Oh yeah, then he installed it. Total turnaround time from initial call to being back up an running was less than an hour. Outstanding.

Luis Garcia: awful service, i ask for an ETA for a job on the phone at was told next day in the morning, then we i got to the place was told they could have it in the afternoon next day, when i went to pick it up at 3:30 pm next day, i was told that the haven't began my job and since it was a Friday i needed to wait until next Monday to have it resolve. then i fill up the tax extent form and went i pay they couldn't find my account, try showing them the e-mail saying that the account was set up, but the guy in the reception said that since it wasn't on his system there was nothing he could do about it.

Did not call to let me know about the situation and that it would take this long, nor did they call to even let me know my parts were finished. Did not receive a discount or any bit of satisfaction for this.
