Jeff Goforth: The staff is wonderful and knows their product! I highly recommend.
Julie Berg: I can’t recommend this company thus far.They let go of our sales rep and afterwards we had no point of contact. They violated the terms of our contract and installed countertops with seams. They procrastinate on replacing the stone. You must pay in full before any work is to be done then your left waiting. We can’t finish our kitchen until we get the correct countertops. We really hope they step up and fulfill our contract.
B Mahb: This installation part of this company is HORRIBLE!! They were used by our builder and have been a nightmare! From installing 2 different granites in our kitchen to just no call/no show several times! We had a separate area of about 3 ft of granite that was installed with similar but DIFFERENT granite. When we caught it (on pre-move in walk thru), they just didn’t show up to 2 separate appointments. When someone finally showed up, they were to replace the “different” granite and fix a “joint” where 2 pieces of granite had come apart and sat at different levels—-they brought the same WRONG granite style that was already installed and then said he wasn’t there to fix the joint- that it wasn’t on his work order. When I asked about management contact info- he laughed and said good luck. Next appt- the tech was great and did a great job fixing the joint. Here we are again- had an appointment yesterday to have the entire kitchen redone (they apparently don’t have any of the original granite) and they didn’t show up— didn’t call. Tried to reach them over a couple hours- no response. They finally called the builder and said that they broke one of the pieces so they just weren’t coming. Our water was turned off to our kitchen for 2 days in preparation for this— and lost day(s) of work waiting for them to not show! Please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else for granite installation. I certainly understand things happen, but it’s never ok to just not show up or call! **keep deleting my review**
Heather Taylor: I worked with Daphne years ago on our first historic home bathroom and she was extremely helpful making sure I had everything ready for our plumber so there were no hitches.We started our next big project smack in the middle of the pandemic and didn’t realize how badly supply chains issues had hit bathroom hardware. Sadly, Daphne didn’t have what we needed at the time, but she went above and beyond to make suggestions for somewhere else I could try. With her help, I got what I needed elsewhere so we can stay on time with this remodel.For those reviewers who ding The Majestic Bath for being appointment only right now, I don’t know what to say. This isn’t like making a trip to a big box store. You’re coming for the expertise and selection. It’s the difference between making an appointment with a hairstylist vs. walking into a chain that does $8 cuts.For those who mentioned it being cheaper to buy something online, again…sure. But you’re not coming here for the lowest price. You’re coming here for help from someone who will walk through your project and support you if issues arise. If you can accomplish what you want through a big online retailer, godspeed.When it’s time for our big kitchen remodel, Daphne will be my first call.

Cindy Stewart: Do NOT RECOMMEND!!! We purchased lighting, appliances and plumbing from your company 💰💰. Our Bosch dishwasher paid and ordered March 2022 has yet to arrive several delays. As of 6/2022 was told another 6 months . I phoned to discuss what options we had ad bow looking at 23 months!! I was told it was being researched and I would get a call another week passed no call. I phoned to speak to a supervisor and Melanie informed me both in a meeting and I would receive a call. James Moore and Cassie Saylers it's almost another week and NO CALL from either of you supervisors. You have my money and I am not a valuable customer as no more to purchase. When will I hear from you on a conversation of options on dishwasher????
Mary Grace Norris: Ferguson is our go to for sourcing plumbing and bath accessories! They have a wonderful showroom that displays all manufactures and the different finish options. We are always greeted with a smile when we walk in, and our rep, Chris Norfolk, is very knowledgeable on all fronts. He always helps us reach our new, creative ideas, is professional and personable. We enjoy bringing clients in and feel very confident that all will go smoothly with Chris leading us in the right direction from style to budget!
David Richardson: I was looking for a plumbing part for an old fixture. They did not have it in stock, but helped me identify the manufacturer, which was both difficult and helpful, allowing me to order it online as they did not stock it.
Michels Botello: The man at the front desk didn't acknowledge my presence. No eye contact. No welcome as I entered. I approached the counter top to make sure he was aware I was there to be assisted. No “ we’ll be with you in a moment “. I ask the owners of this location , would you want to customize and order thousands for a kitchen and master bathroom with a location like this. I was able to write this review in front of the man that didn’t acknowledge my existence. Thank you for helping to know that my business is no good at this location.

Sarah Mulac: Our order through build.com was super easy, order came fast, and when we had a last minute plumbing mixup they helped us find a local warehouse with a replacement part.However, the two appliances we purchased were a nightmare. The order was crazy delayed, which we understand delays are probable right now, but they never once contacted us with updates. We constantly had to reach out and ask as deadlines slipped past. Scheduling was messed up twice. Parts were broke during install and again we never heard back on the replacements, we would call Ferguson for updates and finally gave up and went straight to manufacturer to get support. The appliances are nice, but if looking for customer service I don't know that I'll go back here again.
Jason Blount: Just went in to talk to a sales rep and I was pushed aside because no one was available to help me even though there where 3 people setting at there desk aware of my needs. I finally went to one of the ladies and asked for her help and she said she would send a note to see if anyone was available. She told me it was done and than approached a couple who had just walked in and immediately started helping them and walking them to the back. At this time I’ve had enough. I was walking out and the lady who has helped me before “Anne” who knew I was waiting on her said to me that it was going to be a little longer. I told her not to worry about it. That I was going to go somewhere else. She seemed relieved and said “Ok” I thought Wow they really just don’t care. Here I am looking to spend $2000 to $2500 on shower valve and she showed no concern or empathy for my distress is just bad ethics in my book. If you want to be help dress and look important or you’ll be there for awhile waiting. This place is over priced and if they are going to be soooo high class and snooty they could at least serve drinks. I will never go back. There better businesses for sure.

Lauren Fowler: Horrible communication and customer service. Redoing an entire house and it has been a nightmare with Ferguson. We ordered 10 plus months in advance and they didn't get the order right originally and then blamed COVID. Kayla was who helped us and she couldn't be less helpful.

Jeannie Starburst: Painful, we are building a house and renovating one and chose Bluestar for the rangetop and the range for both houses, ferguson and other dealer are the only two sources in town, I am working with Amanda, I tried for over 6 weeks to place the order and it took many emails to place the order for that and other appliances. Amanda always has headphone problems and can't return phone calls. I spent over $20k in appliances and she just couldn't care less. I do not recommend this place. Worst customer service. Look elsewhere if you can, I really didn't have a choice.As of now I've been waiting for a week for a ETA for the rangetop.
