Extremely pleased with initial visit with Shane who brought out samples of materials and was able to offer us a digital blueprint detailing exactly what completed shower would look like. Courtney Smith: I emailed this company on a Tuesday evening requesting a response for a kitchen and bath full renovation and was asked to provide details as to the budget I had allocated for the project. I phoned again on Wednesday afternoon having not had any response to the email and left a detailed voice message. I received a phone call on Thursday afternoon from a woman from the company. She asked me what the reason for my call had been - she clearly had not read nor responded to my email and did not listen to the details of the voice message I left, so I shared the information for the 3rd time. She didn't listen to what I was saying - that we were extending both the kitchen and bath spaces and wished to go high-end on the results and needed their design expertise. She said they could send someone out to provide the removal of the walls. I reiterated that we didn't need construction assistance but design recommendations, instead. She said she could send her designer out but that I would have to pay for the plans - as if I had hoped to get free service, instead. I said I totally understood that there would be a fee and was looking forward to using their highly-recommended service. She then said she would have her boss call me to meet me at the property to take a look at the walls we wanted removed. I repeated that we didn't require construction, just design recommendations. She asked what a good number would be for contact, even though I had provided that information in both the emails and phone calls. I never heard back. For such a highly-rated company I found her delayed response and lack of follow-up to be both unprofessional and dismissive. I had allocated $20-30k for the kitchen alone and I believe that this woman was profiling me based on the small size of our bungalow instead of treating me or my request with respect and consideration. I am a female small-business owner with a number of properties but at the end of the day, that is irrelevant. Shouldn't all potential customers be treated respectfully and professionally? I won't give this company my business and will be sure to let others know of the treatment and lack of response I received in attempting to contract them.

Stephanie Mankus: After ten years in our house we decided we needed to rethink our master bathroom. We had long thought of eliminating the seldom-used bubble tub and creating an oversized modern walk-in double shower. Our ideas were always evolving and difficult o communicate—and subject to space. This was clearly going to be a dynamic process. After meeting with Scott Meier of Signature Home Kitchen and Bath, we were sure he was the right person for this adventure. He quickly eliminated a clumsy linen closet, redesigned and repositioned two never-used full windows, and picked up enough space to add a stackable washer/dryer. Scott personally helped us pick out tile and countertops and gave us insightful design advice. We enjoyed working with everyone on the Signature team. The entire crew was professional, knowledgeable, personable, respectful and timely—and they kept the work site clean! There was daily communication so we knew what to expect. The Signature team was so pleasant to work with it actually made a project of this magnitude enjoyable. They delivered a spectacular bathroom with high-end finishes and quality workmanship. The attention to detail was amazing. I absolutely love my new master bathroom--so much that we are going to use Signature again ASAP to redo a laundry room. Graham Carling: Just wanted to write a quick note. We had Scott come out and give us a consultation. He had some great ideas that would really enhance our kitchen remodel and was very responsive, understood our desires and pleasurable to work with. We eventually did go with another contractor but really only because the other one was more local and the only thing to choose between them was input from neighbors whom the other contractor had done work for. Hoping I don't regret the decision but did want to give Scott a recommendation for what he did do.

From the beginning, Scott was very helpful with the planning and selection process. I realized that I did not need a decorator to help me with this project as Scott aimed to please. During the renovation, Scott was on sight often. Sam, our project manager, was also on top of everything and made sure that all was done correctly, and Charlie, a true craftsman, who updated part of our closet. Pam McKee: After 19 years in this house, we decided it was way past due to totally remodel our master bathroom and update the other bathrooms. We interviewed and received bids from several companies. After meeting with Scott Meier of Signature Home Kitchen & Bath, we felt that he was the right person to do the renovations for us. He walked us through everything and personally met us to pick out the tile and quartzite. We did not have to go through a “designer” to do this at an additional expense, as we would have with other companies. We showed Scott a photo of a bathroom we liked and he took it from there and created the design.Our new master bathroom looks absolutely amazing!! Better than the picture we had shown Scott. Diane Meyer: I should've written this review months ago but wanted to share the great experience I had with Scott, Sam and the rest of the team on my kitchen and bath remodels. As with any 1950s house, there were the usual issues that came up (not to mention crooked walls & floors everywhere!) but Scott always kept me updated throughout the process and was great to work with. I love my new rooms and would use Signature again in the future as well as highly recommend.
Eric Smith: To be completely honest, our master bath remodel was slow and painful. But at the end Scott delivered everything he promised, and more, and he did it all within the budget we outlined at the start. There was always a great flow of communication – and even when I needed help with small side projects, Scott was there to assist. His judgement is on point – and he often challenged me to rethink ideas – and I’m glad because the result speaks for itself. We stayed on budget and while a renovation can be scary and overwhelming, I felt confident throughout the process working with Scott.

Susann Hayes: Such a mixed experience:Design C+ : While we were happy with the final design, ReVision did not make sure prior to ordering the cabinetry that we had adequate electrical output to match our request. Given that we already had everything on-site that we wished to power using our new island, this should have been an easy check; instead we are left with a pretty much unusable void where a microwave had been planned. Also, the planned location for the outlets weren't feasible, a fact only realized AFTER the countertops were done and being installed. We expected more upfront logistical planning.Construction A-: The workmanship of our cabinetry, countertop, and lighting is great. The only proviso was one retrofitted area that, again due to poor logistics at the planning stage, ended up less than satisfactory.Completion Time D: We were told from contract to cabinet delivery would be 8-12 weeks, and tear-down to finish would be approximately 3 weeks...we had a rather small project. Instead, we waited 17 weeks to get the cabinets and 7 weeks to go from tear-down to finish.Communication F: While the boots-on-the-ground teams were generally VERY good at communicating, the information we received from the office was often sparse, incorrect, and on more than one occasion just flat out untruthful. And at one EXTREMELY disappointing point, we were chided that we should just be grateful that the delay wasn't even longer.Service:Remodeling
Ben Harmon: Revision added a screened-in porch to the back of my house. We were very satisfied with the process, from the planning/design all the way through the work to completion. Communication with the Revision team was great; everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Revision keeps you updated with the progress of the project and the future schedule on a real time basis, so there are no surprises. Any issue/question we had was addressed immediately. We had worked with ReVision on a few projects when we bought our 60 year old house last year, and knew we wanted to work with them again on the kitchen. Jess M: I reached out to CASE to have a 'conversation,' as they put it. I'm disappointed to say that they told me today (12/29/20) that they would not be able to work with me due to my "lean" budget, and I should instead reach out to much smaller contractors or one-man businesses. I'm not sure in what world 26k is lean for smaller spaces, but I guess it isn't wealthy enough for CASE to even have a conversation or consultation to learn more. Perhaps an adjustment to your description would be needed, to specify that you only have interest in working with customers that have a certain range of budget.I'm disappointed, and a little humiliated- this is the first and only design/remodeling company to say such a thing to me.
Gail Lippitt: We had the best experience with every member of the Case team. We had a very dated fireplace, in a house we currently bought, with an updated kitchen. The fireplace and the kitchen were in the same open area and it was necessary to redo the fireplace. I had a picture of what I wanted and the design team ,Jeremy and his colleagues took it to another level. It turned out better than we could’ve ever imagined. We appreciate the professionalism ,the promptness ,the attention to detail, and timeliness of our entire project. We will be using Case in the future for other projects. Highly recommend them.
David Herring: Case did an excellent job updating our historic 1920s condo in Myers Park. They responded to the challenges of such an old building with ease and handled our detail-oriented personalities with kindness and professionalism. D Loomis: As returning customers with Case Remodeling, it goes without saying that my wife and I are incredibly happy with their people and their expert level of work. In the fall of 2016 we hired Case to design and build a mudroom/laundry room addition on the back of our house, and in 2019 we used Case again to gut and remodel our entire first floor. The latter included taking a load bearing wall down to create an open concept design kitchen, dining room, and living room areas as well as upgrading our 1/2 bath powder room to a full bathroom with a shower.With the two phase project now complete, we have a seamless and absolutely beautiful and efficient mudroom/laundry room adjacent to the rest of our newly remodeled first floor. It’s so incredible that most days we still can’t believe it’s our house. It’s like living in a HGTV show! Overall, both projects went very smoothly and according to plan. As with any addition or renovation it wasn’t without challenges, especially since we have children. During the first project, our third child was born. Case and all the contractors that they hired were incredibly respectful of this stage in our life. During the second project, we were living in the house with 3 kids under 7 while most of the work was being done. That’s where the people at Case really shine. Marianne Shannon, our lead designer (and good friend now) was with us every step of the way through both projects. She and her assistant Katie went out of their way to make themselves available to us whenever we had questions or concerns, no matter what was going on.We chose to renovate in two phases in an attempt to spread out the cost of our remodel. We found Case’s pricing to be honest and fair. When we approached Case on the second phase, we requested to use the same lead designer (Marianne Shannon) and lead craftsman to complete our project, and they made that happen. There’s no doubt in my mind that even without that option our remodel would have come out just as seamless and beautiful. As a company, the employees at Case recognize the importance of individual relationships built between their customers and their front line people. Katherine Little: We hired Case to close off our 2-story living room and add a bonus room directly above that area. The initial meeting was really great (shoutout to Adam for really listening to what we wanted and being extremely upbeat and positive about the ability to make it happen - others who had come out to give a quote were more pessimistic and negative about what it was going to take to do this project, not exactly what a homeowner wants to hear). Every step from start through project completion went very smoothly and we were very happy with the work they did.
