Carolyn Casey: Edit: After this review I was contacted by the owner who is working to resolve the issue. Hope to get this resolved soon.Do not under any circumstances buy from this company. They charged me $1000 in gap insurance. I went with another finance company shortly after and the insurance was only $100. I have been trying for the the past 4 moths to get my money back and after several emails I still have not received a response. This is ridiculous. This is a lot of money of mine that they are holding onto. I was told by this company it would take 60 to 90 days to get my money back, this was after 4 separate emails and unanswered voicemails. After checking with my new finance company I was told it should take no more than 30 days. This is ridiculous. I will absolutely never do business with this company again and will make sure I get the word out about these robbers.

Dan Zee: Dishonest and deceptive went to look at alpha Romeo with little chips of glass and fingerprints on the headlight lens broken plastic molding around the wheel well and half the bolts missing from the under carriage shroud and they're claiming it to have never been in an accident. Something was definitely wrong. Very wrong. After looking at that one car I would never buy a car here ever

Craig Chappelear: I purchased a 2020 Audi q7 with 12000 miles from apex in Dec of 2022. My first complaint is the salesman stated that the car “came with a 1 year gps tracking system like on star”. When I looked at the settlement statement the system that “came with the purchase “ was $1200.Most recently the car, after sitting for a couple of days, wouldn’t start. This is extremely problematic as I rely on and expect my nearly new car to start when I need it. Took the car to my local Audi service center and discovered that the original battery had been replaced with a refurbished one. The new one cost almost $700. Do your due diligence with this dealership before purchasing.

Rich Masi: Traveled from out of town to see a car at Apex Imports that I saw listed on a 3rd party site. The cash price of the car was more than the price in the listing. Also, I couldn’t buy the car without paying a fee for LoJack services which I didn’t want. With the typical dealer fees, taxes, LoJack, and the cash price difference, the car was 20%+ more than the listing price which seems criminal. Bought a similar car with no unexpected fees/services from a better business with better people an hour after I left Apex Imports.

We were greeted by "Eli" (might be the wrong spelling) , who definitely wanted us out of the showroom the moment we entered. The way he spoke to us was definitely not how a salesperson sounds like. We were never told in detail about the vehicle we were looking for. He just mentioned one thing that we can go look it up on the website more clearly and definitely did not want us to test drive the vehicles. According to him he did not want to waste our time but clearly he was the least interested to talk to us.

ron cappello: The guys at Apex Imports, and Martin in particular, were absolutely wonderful to work with! We’re we’re selling a late model BMW - they drove the car for 15minutes, then looked the car over for another 15 minutes, then made us a very fair and competitive offer, we walked out with a check 30 minutes later. Easy. They didn’t low-ball us or offer just the “trade-in” value. Anyone selling a late model car should check this company out before trying to sell your vehicle on any or those online sites. They were great!
