Samuel Tarin: Although the water filter does exactly what it needs to do, the draining when the water flushes has caused so much damage to my property. I'm assuming the water that flushes has a high salt content so when it flushes out to the front of my property over time it has killed the grass in my front lawn and put cracks all over my driveway. They have thrown out idea after idea to fix the problem to no avail. This has been a problem for almost a year now... For $10,000, you're better off spending your money on a filter 1/10th the price. It's just not worth the hassle. MAJOR REGRETS.

Well I “won” and I was told that someone would come to my home and test my water and offer different products that would have my water cleaner and bring my gift card at the same time. Ok so I thought the water sample would be sent to a lab and take a few days to have the results back but no it was all done right then and there and I was put on a spot for a product of 10,000$ and was expected to make the decision right then or I would “lose this privileged discount”. The sales lady was very nice and felt bad that we were not told about what exactly this is and how much it would cost. She called the finance lady from her company and she was persistent and pushy toward me to purchase. And the gift card was weird that only works for limited ran down restaurants that aren’t at least 30 min to my town. I’m giving a 1 star because this company came into my home under false pretense, wasted my time, put me in a uncomfortable position and acquired my name and telephone number without consent.

We had a sales guy come out and convince us that having while home solar powered water filtration was what we needed. We bought into it.*6 months later and the solar panel no longer powers the system. It's hardwired into a transformer. Which the point was not using electricity as it filters.I had my doubts from the start. But this is a waste of your time. 9k for a system that's advertised to do what it can't.**Very dissatisfied with customer service follow up as well. No follow up retest.

Jon Hartzler: Wasted 2 hours of my life. The rep that came out was nice and seemed knowledgeable. I'm sure he was doing exactly what he was trained to do. But he took 2 hours to tell me my water was bad and give me a sales pitch.I think their product is good but I don't think it is worth the $10,000 they want for it. You can get water treatment systems for far less that do basically the same thing.The thing that annoyed me the most was that 2 people from the company straight up lied to me. When they called to ask if they could come and test our water I asked how long it would take and made it clear that I didn't want it to take all evening. 2 different Reps said it would take 30-40 minutes. It took 2 hours.They also said they would give me a $100 gift card to a restaurant. It is not a gift card. It is a coupon code you use to log in to redeem coupons. $10 off a $30 purchase or $25 off of a $50 purchase, etc. Coupons redeemable at a total of 4 different restaurants in my city. Restaurants I have never heard of.

Tan Mart: Scam!!! They try to push you into buying their product and want immediate decision. When I told the rep I needed to think on it she called her manager and she insisted more. If the product is as good as they claim then why the extra sales pressure, why would I have to change all my household products, and I am still not sure about the solutions they were using in the droplets. If it was honest and their product was worthy, why lie and make it seem you just want to test the water? Be honest and say you are trying to sale something that will enhance my water and make me feel its legit, I need it, and your organization is trustworthy. Complete waste of my time.

samantha lantos: All I can say is WOW!! I’ve waited to post my review to see the results long term. We’ve had our system for over 6 months now and the difference is night and day. The tests itself obviously motivated us to make this investment, their rep was not only super educated but also extremely kind! We LOVE ALL of our soaps and get this I DON’T need conditioner anymore! Outside of every other daily use of water. I used to have horrible acne after moving here- I tried everything under the sun and nothing worked. Within a month of using our system it was completely gone and I haven’t had a breakout since. This has literally created better quality of life all around- we can drink our water straight from the tap and I know it’s safe for my entire family. This allows us to not only save money long term but make healthier choices! We love our system and recommend it to literally EVERYONE who lives here!

Bob Harding: So… where to begin.First off they’re cute rep. that came out seem to be semi-knowledgeable of there systems and she took 1-1/2 -2 hours to tell us why our water was bad. Is there system good. I’d say yes!But…. For $10,000 I don’t think it was that good. That is right 10k, probably more than your first car! At the end of the presentation, of course they asked where we go ahead and buy the system now. HahahahahaSo, If you look on the reviews they are all 5 star, every single one. When I see all 5 starts I have to stop and think for a minute.Well part of there “discounted” plan was to have you right a “positive” review after 30 days, hence all the 5 stars rating, heck who would want a few hundred dollars off for giving a good review.The next thing they asked has me a bit concerned, part of the “discount” they want you to provide them with 10 friend references… anytime I see this I have to wonder why they would ask such a thing. If there product was truly good why is the need to provide references…? I sold CUTCO knives and that’s exactly they we did…Back to the actual system. If you have real hard water and bacteria in your water then they may be a good choice, but they are pretty much a glorified salt water softener system. Looking online you can get a salt water system for less than $1,000, the others ones I looked at even send messages you your phone about the salt and water consumption. This product does not offer that. The say they have Quantum mechanics filter that never needs to be changed. Looking at the specifics for thr system it’s had for me to believe that, but I’m no Quantum mechanics engineer.If you’re looking to get a water filter/water softener system, your best bet is to take a water sample from your house to an environmental drinking water laboratory and have it tested in the actual laboratory. It might cost you $100 or so but it’s definitely worth to have it actually tested in a laboratory. The test that they run, they never sanitized or bleached out the containers that they were using, this should give you some sort of concerned because they may be testing the water sediment that they tested previously on their last presentation.Plus it lets you know what you actually have in your system and then you can purchase a system to fit your needs.Like I said before in the beginning, I think the system is great is it worth $10,000 I’m not sold quite yet.I sent them a bunch of questions, asking about the warranty, ask about follow up tests to make sure the water system that they are selling is delivering what they are saying, etc But they did not get back to me and I really don’t expect them too.I’m sure that Google will try to have this review removed as this company pays advertisements to google so if there is needed proof that they actually came out to my home they can contact me directly. :)

I encourage you to read on for the details of how they exceeded our expectations and saved us from what would have been a major surprise expense!My wife and I were under contract for a home in Oxford, NC when our inspection report turned up lead in the water. The first vendor we had out to offer a quote correctly identified that the lead was likely a result of acidic water from our well passing through metal fittings on our pipes. That vendor suggested 1) adding a pH balancer; 2) replacing our functioning water softener a "saltless" water softener (which we later learned is a water conditioner); and 3) adding a carbon filter. These would have totaled $7,000.On the recommendation of a family member, we called Progressive Water Solutions for a second opinion, and we are so thankful that we did! They offered a targeted solution for $4,000, so a 43% better value than the first vendor. They recommended a unit that this would solve the acidity and, therefore, the likeliest source of lead. They also indicated that our water softener was functioning appropriately and that there would be no reason to replace it. Additionally, they indicated that they could install a reverse osmosis system for general peace of mind regarding contaminants, but they were clear that the likely source of the lead specifically was from the acidity in the water corroding our existing metal pipe fittings.Dan’s willingness to transparently answer my many questions further solidified my confidence in his company’s integrity, and we decided to proceed with the pH balancer but not the reverse osmosis system. The plan was to add the pH balancer to the water going into the house but not to the barn (which is where our horses will get their water) since it appeared that only the pipes feeding water to house had the metal fittings that were the likely root of our lead problem. By this point, we had closed on the house (we just weren’t yet drinking the water), but we hadn’t yet moved our horses.When the scheduled day arrived to do the work, Kevin and Gabriel introduced themselves (they were very pleasant and professional), and they got to work. In the process of installing the unit, though, they uncovered that there were metal fittings also on the pipes pointing out toward the barn. A less scrupulous company would have ignored that new information, completed the job, gotten paid, and forgotten about it, but not Progressive! Kevin let me know about the problem and began to explore next steps.It quickly became clear that we would need a bigger unit if we wanted to treat the pH going to the barn, which my wife and I were gravely concerned about due to the potential impact to our horses’ health if that acidity would cause the fittings to corrode and release lead into the horses’ water. I was BLOWN AWAY when Progressive offered to upgrade the system to the larger unit at no additional cost to me. All they asked was that I pay for the small above-ground housing they would need to install the larger unit in (they’d planned to put the smaller one in our crawlspace) and that I cover the extra medium they would need to fill the unit with since it uses more than the smaller one. They said they don’t like to have any surprises for their customers, which I found extremely commendable.Dan and Kevin arrived on the day we agreed upon to install the larger unit, and they completed the job well. Dan and Kevin even patched a couple of small pre-existing leaks under the house, showed me how to change our in-line filter, and even gave me a filter cartridge to use, all free of charge.My family and I will only trust Progressive Water Solutions for any water treatment needs we have in the Triangle!

First of all nobody asked me to do this either. Starting with the quote, Before getting ahold of Progressive I had called a few other companies and had another quote and not one other company had the degree of professionalism from the person who answered the phone to Rob the salesman who quoted me on the system and took the time to explain what I had, what I needed and why. Extremely polite and professional. Clean cut. Then I was dealing with the owner since I had some questions about the equipment. Dan answered every single little question I had in detail and did so promptly and to my satisfaction. We set up the install date and I was hoping they’d do a great job. They did the cleanest install I’ve ever seen. Everything is absolutely 100% perfectly straight. The lines are all neat, everything was broom swept. These guys are first class. I mean first class. They know their business and know it well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs water softer or purification systems or any services they provide. They do what they say their going to.
