Gia K: If I had to pick the single best thing I did for myself this year it would be having standing appointments with Lala. I'm not a fan of mornings and my version of self motivation is sitting in my yoga pants for four hours then deciding it got too late to work out. I was not sure what to expect, everyone's training styles are different, some people yell at you! Lala is super nice, really laid back and easy to work out with. The hour is always over before I know it. Lala comes to my house, she has already pre-written my workouts and has all the equipment needed. She sets everything up. I haven't counted but I think they are about 45 seconds each exercise, enough time to feel the burn but not enough time to hate her! Lala is really funny and easy to talk to so sometimes I'm cracking up while doing a sit up for bonus abs! After the first session I felt my muscle memory come back and now after probably the 10th session I feel great, and I look really good too 😄 I never want to go back to feeling sedentary or heavy and sluggish. Lala's service is the perfect way to keep track of my workouts and ensure that I actually do them. I almost secretly didn't want to write a review because I don't want you googlizers taking my scheduled times !!! I feel confident in my schedule now so, yeah, she is amazing, I feel SO.MUCH.BETTER. If you do one thing to better yourself this year it has to be setting something consistent up. You will literally not miss the time and it will make sitting down and standing up way easier I have improved my strength and my body is seriously proud of me. 于于: I don't feel comfortable to go to big gyms like O2, so I started personal trainer after my second baby. I joined 2 months ago with trainer Ben, he is kind and patient! I've noticed a big improvement in my strength and stability. The workouts are so tailored to my needs, capabilities, and specifics. Ben is great at motivations and very knowledgeable. People around me start realizing my changes only after two months, that's every impressive. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to start healthy life.
Sam Scaggs: We've had the pleasure of working with three of the trainers and they are all great, but a special shout out to Michele for always being alert enough to notice when one of us isn't feeling 100% and adjusting the workout to compensate.
Wray Ferrell: If you want to get in shape this is the place for you. The one on one instruction is great and by working with them my bad back has gotten much better. Nice to be pain free.
Alison Haines: I love training at FT in Cary. It is well run and most importantly has improved my overall fitness and health.

He understands my limitations and assess progress throughout the workout. He offers suggestions of options as well.The nice thing about Fitness is together is when you arrive it's you, your trainer and the equipment. No one else is watching what your doing, there is no judgment from strangers on other equipment and the focus is on you and your workout.I'd recommend this place to anyone just starting out who wants guidance on how to start working out, anyone who has a fear of going to a big gym filled with people, or who just wants to improve on what they already know. Charles Carper (Chuck): I had a shoulder surgery last year and broke my ankle 6 months ago— this year has been all about recovery and getting back to normal. I’ve been going to a physical therapist for almost a year for my shoulder and 4 months for my ankle. I just started working out at Fitness Together with trainer Christine about 5 weeks ago and have seen an immediate impact in my range of motion. I feel back to my usual self which is an amazing feeling. On top of that I’ve lost 13 lbs and can see the muscle I’m gaining. The facility is clean and well-maintained, plus I love that I can play my favorite music during the session. Christine is a caring trainer who knows how to push for results in a safe, pain-free way. Owner Sean was a wealth of knowledge during my initial consult and helped me to feel confident in starting a new workout routine.

I wanted to get stronger before surgery and now I want to continue to get stronger, slimmer, and hopefully avoid loose skin that can come with rapid weight loss. Brian Myers: Core Results has been a great experience for me. After consecutive years of doing HIIT training, running and biking, I wanted to switch to a less cardio-intensive workout and focus on core and strength training. Aaron (owner) paired me with Jacob, who is an incredible trainer. He is energetic, always prepared, and is a tremendous resource for all things health - from nutrition to the importance of sleep to health trends....you name it, he has it covered. Over the several months I trained with Jacob, I was able to increase weightlifting in all areas while improving form. The core work I did helped a great deal, so the plan Jacob had for me worked out great! Aaron is very responsive and always willing to lend a hand in the gym as well. Thanks Core Results!

He is so knowledgeable and makes each work out challenging and personalized around your goals. The numbers do not lie, we have much stronger I've become over the last year! I can't say enough good things about Khris and the experience I've had with him, as well as the experience overall at the gym. The gym is very clean and they have lots of different equipment for all types of workouts. However, Khris does not need equipment, he can make a body workout crazy challenging. The facility is located in a shopping complex which is great! Parking is everywhere and easy to get in an out. Cafe and grocery store is nearby for post workout.

Y Liu: I've been going here for almost a year now with Khris as my trainer. I think this is probably the first gym (whether it's yoga, group classes, generic gym) that I've stuck with for more than a few months and the first one I do not want to skip a session on. Khris is fun, upbeat, hardworking and works at your pace while still pushing you so you're always making progress. Even in areas you didn't think to make progress in. I went from being able to do half a pushup to 20. You can tell he cares a lot about keeping the gym clean as well. The trainers all clean the equipment between each use, and everyone wears masks. It's almost always just you and the trainer. I highly recommend personal training and Khris here.

Asked to check out the 2nd location at same time of the first appointment before making a final decision to sign a minimum of 3months contract. Was told I could. Went and no one was there and the door was locked. Checked messages, was left on “seen.” Nevertheless, still liked the setup of the gym and the 24hr access, so asked how to sign up and even asked about a group membership for my significant other. Was left on “seen”again… I’m good, dawg ✌🏼

Julie Martha: I just signed up three days ago. First of all, I’m wildly in love with this gym. Before I signed up, I called the number posted on google and it’s the actual owners’ cell phone. His tone and delivery is straight to the point. I asked one question about rates and he not only answered it, but he covered sign up fee, prorate, discount codes, and the cancellation process. I actually read the terms and conditions on the sign up site and giggled at a few of the sections because it was clearly written by the owner himself but also written quite professionally. This gym owner takes serious pride in himself from what it seems, and I love that he comes across as someone who’s so confident in himself that he’ll be so real and cut to the chase without having to feel like he has to sell me into a membership. He knows what he has to offer and he’s firm on his standards. I think his price for access to TWO 24/7 gyms is also awesome. I’m so grateful for access to a gym that’s loaded with attachments, 24/7 access, and all the space I need to thrive.

Though, it was lacking some TLC when I had last went, which I also provided as feedback when I canceled via the online form. Easy things like cleaning up the bathroom and gym, keeping sanitary items stocked, and so on. I ultimately canceled as I switched to a closer gym, but, those items did play a small role in my decision. It seems as though the owner is a bit removed from the day-to-day workings and perhaps that plays a big part in my primary concerns. Perhaps more focused on the new location that is soon to be opening. So all in all the gym itself is Ok; however, my review is largely based on the cancelation process, which if you couldn’t tell from previous reviews is horrendous. The owner should take this as a sign that it’s time to fix what is a very broken process. I canceled via the online form and received no confirmation. I then followed up via email with the owner and once again received no confirmation. I was then overcharged the next month after canceling, contacted the owner, and with the same pattern received no confirmation or response. Ultimately, I filed a fraud claim with my bank against the overcharge and thankfully was refunded.** UPDATE **Adding on to my review and switching from 2 to 4 after receiving a heartfelt call from Dominick expressing his concerns and apologies. Sounds like they're taking all of the feedback (from everyone) and applying it with sincerity, which I loved to hear. I wish nothing but the best for Archetype and I hope that all the kinks are sorted out soon. I did truly enjoy the gym (and may return one day). As the saying goes, "Take care of your customer and the business will take care of itself."
KING LUNIC: Hands my favorite gym in the area. Almost feel like this place saved my life. Community judgment free, clean and they challenge you and encourage at the sametime. The gym events are always awesome. Also 24 hour strength training gym!
Tonja Jones: I wished there was a zero or negative star for the professionalism and communication. Canceling your membership is nearly impossible after giving a 30 day notice and paying the final monthly payment. We cancelled on 02/26/22 and should have paid our last monthly membership March 2022. However we have been billed April and May. We contacted them immediately in April and received a text "Calm down Bro" we will fix it and nothing happened. So May comes and on the 1st we were charged but immediately refunded. We were happy and thought finally we are done, they have cancelled the membership. Then today there is a charge for membership fees. We called and immediately there was a combative tone and exchange. It is never them and the problem is never rectified. We should not have to cancel our card. I just wonder how many other consumers have this problem. Cancelling seems to be impossible. My next step is the Better Business Bureau and any other consumer advocacy outlets and Bro we are calm.
