Candace Brown: Customer service is terrible. My husband and I came here to possibly purchase a stroller worth thousands of dollars vs ordering online. Firstly they don’t have strollers in stock only displays. Secondly no one greeted us or tried to help us. There were people who came in after us that were greeted and helped. I really wouldn’t make anything about race but my husband and I waited patiently for someone to come help us. All of the people who weren’t of color got helped, the associates explained how the products in the store worked and demonstrated how strollers are broken down. For us we didn’t get any of that. I had to stop an associate that was walking passed us for help and she seemed bothered and annoyed that I was even asking her anything. None of my questions were answered. Never again….

Always know I’m going to find exactly what I need (and probably a few things I don’t, but have to have!) and will be greeted by friendly store associates. For example, today I went there for some last minute Easter basket goodies and I love what I found in their well curated toy sections. All the little touches they put into this sweet store, down to their signature wrapping paper style make it a special place. LOVE Shower Me With Love!

They answered all my questions, let me try out strollers and configurations, gave me personal feedback, and helped me leave feeling quite confident regarding which stroller would not work well with my tall toddler. They saved me from wasting money on a stroller that wouldn't work for my growing family. I definitely plan to come back and shop other baby items soon!

Jennifer Santucci: Came here as a FTM, having no idea what to buy and McKenzie (hope I’m spelling her name right) took time on quite a busy Saturday to show us a bunch of stuff and give us a lot of great information without trying to “sell” us. She didn’t rush us and didn’t act impatient even though it was so busy and she even addressed a private concern I shared with her which was so kind. Baby shopping is overwhelming but I am thankful for this store’s existence and for people like McKenzie for being willing to help us and explain things to us because we literally knew nothing. We will be regular customers here because of her. It’s also really nice to be able to test drive things like strollers in the store which can be quite an investment.

Talia Moctezuma: A little upset that such a cute store has such bad customer service. I went in based on their online saying they had a product for our nuna stroller only to find out it’s actually not available. I had to walk around for about 10 mins no one cared to greet or help. I had to go up to the counter and even then she send someone else to help. They were rude and said on we don’t have it turned around and basically left me hanging.

Kimberly Attwater: I have never reviewed a store online before, but I was thoroughly impressed with Michaela who went above and beyond to make sure my experience at Shower Me With Love was excellent! I first called the store because I was interested in looking at an UPPAbaby stroller and a bumbleride stroller and they were the only store locally that carried the bumbleride brand. I called them because I could not find a car seat adapter online. She said she had one and I asked if she could put it on hold till I could get there to look at both strollers. She said that was not a problem at all. We went and looked at both strollers in the store and I decided I did not like the bumbleride stroller as much so we focused our attention on the UPPAbaby stroller. I asked tons of questions and Michaela was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of them. We also liked the UPPAbaby because it could extend as our family grew. We expressed this to Michaela and she was not pushy at all trying to upsell us to buy the second seat or any of the other many add ons that this stroller has. We ended up getting the second seat so everything would match but that was totally a personal preference. I am also extremely indecisive and she was very patient as I went back and forth with the color scheme I wanted. We also came to look at car seats with less chemicals that could go on the stroller. While I had done some research and knew that UPPAbaby had a car seat that met my criteria I also liked the CLEK car seat because they too have less chemicals and the ability to take to the UK to see family. Michaela also suggested looking at NUNA car seats because it had a lot of the same features but was lighter. Since I had not looked at this brand I asked about the safety features and she was able to explain each seat that NUNA had with great detail. She told us the two options of seats she preferred and said the more expensive one while had more perks did a lot of the same things as the less expensive one. Again she could have upsold us but didn’t. We did end up buying the more expensive one because we did not want to have to rethread the infant seat but again this was a personal preference. Lastly we were quoted a 2 week timeframe for all the things we purchased to get to the store. It came early! Which in this day in age is unheard of with all of the supply chain issues we are currently facing. I have nothing but positive things to say about this store but more specifically Michaela who made my experience truly unforgettable.

Elysia Peterson: Placed and order with this store for two Jellycat toys only to have it cancelled. The items that I ordered from their website that show in stock were out of stock. I advised that they should update their website inventory to reflect current stock. The site has yet to be updated, nor has the store even bothered to return my email message regarding the cancelled order and recommendation that they update their site. Unfortunately for a small business, this poor marketing strategy is going to have them lose money and future business if they continue to market items that are not in stock. Some inventory they have listed is retired by the Jellycat brand and can not be ordered for future stock. Poor customer service and marketing.

Once I started to browse around the store the possibilities to get one became five. The true is that they have beautiful clothing for babies and tots remained me of my childhood. I could buy toys and furniture… but this store is the specialty is clothing that you can’t find in retailer store not even in Macy’s store. Some clothing is hand made. And I appreciate the details on the designs. Thank you for such amazing experience. I would definitely go back even if I have to fly from the northern states.
