Nikole DiDio: Highly recommend! Stop your search and look no further. I have been traveling for work over the past 15 years or so and therefore have used many many different Ubers, car services etc and this is hands down the best. All the drivers are prompt, communicative on timing/location/confirmations, friendly and beyond professional. This is the definition of a luxury car service but at a reasonable price point, in fact comparing to a decent Uber it’s the same or better priced. They take the stress out of dealing with worrying about pickup / dropoff. I’ve also used them for personal purposes a few times and had great experiences. The only thing I’ve not used them for is travel with my kids because we typically park at the airport but I’ve seen car seats so if you’re in need of those services and don’t want to deal with airport parking I would definitely consider this option as well.

GAB News: My wife and I, along with our two kids were stranded at a gas station just outside of Charlotte due to a car problem. The tow truck could only carry two of us. We called Gilbert's Transportation. He said he would be there in 16 minutes. He was there in 12 minutes. He was very courteous and friendly. We only needed to be driven a few miles. He was wonderful. I highly recommend him if you need transportation in the Charlotte area.

Nura Strong: This company saved the day for my family. We had a hellish travel day with over 12 hours of flight delays and re-routing where we found ourselves in a limbo not sure what time we would be arriving in Charlotte airport but knew it would definitely be after midnight and needed to get home to Greensboro. To add to that we needed a car seat for our 2 year old so we couldn't reserve an Uber.I took a chance and called Upscale Car & Limo around 8pm and they were able to confirm the availability of a driver and book us within 5 minutes even though our arrival time was so uncertain. They monitored our flight time and responded to my various emails leading up to our arrival even though it was very late at night.We eventually landed at 2:30AM and finally made it out of baggage claim at 3:30AM. I was worried the driver would have bailed at that point but he waited for us and drove us the 1.5 hours to Greensboro. The car was impeccable and the service was very professional.

Carolina GREEN: I made a reservation 1 month in advance of my Service Date. At 11:30PM EST, a few hours before my reservation, Upscale Car & Limo calls to let me know the Mercedes Sprinter I reserved was ‘Unavailable’. It’s been over 2 weeks an I’ve yet to receive a refund.
