Put the curves back! Linda's classes strengthen the muscles on all sides of the body to return the natural curves to the spine. Putting the spinal curves back allows dynamic freedom of movement and helps prevent pain that comes from losing these curves through daily life and aging. Tone your glutes and walk with a spring in your step!


​Linda Oelschlaeger is an experienced yoga teacher certified in Kripalu and Anusara yoga and trained in Bowspring yoga. Her classes for all levels are fun, challenging, and transforming.

A former preschool director, Linda holds an M.S. degree in Family and Child Development.

The idea for Charlotte Family Yoga was born out of a desire to create an inclusive yoga community.

We max out our cozy yoga rooms at 25. Smaller class sizes give our teachers a chance to get to know their students.

You may notice we are a mirror- free studio. Our desire is for you to feel the pose, not see the pose.

We offer daily yoga classes for students of all ages and fitness levels. With the help of our skilled teachers, both beginners and more seasoned practitioners will feel welcome.
