Ahmed Melegy: If you have the choice for any other water provider, please choose the other one. We moved here in may of 2022 and there are always outages (sometimes for days at a time). All the time we get an email saying the water may be contaminated due to something new. When calling to provide info on when they will fix or even a status update they read off the same generic message every time and give any time to get you off the phone. Please, if you can avoid aqua for your health and convenience, DO! Gave them the benefit of the doubt with the current status of their google reviews, if possible don’t make this mistake.
Alex Alcantara: "Your wait time is less than 15 mins" is a lie. I've tried three times now to connect water to my home and my current call is at 40 mins. I only have a limited time during my lunch break to make this happen. It's ludicrous that there is not an online portal to connect.
Roy John: Never had to deal with a utility with such poor accountability. Over three weeks trying to get a water connection started. Made calls to the customer service literally every day multiple times. The new business division in Cary is a total joke. If you need a new connection the only way to make a payment is a check mailed to an address in Cary!!!! Responding back to email inquiries is non-existant and too much to expect. Not sure how this company stays in business. Totally echo prior comments...really wish I had a choice !!!!
Crystal Passmore Per: Crooks!! My water bill each month is the same as or more than my electric bill!! No leaks. Price gouging! Almsot $200 for 1 month on some occasions. Customer service is the worse!! But we are forced to have it since they have the markwt on the area and it's all that is available.
MICHAEL BIDDLE: Terrible customer service, water quality is inconsistent and overall just a bad company. We are handcuffed to Aqua in our neighborhood and they are crooks on price and the way they do business.
Chris Pelc: Community well with no competition. Water is brown at least once per week. If your community is thinking about having Aqua service your well, please look elsewhere.....
Mental Riot: Cut off water off, because they made a mistake. Had to wait 4 days for them to cut it back on. At no fault of ours. Have proof to back up it up. Expect to here from a lawyer.
Rob Adams: Had a recent billing issue with Aqua.... They were able to resolve it adequately. Thanks Aqua.
Joanna Sanford: This company is the worst. They don't even deserve one star. Customer service is lacking if not non-existent. Representatives are rude and frankly disrespectful. I would not be a customer if I had any other option in my area.
