Peak Wildlife Solutions: what do users think?
MK O'Grady: Mike goes above & beyond for anyone that contacts him for help & assistance. He is a rare find & I highly recommend anyone that needs his services contact him. Professional, reliable, courteous, kind & above all gets the job done right. So grateful to him & the help he gave me when I needed it asap. 🤩👍👏
Angela Heiser: Mike is so great! He came highly recommended in our area and we see why. He was quick to respond and resolve our squirrel/wildlife in the attic situation and made the accompanying repairs. We're extremely satisfied with his service and would recommend him to anyone needing help with wildlife solutions.
E Larson: Mike was incredible, he is honest, dependable and professional. I had a big possum problem. They created a hole under my screened in porch to the crawl space and made a nest in my insulation. Mike was able to capture the possums and fix the hole to my crawl space. Highly recommend!
Dodde Stark: Mike was wonderful! Listened to my problem of possums getting under the house and came up with a perfect solution. He was on time, fixed the vent and around the A/C so they can’t get back in, and left a clean work area. Highly recommended!
Ethan Ken: He removed a couple of squirrels nested under deck and he patiently visited to make sure they are all removed and then he patched the possible entry points. He did a great job and we recommend him. We are super happy with his service.
NC TheBestReviewer: Mike is a super nice guy and does not try to up-sell like some other local companies do. He takes care of your issues and is honest about other areas of your home that may allow in pests. He got rid of some pesky bats in my soffit along with sealing a dozen other gaps around the house. He works extremely hard, communicates well and has honest pricing. I would recommend you call Peak Wildlife Solutions. Don't waste your time with anyone else.
Andrew Fox: Mike was great. Spent a lot of time going through my garage and around my house. We couldn't find the snake initially, but he left some wildlife netting in strategic places around the garage, and sure enough, over the next couple of days we snagged two copperheads. Highly recommend Peak Wildlife...andy
Roger Daniel: Mike was very professional and responsive to all of my questions and concerns throughout the process of removing a family of squirrels from my attic. Will call him again with any other critter concerns!
Elly Wu: Mike helped me to remove a baby snake and eggs in my garden and gave me some good advise, very nice and professional.
Johnson Family: He was the only one who answered the phone. Others were answering services. He also seems like a knowledgeable and nice guy.
Verena Socolar: Just another happy customer. Mike removed an opossum, which was living in our crawlspace and sealed the crawlspace afterwards. He is very easy to work with and answered all my curious questions. Very responsive and easy to reach when you need him.
Hector Lopez: Mike is excellent! Birds were destroying part of the house and getting further up into the vents. He came out within a day, did the removal and sealed everything to the point that we won’t have any future problems. I’d highly recommend giving him a call!
Inspired by Nature: He came quick and the service was excellent. Mike is a very kind person and very efficient.
Lauren Nicholls: Mike is great! He was very prompt and thorough when inspecting our house for critters. We had squirrels and a few bats that had taken up residence in our attic. He did a wonderful job sealing up potential entry points and fixing the spots the squirrels made a snack of. Highly recommend!
Christina Guichard: Mike was excellent to work with. We have used him for a flying squirrel problem in our attic (cutest problem ever) and for an injured hawk. Both times he was fast to respond and worked with us on relocation of the animals. Highly recommended!
Andy Doyle: I highly recommend using Mike for gutter cleaning. He does great work, is very friendly and his pricing is extremely reasonable. We have been having Mike clean our gutters for a few years now and his service has always impressed me. Although he has set the bar high, he exceeded my expectations yesterday. While cleaning the gutters yesterday he mentioned that he tried to use my hose but it had a leak. I thought that was the end of the conversation, but when he was leaving he gave me a replacement hose. He explained that his ladder could have pinched my hose. I tried to decline his generous offer, but he insisted that I took the hose. What a great guy!
Jeremiah Nunn: Mike truly delivered! Very professional, and just all-around great guy! Came and accessed the issue (squirrels) gave a very generous quote, no pressure add You! Trapped it/them and cleaned up and fixed the damage to my roof!Highly recommended...Thanx Mike..
k a: Mike far exceeded our expectations. We had suspected bats in the attic. With an atypical attic area he was thorough in his inspection. He found where there was good reason to believe they got in (but couldn't get back out and perished unfortunately). He sealed up the entry points which included climbing our very steep roof. Removed the deceased bats and pointed out some other pest issues we never knew we had up there. His work was thorough, timely, and priced amazingly well. For reference two other animal removal companies started rattling off numbers in the thousands before they even knew what the situation was. Mike's approach was "Let me take a look so I know what's going on before we even get that far" which I appreciate more than you can imagine. No offense to Mike, I hope we never need his type of services again but if we do he will be first one to call.
Kevin Hines: Great service. Friendly and very knowledgeable. The service was prompt and very professional. I would recommmend Peak Wildlife to any of my friends or family if ever needing to remove a pest ( raccoon, opossum, squirrel, etc.) in the future.

Carolina Tiger Rescue: what do users think?
Tiffany Anderson: Very interesting info about the animals
Panther MS: Do not go when very hot and humid, the bigger cats are not active during this time at twilight tour. Then again you have to book some time ahead so you will not know the weather outcome that day of your visit. Tour guide is very passionate about the animals and very knowledgeable. I want to say his name is Tim but unsure.
Ray Rivera: I visited today with 10 yr old granddaughter and wife. I saw true compassion and caring in the staff. The tigers, lions, etc, appeared to be well cared for. They appear to have safety in mind and I recommend visiting and supporting this worthy cause. They also have a nice gift shop. I will probably visit again.
Jenn Mercer: Tigers, gloriously content tigers taking naps in the sun, bobcats, others cats, a New Guinea Singing Dog, gorgeous vultures waiting for leftovers, servals hoping to catch the vultures, a bunny who took a very wrong turn, but was smart enough to stay on the right side of the fences, and many others unseen.
Jessy Hauschild: I’ve been here twice now, we absolutely love coming here and learning about the animals in their care. We had a rambunctious group but Ms Heather and Ms Maryssa was awesome and very patient/kind to our group. Thank you for a great experience!
Perry Engram jr: Very cool
Emily Wing: Amazing experience and beautiful animals. Will 110% be back
Sylvia Mercer: They clearly take very good care of the kitties and the tour was super informative and cool. Very happy big cats. Also they had a barn cat named Moldemort who stole my heart
Stanley Stasiewicz: The guide was very knowledgeable and was a very good speaker. The animals didn't always cooperate and make themselves available but hey, that's just the way it is. However, the guide filled in the gaps. A worthwhile experience.
Shannon Benedetto: Staff has issues with volunteers. They kick people off the list after 2 trainings when they don't know anything about the volunteers. Nobody knows me at the tiger rescue and somehow they're complaining about past issues.. the staff is overdramatic
Barbara Murdock: We enjoyed it.
Michael Tallarico: Awesome place to raise awareness of wild animals. Tigers, lions, servilles, caracals and more. Greg was very informative. We can't wait to return
Vanessa Graziano: This was a great experience. We did the twilight tour with the volunteers (Tom and Hank, I believe). The tour was educational, ethical and an all around good time. The rescue seems to be doing right by big cats, would recommend.
Wendy Gavin: 8 people in the group all had a great time. Our guide Ruth was wonderful. FYI try not to go when it's hot and full sun because the animals don't move around much.
Elliot Cramer: A wonderful well-run operation
Evelien Van Ekert: Loved our visit! Highly recommend.
Flo Muffin: Saw tons of big cats and learned lots, educational experience is great for kids!
Suzanne Fuller: Was a wonderful experience for the twilight tour. Highly recommend
Joey Joe Joe Jr Shabadoo: Very informative. Our guide knew her stuff and we enjoyed the Twilight Tour and watching a few of the cats get treats. It was a humbling experience to see how big these cats can get in person. Worth stopping in for a tour.
Paul Petkanas: My personal experience. This is a great place to go to learn ALL about the Tigers and other animals they house there. This is not a great place to bring children younger than about 12 years old. Very rough loose gravel trails and rocky dirt roads. Challenging for little legs to walk or adults to push a stroller. Also, poison ivy and fire ant hills!Bottom line, the animals are beautiful, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, but the younger kids in the group definitely got bored.
Beverly Clapp: My happy place!

Piedmont Wildlife Center: what do users think?
Shelby Cates: While small, this hidden gem has a great variety of raptors! I scheduled a private tour for my partner's birthday and we had a great time meeting all of the birds. Our tour guide was super friendly and knowledgeable, and she showed a lot of skill in handling the red-shouldered hawk Willow outside of her enclosure. This would make a great afternoon for anyone, especially if you're already a wildlife lover. But regardless, expect to leave having learned something cool and with a new appreciation for our winged neighbors!
Laura B. Fogle: Our family had a great time on the turtle trek! We found 3 turtles, including a little adolescent. So cute!
Lina Lindberg: I attended one of PWCs foraging classes near Hillsborough. The class was very fun, interesting and engaging. Our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about wildlife and foraging. I will definitely be back for future classes.
AN: Very kid friendly, beautiful area.
Terry Casstevens: The Owl Prowl was awesome!
Tomia Maurice: Awesome dog park, lots of open space with a trail.
Cheryl Schall: I booked a classroom visit from PWC to a campground at Falls Lake where my daughter's class was learning about the wilderness. Noelle was easy to work with. Our presenter was engaging and interesting. It was an amazing experience!
Amy Schott _ Staff - FoxRdES: The staff was very easy to work with to schedule a presentation at our school for 5th graders. The kids LOVED the animals and the presenter was very knowledgeable.
Kayla Clyma: Piedmont Wildlife Center came to our elementary school for a presentation. Wow did I have some engaged 2nd graders! They LOVED the different types of animals. They were sponges, learning all types of new facts! I am sure there will be many parents who learn something new tonight! Great segways between the sweet ambassadors in front of us and the animals of NC which my students might see in the wild. Loved the variety and how great the human ammbassador was with all our students. Thanks Piedmont Wildlife Center!
Julie Gillette: We've invited Piedmont Wildlife Center into our classrooms for several years to kick off our animal units. The students get so excited to see the animals up close and gets them engaged for our new science unit.
Leigh Naturkach: I've had two virtual owl bomb visits with my team, and they are efficient, on time, friendly, and create a unique experience. I love supporting them and their animals!
Beth: Had an excellent experience here for a birthday party. Was completely outside, there is an amphitheater with benches where instructor gave engaging presentations on 4 animals, after each kids got to pet (hand sanitizer provided before and after) about 15-20 kids age range 9-10 and they were all kept very interested/entertained. This was about 30-40 minutes, afterwards the instructor (Alyssa!) Led kids in a very active game (park Ranger or werewolf) which involved a ton of running through the woods, they all thought the game was super fun and everyone was happy and tired afterwards. Lastly we had birthday cupcakes, there are about 4 picnic tables. Many kids asked to have more parties here, would definitely return!
Emily Makhija: This is always one of our favorite in house trips! Piedmont Wildlife Center does a great job helping you find the appropriate trip package and is very organized. They are very knowledgeable about all of their animals and then some! They are patient to answer student questions and take time to let you get up close with the animals. We’ll definitely be booking again!
Dan Darlington: Fun and educational
Kim Stahl: Wonderful camps, but also community events for kids and adults. Great wildlife education!
Crystal Brewster: We celebrated my son's 5th birthday here. It was so fun and stress free. The kids met 5 animals and really had a wonderful time.
Emma Dickinson: We had a 7th birthday party here and it was wonderful. The instructor was great with the kids, and everyone had a blast
Katie Crews: PWC came to our school and did a phenomenal program for our students. It was an hour filled with great information that was made exciting and accessible for our middle school students, and the kids really enjoyed being able to touch the reptiles, engage with the presenter's questions, and see all the organisms up close. I was so impressed every aspect of the program, and I would love to have them back next year!
Julie Werry: We had an AMAZING time (grown ups and kids alike) at the Piedmont Wildlife Center. Our group of 3 families did a field trip where we got to spend time meeting and learning about all different animals (box turtle, corn snake, rabbit and opossum). The team at Piedmont were incredibly informative and engaging. They let the kids ask a million questions and shared lots of interesting facts. We then got to do a nature exploration hike in the woods where kids looked for bugs, moths, butterflies, and other insects. They loved it. A perfect day of learning and engagement. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Jake Hofmann: They have owls and a hawk in separate enclosures that you can view them in. They also have very nice trails to walk on through the woods.
Kimberly Leonhardt: Educational and fun! Very knowledgeable staff.
