i9 Sports South Wake County, NC: what do users think?
Amy Amra: Great experience with their basketball clinic. Shout out to one of the coaches that just goes above and beyond to make the kids feel special - the one that always wore Carolina shirts. :)The kids learned so much, really well planned fundamental skills training, weaving in competitions and games in a no-pressure, fun environment.
Dean Macko: I have noticed also that the quality of coaching is better than other programs that YMCA offers. Practice is the same day as the game. Plus, I like having values for each game that the kids can work toward.
Dana Combopiano: I love the I-9 program. I get to introduce my kids into sports and it’s not so stressful. It’s well organized and I think the instruction is great.
Shawna O: My son absolutely loves T-ball! Coach Adam is awesome with teaching the fundamentals of T-ball and really good with keeping all the children engaged! We highly recommend I-9 sports!
Jennie Marie: Great program with great coach’s. Both my kids love the program.
Thu Washington: The staff is very professional and does a great job with communication. My kid played flag football and he learned the core values of sportmanship. I'm so thankful that he is surrounded by great leaders.
Sarah Sewell: Our son absolutely loves I9! Our favorite thing about going there is the coaches. They are not only knowledgeable about the game of basketball but they are also incredibly encouraging and motivating to the kids. Our son always gets pumped up on I9 days. 🙌🏼
Di Koenig: I love everything about the basketball ball program; starting with great coaches (Erin is amazing), the drills and techniques that are taught and the focus on hard work and character. My son looks forward to playing weekly.
Amanda Klenk: The coaches are fantastic! They are supportive, encouraging, and patient. The whole staff is welcoming and helps the kids get excited to play. My daughter loves going to soccer, and we can't wait to sign her up for next summer's league. Highly recommend!
Alexis Scott: I enjoy it every Saturday. They have practice and a game all in one day.. no arguing just plain Ole fun 🙂
hagai sharabi: great support from everyone in the i9Sports, my son loves coming to the games and playing.
Stephanie Polewczak: Great staff and support. Truly want the kids to learn the sport and have fun while doing it!
Susan Nagorski: We have really enjoyed i9 Sports flag football! My son loves playing! The coaches and staff are really friendly and supportive. I also love that both the practices and games are on Saturdays.
Belles Vaca: Fabulous flag football coaches at the Alston Ridge Elementary Sunday afternoon program for 6-8 year olds! Their skill building, coaching manner, drills are top notch! Was an amazing experience for our son's first sport training event!
Averyll Aberdeen: All kids play regardless of their level of experience. Our coach is extremely fair and patient. Comradery amongst the kids and parents.
Larry Moray: This is a very well thought out and coordinated program to emphasize youth development, team work and skills over competition. High recommend!
Brent Cochrane: We're having a great experience at i9 soccer. Highly recommend.
Shannon Scarlett: A well run program with excellent staff, coaches, and referees. We appreciate the positive, encouraging atmosphere where our kids can learn about sports and sportsmanship.
Jasmine A: The soccer program gives my child the opportunity to have fun with other children while learning core values of what a team player is! The coaches of my daughter’s soccer team are extremely patient and genuine. I couldn’t be more grateful to have experienced this program.
Kelly Gascoigne: Great experience! Fantastic staff and coaches. Positive attitudes and teamwork and convenient same day practice/games.
Robert Whitaker: Well organized and fun!

i9 Sports of South Wake: what do users think?
Mark Brennan: My son played 2 seasons of flag football, and that was enough to know i9 is not the right league. The most problematic issue we had was the unfair teams, which do nothing to foster sportsmanship or develop confidence in young athletes.Members are allowed to pick their teams, so you'll have entire teams that know each other, have been playing together under the same coaches for years, and are all the same age, and they're pitted up against teams of varying age players who don't know each other, or their coaches. Not only does it make the competition extremely lopsided, it presents an injury risk because you have a team of older players playing against mixed ages, including youngest ages. When I brought this up to the administrators, they basically laughed it off and said it's more fun for the teams that know each other and win, the way they have it set up. But my son broke his foot that day, and one of the girls got a concussion from an overagressive older boy on a team that already had the game in the bag, so it isn't that they think I'm wrong, it's that they just don't care. Sportsmanship is important to them, but only on the losing and disadvantaged teams. Stacked teams must be paying the bills for i9 🤷‍♂️

Futbol Club of Cary: what do users think?
Ben Leto: I've been very thankful for FC Cary over the years. Practices and games are so close. It makes it easy for families in the area to get their kids involved with Rec youth soccer and organized sports without the cost, time, and commitment of other clubs in the area. Thanks to organizers, coaches, refs and families for this.

Northwest Cary YMCA: what do users think?
Joey Liu: Clean facility with lots of equipment, best y in the triangle
Yunus G.: great place but a bit crowded
Noah Winstead: Phenomenal gym. This YMCA has everything - basketball courts, up-to-date cardio and weights, spacious calisthenics area, classrooms, and clean/comfortable locker-rooms. I drive slightly out of my way to workout at this gym as opposed to other locations 👍
Jose Carlos Huasasquiche Cubillas: Excelente
Heather Jerman: Go Super Skippers!! We love Super Skippers!
Jazzy Lee: Been going to this YMCA for about 4 years now. I attend workout classes and go to the gym. I use camp grace for my son, who is on the spectrum, and for the first time today I utilized their drop in a play, for my daughter, who is 2, and did really well. The staff was very welcoming and helped without judgement when I wasnt sure where is go..Super grateful for Katie and Laura. They are always kind, friendly and happy to help. Really genuine people❤️
Garry McKnight: Great environment!!!
Carlos Zamarripa: Very nice Y!
Sarah Rodriguez: Can't wait to go back !
Robert: I don't know about other YMCA locations in the triangle area, but this location is completely swamped with kids, high school, middle school, and even elementary. I appreciate all the energy from youth but it is impossible to work out there without patiently waiting for a group of kids trying to lift weights beyond their limit. When I finally hop on an equipment, I am constantly being asked by kids how many sets I have left. YMCA staffs should really pay attention to kids there and educate them working out is not just lifting heavy weights before someone gets seriously injured.Their equipment is outdated and aging, not to mention the lack of variety of equipment. After almost a year trying, I ran out of patience, so I quit.
Gail Budda: Great facility. I come every week for Tai Chi
Anna Rucinski: Great facility, staff, and child care.
Ruijie Zhou: Even have heated pool in winter.
Colin Miller: Wow! Beautiful facilities. It's like a resort. Similar gym in NYC or BOS is $150+ / mo / member*** Update 9Feb2023***YMCA is a neighborhood institution."Sound mind in a sound body"Words to live by.NW Cary location is new, functional.
Ciera Shannon: I love it here. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The facility is always clean, and the equipment is up to date. The lobby is spacious and is a great place to come work , take meetings, or do homework with your little ones. I love that they have two separate pools for regular swimming and family time. Our children really enjoy playing on splashpad. They also offer a really cool homeshool program that our family takes advantage of. Megan and the staff do an amazing job with our children! I would definitely recommend.
Ishu Sharma: Why i took so long to take my membership here!!! Amazing experience always!✨️
Lucas Simoes: Clean, not sorry crowded. Offers courts, running track, pool.
Barry M: Outdoor heated pool is a great resource. Indoor track and weights also offer lots of exercise choices. Locker rooms also great.
Michael Masterson: I love going here for my workout. The staff is friendly and the equipment is great. I go here all the time and will continue to.
Neal Stultz: Terrible weight room design. 4 bench presses and TWO free weight squat racks. For all of this space and the amount of people there should be at least 5 Olympic lift rack stations. Good for non-serious lifters and cardio. Thats about it. Modern facilty looks like RDU airport
CW Parris: When it first opened a few years ago, I would've given this location 5 stars. The coffee shop was a nice convenience, the facility was very clean, and customer service and programs were high quality. I also paid about $58 for a parent plus children membership. So much has changed for the worse. I don't think the coffee shop ever reopened after the pandemic, and many programs didn't return to full operation either. Customer service took a hit and my rate increased to $85 a month! Not worth it anymore.
