I had so many questions.I was given voucher with a list of wig shops. Listed in front of me was Gallery of wigs. It was fate. I wanted a shop that i could try on the wig and get exactly what i wanted.I looked up information. I had my wig figured out. My head size, mono, the cap, everything. Mary Shaw: At the beginning of this year, I started losing hair and seeing bald spots due to alopecia. I began by using toppix. When that didn't work, I started looking for hair toppers. I saw Jessica's website, but it seemed way overpriced, so I chose to buy a topper from an online store for $350. That looked great in pictures, but looked awful on me. Without a return policy, I was stuck and had to keep using Toppix while seeking other options. That was in February.Then Covid struck and we all started working from home. Unfortunately for me, we had to turn videos on during our daily staff meetings, and I got to see how thin and awful my hair looked when my image stared back at me on the screen. Somehow it looked far worse than what I was seeing in the mirror. My left side had such little hair! I was desperate and decided to schedule a call with Jessica.I am so glad I did and feel so blessed to have found her. I chatted with her several times on facetime, shared many different pictures and showed her exactly where my problems were. She used facetime to show me all the options I had, and, because we couldn't meet, she said she would work on my topper remotely, assuring me that she would replace it, change it, do whatever was needed for my satisfaction. She was able to assuage all my fears, so I went ahead and ordered the topper.It has now been two months since I've had it. It took at least five iterations before it became perfect - only because my hair is curly, frizzy and really hard to match. The first time I received my topper and tried it - I felt the clips hurt. Then the color didnt match (not her fault- I got my hair colored after we reopened, and I was matching on black instead of grays!). Then it felt long. Again- a lot had to do with the fact that my real hair is problematic, and really tough to match. Each time I went back to her, I was afraid she would turn me away or charge extra - after all, I had paid and she had already done so much for me. But, she willingly made all the adjustments without even a mention of a fee. Thankfully, since we are now in phase 2, I was able to meet with her and get this resolved in person. I am thrilled with the solution. Getting up and getting ready for work has never been easier. It is so cool to not cringe when I see myself on zoom. It feels so good to not have that powdery mess of Toppix. It feels so good to feel confident and not have hair worries. I cannot recommend her enough. She is the best in her craft, she is the best in customer service, and she is the kindest, nicest person. Thank you, Jessica, for being you!
