Leila Saleheen: Tonya Prow is fantastic at sandblasting! I’m a stained glass artist and I searched for 3 years for a piece of drapery glass, that thick white heavily-textured glass used in church windows. However, the piece did not have a matte finish so it did not look like cloth. I asked Five Star if they could sandblast the big piece of glass to remove the sheen. Fortunately, Tonya was up for a challenge even though she has only worked with smaller glass and fine detailing. I am over the moon with the result! Thank you, Tonya!

I came in there to get a specially engraved nameplate I needed made for a die-cast car display case and they managed to get it done and match the exact lettering font that I showed them from my other case I had. They got it done so it mathced my other nameplate perfectly and managed to get it done in a 24 hour completion time for me because I needed it quickly for a project. Kelly Gallagher: **DO NOT DUE ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS OWNER. HORROR STORY** Do NOT due business with Heather Sue Cribb or anything she is affiliated with. Heather responded to my request to preserve my wedding bouquet on a local Facebook page which I provided to her on 10/11/2021 along with a $300 deposit. She quoted this project only taking 6 to 8 weeks. She then closed the shop down after already having my flowers for a total of 7 months and refused to answer any of my inquisitions for updates. Now it has been 18 months and I don't have my flowers or project completed.As a result I no longer even want to deal with her anymore and she has ruined something that I wanted to preserve. While I asked and received my $300 dollars back, she has not coordinated a time for me to pick up my property quoting "a few weeks" as a potential time to get my property back. All the while I have kindly begged for answers and clarity she has continued to run and operate this business posting similar projects on social media, asking for orders through other local Facebook pages etc. and flat out ignoring us.My mom was diagnosed with a terminal cancer and fought so hard to make it to our wedding. As my mother's cancer progressed we begged to get the project completed so they could be at her bedside and eventually for her memorial service over a year later. Heather continued to ignore us all the while posting trophies and custom resign tables for this business. As we have attempted to get resolution to this horrific event, Heather has attempted to gaslight us which is honestly disgusting.

Had an awful experience there and had to fight to get it corrected when the error was not on my side.Update: now they are telling everyone incorrect info. I did not cancel an appointment, they did end up “correcting” it for us after I had to argue with the owner. She tried to blame me for their mistake and wouldn’t correct at first. Then my boss went to give them yet another try and they refused to work with us given my review.

Jason Curtis: such an amazing place and awesome customer service. I contacted them on short notice for a project I needed for my sons Boy Scout troop. Between Adam and Kellie, they completely out did themselves in the design and communication phase of the project and were able to get me what I needed in the tight time line in which i needed it. The pricing was great as well. It was in line if not better then your larger Big Company print shops so it was nice to be able to also support a locally owned business. Will use them again in the future for any additional projects that come up.

Went in the next day and the front desk staff was very friendly. They helped refine my idea, walked me through the process, gave me a cost estimate, and gave me week turnaround time. I was emailed proofs the very next day. My products were ready in half a week, looked exactly like the proofs they emailed me and turned our great. Would highly recommend to anyone needing engraving done
