Keisha Hall: DO NOT USE THEM!!! Please read all these reviews before signing the contract. No one is lying on them bcuz the complaints are all the same. This is the worst company ever. I wish I had read these reviews before using them but my insurance company referred them so I thought they would be ok. Boy was I wrong. They took 8 months to complete a small kitchen bcuz of poor communication. When they first came I thought they would be good but soon found out they talk a good game but performance was REALLY REALLY BAD. They said they were going to start on one day and no one showed up & didn’t call to let me know. I asked for one color to be painted on my walls & they almost put the wrong color. Thank Goodness I showed up before they got started. When you ask the project manager questions he would just tell you anything and 90% of the time it was wrong. I had to constantly call to see when they would complete the project, he would give a date and that date would come & go. They put in cabinets & floors I didn’t approve so they had to redo the cabinets I kept the floors just to get it over with. The contractors broke my TV. It was the worst experience. I called the owner thinking the communication would get better but it never did. I wanted to fire them several times but didn’t want to go thru the hassle of going to court bcuz I had signed the damn contract 🤦🏽♀️ I could go on & on about the bad experience but you get the gist. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE

Liob Wiggles: BEWARE!!! This company has no customer service. Filed claim with insurance company and they choose this company to do the work. Initially very friendly but after three months they have yet to finish the work. No organization on the project. Constantly having to call/text them trying to find out when they will complete work and keep getting the run around. Excuse after excuse. Work was shotty at best. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Ben Whitley: We had damaged hardwoods that needed to be replaced. Jeremy was our initial contact and he was a great help throughout the process, especially with handling some issues we had with their contractors. The project manager under him was okay but the communication was a challenge. We were told multiple times that work would begin on certain dates and then it did not. We finally reached out very frustrated after several occurrences of failing to follow through on their word. It turned out there was a legitimate explanation for a lot of the delays but none of that was communicated and we were left frustrated and trying to figure out what was going on. Beyond that the contractors were bad. Some of the issue did stem from the delays that weren't explained to us but once they actually got on the job they did mediocre work, damaged other parts of our home without telling us and also did not follow through with commitments. Our job was one of those perfect storms where everything seemed to go wrong but a lot of it could have been prevented. Unfortunately I would not recommend using this company. Poor communication seems to be a consistent issue based on a lot of other reviews that we should have listened to. We went with Rainbow over another company recommended by a friend who works in construction and we will not make that mistake again.Services:Flooring,Painting

Elizabeth Hazelton: The Metrolina Restoration crew arrived on the scene and quickly assessed the water damage tomany units. They got started right away.Deton came to my unit, inspected the damage and talked me through it. He was informative and gave me a total understanding of the procedure and process.The project manager was Ryan who kept in contact the entire time making sure there were no problems.Ian and Miles took over the work. They were thorough and incredibly respectful and accomodating in every way.The job has been completed and now awaits restoration.Clean up and prep were incredible.I would recommend this company.

Despite it being a holiday, and this being a widespread issue due to a storm, Paul Noble was at our house immediately. He thoroughly assessed the situation and set up equipment to minimize our loss. Throughout the entire process, Paul kept me informed and well educated. Having never experienced this kind of damage, I found tremendous relief knowing someone knowledgeable was overseeing the project, who was also available when I had questions or concerns along the way. I would recommend Metrolina without hesitation and, although I hope I never have to call them again, they will definitely be my first call.

Mats were out down on our floors for them going in and out and then once they were done, they mopped up and left our home neat. Very respectful of our space. Quality work.
LoriBeth Blair: Donzell and his team in Marietta were excellent, especially after our experience with two other terrible vendors.Despite half of the city being swamped they made it out to our place with the quickness and fully stocked on equipment to deal with our 50+ gallon flood in the basement bedroom.Metrolina really knows what they are doing, provide excellent service and follow through, and they are absolute professionals.Hopefully I won’t need this kind of help again, but if I do I know who I can trust to call.

Kathy Bromer: Had major water leak from burst sprinkler system over Christmas holidays. Ryan helped immediately to get people on site to start drying out process. Danny and Miles came right away and were on top of all issues, setting up equipment to dry everything out. Extremely neat and caring about furnishings. Answered all questions. Denton and Anthony followed up and constructed airways to continue drying out walls/insulation. They covered everything in the room before cutting more of the wall away. These guys are fantastic! A great team. Highly recommend if you need these types of services. Hoping these gentlemen will be rewarded for going above and beyond!
Kim S: We recently experienced extensive water damage when our water heater - located in attic- burst. Our plumber recommended Metrolina, and we were very impressed with their services. Paul was professional, thorough, and transparent with us from the start, as well as patient with my questions and concerns. He carefully assessed the damage throughout both levels of the house and provided a detailed estimate for our insurance company.Immediately his first concern was getting driers going for our hardwood floors, so he and Jordan worked late to get those in place. The next day we had Danny and Isaac who did an excellent job of securing the work area and removing flooring, walls etc to get everything dried. Jordan returned with Isaac Friday to finish drying everything and clean. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the Metrolina team. Although we haven’t started the repair half with their counterpart we are anticipating the same level of service. We would highly recommend Metrolina for any remediation needs.

Ryan was my project manager and made all the arrangements, organized additional contractors, provided constant updates, and provided a great single point of contact. Ryan simply did an outstanding job. Jordan and Isaac did the onsite work - removing flooring, removing drywall, treating and removing the mold, and finally coming back and validating that the mold was gone and no moisture remained. The onsite team left the work area clean and performed their work according to the schedule provided by Ryan.

We called a well known national company for the first and Metrolina for the second. Metrolina Restoration was far and away the better company to work with. They were so helpful and thorough and kept us informed every step of the way. The final invoice even came in lower than their initial estimate. Paul Noble, Deton Rickets, Danny Filip, Jasen Berastain, and Justin Filip all worked in our home and did a fantastic job keeping the spaces clean and protected.
