amtrak train service when I go to New York City again.
RBRUMFIELD: Asked the agent a question and her response was "I don't think so." This was a response to see if the current train being called was my train since I missed it in the restroom.
Bill Albing: Love the free parking. Arrived minutes before train came in and it was so easy to meet family and drive out.
Noah Tomczak: This station is wonderful, considering its right in the downtown area. Free parking, lots of it. Helpful staff. A good place to view trains coming on both the CSX and Norfolk Southern track lines.
Jessica Loree: Downtown Cary is pretty nice. It's clean & safe. The only complaint that I have is that they rarely have the public restroom open.
Christine Carbone: Staff was/is so kind and helpful. From the station to boarding to telling me where to park, all were concerned about my well being. Meaningful since my first time on a train.
Mariam: First time ever we took the Amtrak ride from Cary. The station is nice and clean well organized. The staff is very helpful and kind. The station was almost empty so we got good seats. Would love to travel again from here.

Courtney M: I visited the station yesterday July 3rd because my car stalled out on me and I needed to go home in Greenville nc and the front counter representatives : Boone, Cacacitore and Knight were very responsive to my questions and needs and gave me alternative methods on how to travel. They were patient, kind and very pleasant people to have in this establishment. I think Boone is retiring and I wish him the best in his retirement. Keep up the great work Amtrak

Timothy Larry: Loved it. It's a great place to see comedians.
Melodie Majette: The Raleigh Improv is always a fun place to go. The staff especially Jess, our waitress, was exceptional. The food was tasty as well. The guest comedian Eddie Griffin was a totally different story! He was intoxicated, highly opinionated and mostly offensive. The Improv is great but Eddie, not so much!
Joe Urrutia: My wife and I went to see Shawn Wayans and it was amazing!!! He is so hilarious and talented 😂. The only issue i see is the 2 item minimum to buy stuff there; they make you buy food items “to keep the bar/kitchen” moving. Like bro if we not hungry don’t make us buy anything; we already paid our ticket. Charging 6 bucks for a bottle of water 😂. Other than that Shawn Wayans made our night.

James Sanders III: Raleigh Improv was such a good time. I took my Dad for his Father's Day gift, and he was laughing non-stop. There was plenty of seating and the staff was very friendly. We had VIP seats and sat close to the front. Raleigh Improv was a great experience. 👌🏾

Ziad Noueihed: The venue itself is very nice: It's somewhat big, clean, and generally very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The comedians that perform are also generally very good.My one but major complaint is the food: It is terrible and totally unacceptable! Since part of the business model is that you have to order food, what is offered is very low quality and just terribly made.. For example, the burger: The bun litteraly crumbles at the touch (very old?), the meat patty is small and way overcooked (black/burned, very hard/dry), the cheese is paper thin (really, actually even thinner than that...), etc.. Other food choices have similar/other major shortcomings. These observations are from more than just one visit, and from several food options. As I said, this is totally unacceptable and a deal breaker for me. It's really too bad because everything else is good, but given food is mandatory, this is a major problem and a huge disappointment and let down

Julie Buchanan: My husband and I saw Andrew Schulz last night and we had a blast. Get there early If it's a popular show, the general admission line wrapped around the building. We got there at 745pm for a 9pm show. We sat down at the bottom, 3rd seat to the stage. So cool! You do sit across from your partner and sit next to strangers, but, we had a blast with our strangers. We got to know our new buddies. Service was fantastic, our server checked on us several times. The only hiccup is that we both order our two mandated orders and all I wanted was a glass of water, with ice, but they only sold Evian water... Come on ya'll. We ordered $60 worth of drinks and food... All I wanted wanted was a glass of water. But, knowing that, we will drink water a head of time and will be back again.
Jazzy Lee: Deray Davis show was so so good! Seating is a little odd, would be much better in rows. If 1-2 people are on the heavier side and getting a booth reconsider, the booths are very small to seat 4.Seating is first come first serve for your section, but they seat you where they want you placed. Regular drinks are 6$, unless you buy the souvenir glass which is refillable but it's 13$ might as well just drink wine or liquor bc they don't willingly refill your glass. Decent food menu, other than wings are only sold boneless. Otherwise, I enjoyed myself.

KY T: We normally have a good time at this place but tonight was a bit crazy. We saw DeRay Davis and the show was great however I had some staff person come over to our table and say “don’t take pictures or we will have to ask you to leave”. I said I can’t take a picture of myself?? He said “ oh they just told me you guys were taking pictures”. My husband and I had just taken a selfie at the table!! First of all DeRay wasn’t even on the stage yet. Why would we want to take random pictures of the opening act whose name we don’t even know? Does that make sense?? And my phone is pointed in our faces not towards the stage! Don’t try and tell adults they can’t take a picture of themselves at the venue after they spent over $100 to attend the show! It’s understandable you don’t want pictures of the show being taken itself but you can’t control people taking pictures of themselves!!! This was very off putting for my husband and I.

Kendall Julian: EAT BEFORE YOU GO! My father and i flew in from Baltimore to see our favorite comedian, and he was wonderful, but the food needs to go back to the drawing board. Looks nothing like the pictures. We got the nachos (they were cold), Buffalo cauliflower (mushy, cold and tasteless), soft pretzels (clearly frozen and hard as a rock). Looked around and not a single plate was empty, everyone had half eaten food. Asked a few people around us and the same thing was clear: go for the comedy but eat before you go. Super expensive frozen food.

Puneet Agarwal: I went today for license plate, registration and title for two of my cars that I own. I arrived at 7:30 am waiting for office to open at 9 am. I had 4 people ahead of me. There are no pre booked appointment at this location. At 9 we were all let in to stand in a line (first come, first serve). The lady who helped me was extremely nice and very efficient. All she asked was for title of the car, proof of insurance and drivers license. That was it! She issued the plates and registration and title will come in mail. No more questions no more documents. I paid the fees and I was on my way. It took me 10 min!! This is DMV at Atlantic ave. Quick and efficient staff and very friendly and professional.
Evans Maina: Service sucks, only three people working, with over 50 people waiting for service. It just doesn't make any sense, it took me over 60 minutes to simply renew my tags. Terrible experience.😡😡
Da Phetdala: They need a Plate Renewal Vending Machine that spits out stickers and cards, will cut these lines in half, something that simple solves a lot of issues. But then Again that makes too much commonsense. Simple technology

Jorge Ortega: Horrendous customer service, I feel unwelcome everytime I come to this place, if you are hispanic, even if you speak well english, be ready to argue. I was even accused of lying about paying for a custom license place because she couldn’t find it in her system, she had to call her superior to find out that she was searching it wrong. This place needs a serious reevaluation of their personnel, while waiting in line, I usually see much better customer service if the person is white.
