He had everything completed in just a few minutes and showed nothing but the best customer service throughout the process. Raj Vaidya: My car needed some repairs at Caliber Collision in Durham. So this Enterprise location had a partnership with that collision center.Once I dropped my car off at the collision center, a kind rep from this Enterprise location was already at the site and introduced me to a very comfortable 2021 Subaru Forester.The experience was great, and my conversations with Emily and Jacob were always wonderful. This location is flawless when it comes to top tier customer service.While my rental was covered through insurance, I would highly recommend renting from here if the price is within your budget.

My experience with them was very positive.

Rod McKinney: I received a vehicle with greater than 58,000 miles on it, the brake rotors were warped and the transmission was acting up (super hard shifts into lower gears). Worst car I ever rented from Enterprise.

Crystal Reed: I came in the day before my reservation to insure that I had all required documents needed since I recently had a name change and Chris and Chris where very patient.. The Day of the Reservation I was greeted by I belive his name was Marvin and that process was soooo smoove.. Upon returning the vehicle, once again was greeted with another pleasant smile by Emory and that process was quick.. The gentlemen, where very nice and patient. Lol, I know I can be a handful at times. Oh and by the way they need a TV or more windows at this location...I will definitely be only coming to this location, because of how I was treated.
Tendresse Dezeme: I forgot everyone’s names BUT there were 4 people working on Thursday April 20th that have to be shouted out! A black guy with the coolest voice and nicest smile, a guy with brown hair who paused his lunch break to help check us in, a guy that’s from another branch that helped with the check out and a woman that was masculine presenting who had beautiful eyes and was just helpful! The entire staff was helpful, the process was easy and every step was explained, even down to the why. I’m so sorry I forgot y’all’s names but y’all are AWESOME and honestly, really nice human beings! Thank you ALL!

Jovan: So! I have rented vehicles several times throughout the years and this was byfar the most easiest and fastest location and service, not to mention friendliest I've come across. I was not paid for this statement. LMAO! SERIOUSLY! I wasn't though. The price for the rental was exactly within my price range, and the location couldn't have been any better. Vehicle was clean and ready to go with a full tank of and brand new with no foul odors. When returning the vehicle I returned it with a full tank of gas, and also some mud on the carpets due to having to walk though it literally and wasn't charged or told something crazy to be taken advantage of on pricing like some rental companies might try to do. I was issued a complete refund of my deposit. Oh!! BTW! It was cheaper to rent at Cary location than at RDU AIRPORT.

I understand there can be logistics issues at any location (returns not on time, etc.).However, when I asked the representative if they could re-book at another Enterprise, I was informed they were "not on the same system", and they simply repeated there was nothing they could do. No priority for a confirmed reservation; I simply had to rebook on my own (thanks for the save, Hertz!)
Kim Erickson Yaman: Last week I rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a beach getaway, and my experience could not have been more positive. Emory, the customer rep who worked with me, took me through the process as if it was the most important thing he had to do that afternoon. It was wonderful to work with someone who wasn't rushed or who kept looking at a watch/clock! He took time to make sure I knew the features of the car, which side of the car the gas tank's located, took me 360 degrees around the car to note any dents or scratches, gave me info on how to contact Enterprise if there were troubles. I returned the car after office hours, and the process could not have been simpler. Emory called me the next morning to make sure everything went well. I felt like a Valued Customer with capital letters!
Tia S: My family had the privilege of working with Emory L. Dorm when we rented a car after an accident in June, 2022. Emory was wearing a boot as a result of injury, and it was HOT outside! Despite that, he was absolutely the kindest most upbeat gentleman possible. He was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Most importantly though, he maintained a kind, friendly and positive demeanor throughout our experience. William Garrison: It is North Carolina law that all vehicles be registered with the state and if you rent a vehicle from here make sure that the plates are not expired as the one they want wanted to rent to us and we requested it other vehicle which they did give us but they rented the other one out to somebody else that took it would expired plates.

gmanrocksteady: Unorganized, my insurance called and had a reservation number and they said they never got it didn't have no vehicles available, and then one finally showed up.
Aaron Snead: While the Apex location was great to work with and tried their best to make the best out of the situation. However, most other locations were not helpful at all. The AWD Pathfinder had issues from the time I got on the road for a long trip. A light on the dashboard indicated that the vehicle had been in an accident, cruise control didn’t work, driver side window didn’t roll up on its own, and the truck needed help opening and closing. I was told by customer support after two different calls as well as the Apex location to swap it out on the road at another location. I called six locations and only one was helpful (Lee in Richmond’s downtown location) but they didn’t have the vehicle we requested (AWD as we were headed into the mountains with snow). The airport location in Richmond was by far the worst experience due to the lack of professionalism. This made us extremely late for our check in that evening.In the future, I could use them again but given the fact I was a paying customer with all these issues and it wasn’t made right, I’ll try Budget, Avis, or maybe Turo next time.

Coady Chatman: This dealer is unorganized. They tried to claim that my truck had 3/4 of a tank when I picked it up when it only had 1/2 tank. Then, when I disputed this with the employee there, he said there was nothing he could do. I had to contact U-Haul corporate to dispute the charge. Luckily, I had proof that the dealer was at fault and U-Haul corp. refunded me the extra $40 charge.TLDR: Invalid charge from this location, try any other Uhaul dealer in Cary instead.
The Catt: Very slow to get reservation and get truck, but the trucks are well maintained and clean. You can leave your vehicle at the facility, just mention it to the manager.
Stephen St. John: I've used this locations several times. For renting of trucks(1), trailers(twice), and using as a drop off location. The staff is friendly and I have found them to be very efficient.
brianne b: Check your bill! Charged for three days when I rented for one. Even when I rented, I got a text that said return in 23 hours and we returned straight to staff member in 23.
Josh Halliday: This is the place for U-Haul needs. They saved me when I was moving two apartments into a townhome and our other U-Haul site we had set up had no people working on site, had keys in a pickup box locked by an app that didn’t work and the truck was parked in the woods 1 inch from a tree trunk right next to the driver door.This site had people on site and were friendly and super helpful with the things we needed!

So unprofessional ill never use this location again
