Cheryl Lee: The worst service ever. I visited this location on 4-22-2023. The worker was very rude. Cause she didn't know how to listen. All I need her to do was take an item off. She tried pushing a few buttons and didn't know what what she was doing. So she said very ugly all you got to do it move to another checkout. I wanted to cuss her out, but I didn't. I just left that stuff right there, and I walked out that I will not be going back to that location.
London Simone: My favorite store is five below. When I shop here, I usually discover fantastic bargains and merchandise. I adore the fragrances and makeup, particularly the glitter eyeshadows. I also like the five below app. The personnel is always pleasant, and the store is always clean and well-kept. I appreciate the large range of products.

Brooke Walton: I love 5 below but this store isn't what it used to be; at least not this location since they've changed it around. It seems like there's less stuff in general - or more of the exact same stuff in different forms. Not fond of the "aisles" rather than the sections, but other than that 5 below in general is great. The staff is extremely nice, the self check outs they put in are helpful, and you can get almost anything you're looking for here; if you can't find it at one store you can usually find it at another & if not, it's definitely on their website. Once you do navigate through the new format of the store you can find a bedroom section with pillows, blankets, curtains, blow up ottomans, posters, decor, etc, a fitness section with everything from small weights, yoga supplies, sauna suits, resistance bands to sports balls. Great gifts here too - journals, cookbooks, wine glasses and coffee cups. Their 5 beyond section is nice as well. It doesn't go mucuh above $10 for great items.
That Guy: Bad service.I went here to buy some cheap electronic goods for my dad, and there was an employee that decided to help me out and scan some items for me. I thought he was being nice, so I didn't even realize until a day later that he scammed me, by scanning an item twice instead of once. I was charged more for what I have. I only had 4 items, yet I got charged for the price of 5. Now that a day has passes, I lost 5 extra bucks, and learned why they call the store “5 below”. Im never shopping here again.
Zack Boren: Went in looking for a pair of sandals. They have one kind of "men's" sandal that is incredibly feminine. They have 15 different women's sandal designs. Disappointing.Did find some great little $1 water pistols.

London Simone: The staff is courteous and helpful. The service is always prompt, with small lines at the register. The gas station is spotless, and the rates are fair. The only drawback is that the women's bathroom is filthy and in in need of a thorough cleaning. I enjoy coming here to get Red Bull at a fair price.
David: This is the highest octane ethanol-free gas in Cary, Holly Springs, Apex... Probably one of the highest in Raleigh as well. Thank you

Zachary Taylor: Slowest gas pumps i’ve ever used. Took nearly 10 minutes to pump 13 gals. Had a sticker on the pump saying “Fastest pumps in town guaranteed”, yeah right.
Holly Summerlin: Gas station is not open 24 hours. Employees closed the store and left the premises while I unknowingly sat at the pump, finishing an email, about to get out and pay for gas on a Friday night at 11pm. Google really needs to change this misleading info about the store hours.

Michael Heflin: Supposed to be open 24 hours, says it on the door, the gentleman was rude not willing to make money to keep the store open, can’t keep the lights on or have it staffed if your not making money. Poor business for the economy trying to reopen during these important times.

Too, Bathrooms look like they've never been cleaned & hours listed are wrong as they are not 24hrs. Strongly suggest finding another gas station if at all possible
Aleksei Vladimirskii: This is not a customer friendly place at all. They have contactless modules for payment outside, though you will only know it doesn't work if you go inside and enquire. I was trying to fuel my car this past Tuesday using my fuel rewards program that gives me 15¢ off a gallon, and it didn't work. The staff waps rude and questioned every word I said even after I was able to demonstrate with the receipts what happened. Disgusting. Never to this one.
Angela Davis: Fountain drink cups are so cheaply made and lids don’t fit properly resulting in a HUGE spill in my purse. That after having to pay full price for a cup of ice. Stop being so cheap and buy a decent cup for your customers people.

Tara Smith: I stay behind the gas station and sent my teenage son to the store for snacks and he was disrespected by the hindu cashier. He told my son he couldnt afford anything in the store smacked money out his hand and then spoke junk in hindu to him and his friend. When i called to find out what the issue was he hung up in my face and we called back and he hung up in my husbands face. Basically bc my son was black he treated him like he was a nobody and we go to this store alot for gas. They will not get anymore of my money.

What's a drag is that they do not have a variety of Gingerale, but the gas prices are comparable to other gas stations in the area.

Pearl Day: I need the corporate number to make a complaint about the man that was working at your store at 3:05 pm 2/14/2023.He gave me the incorrect charge from 20.00, he started yelling and cursing at the top of his lungs, was being very rude, disrespectful. He does not deserve to be working with the public. He was all in my face like he wanted to fight me. I want to make a written complaint on him.
R Kivowitz: First time in this place and it is unfortunate that places like this one don't train their workers properly, how to treat customers with dignity and respect, especially if a customer is using the restroom.

Letisha Cobb: This place actually refused to take my coins because they said they were dirty. Well, let me clue you in on what this place does with credit cards. They ring up all purchases on the computer and when they get your total, they have a cell phone under the counter that you CANNOT SEE and they take your CREDIT CARD OUT OF VIEW, key in the amount again, hoping they get it right and run your credit card out of your sight. How many places have you heard that SCAMMERS stealing credit cards do this. Not saying these guys have done it but check your purchases. If you ask for a receipt you don't get on off the credit card machine...you get it off the register. Not recommended.

Everyday for gas and day to day stuff I have never been treated so rudely by the very nice lady or the owner but today I come in and this shorter guy with a bawled top of his head who works there rarely was so rude to me and on top of that I paid for my things I counted my money out to pay him and handed him the money. And told em he could keep the rest... I walked away and he said I was short ...... I just counted my money right in ground of him and he’s ganna tell me I’m short. He refused to give me my money back and and I gave him the money he said I owed. Which I did not. Ask I could get my gas and my drinks and leave. I have never ever been treated this way but the moment I walked in that store he was glaring at me and watching me like imma steal when I had money in my hand
Lora Hindsley: The African American cashier was EXTREMELY rude to my 69 year old mother today. My mother tried to purchase scratch offs for me and originally asked for the wrong thing and then she remembered and said “oh I’m sorry, not those, I want these instead.” The lady became ill with her and made her stand off to the side while she waited on the other customers. Then she came back to my mom and said “give me the $20!” And my mom thought she had already and said she thought so and the lady just was screaming about how she didn’t get the money yet and yelling about my mom was trying gnto steal from them and made my mom leave the store!! She treated my mother like a criminal when she is just a very forgetful, easily confused 69 year old women. I called to tell her my mom is not a thief and I could not get in a word because this lady screamed at me for two whole minutes and then had the nerve to call me back to say her boss said I didn’t ever have to come back there, like, really? Not only will I not come back, but I’ll be sure everyone knows how we were treated. I hope her boss gets her anger management classes and she could use some social skills too.****edit: I originally gave one star, but the owner was so nice that I changed it to 4. Thankfully he left his number here to find and I was able to speak with him.
