She then proceeds to tell me my order wasn't there. Meanwhile, a much nicer guy comes by and goes straight to where it was and hands it to me. Won't be back to this location. UNREAL. Omar Plumey: No issues with this location. We love the garden center! It’s one of the more clean locations I’ve been to as well. Friendly staff. Watch out for other customers in a rush. We almost got hit because someone wasn’t looking.
claudia martinez: I went on Sunday to buy a washer and they supposed to deliver on Monday but they did on Tuesday and they bring me a dryer so I returned so I went to Lowe’s again and they exchanged And they say they deliver the washer on Thursday and again they bring me a dryer so I went again and they promised me that they will bring me the washer on Saturday and they never did , they bring the washer on Sunday I’m really disappointed.

Mark Hutchens: A custom bathroom vanity was ordered 8 weeks ago and it came in without a door and 5 drawer fronts and also no holes were drilled for the drawers. Lowes picked it up per my request and said the doors and drawers are on backorder. I stated they will not match since they have been painted with a different paint lot at a different time.Sydney in Cabinets stated that there will be a 20% restocking fee and ((Mr Wonderful)) Jimmy the floor supervisor stated that I was in breach of contract. THREATS FROM THIS STORE!!Lowes are the ones breaching contract due to their inability to order a cabinet thats complete.I am warning everybody to stay away from this Lowes because they are clueless. NEVER AGAIN! Both Assistant Mgrs. never called me back as they promised. ((David and Stacy))
Robin Champaign: While it took ten minutes to get help from a clerk in appliances, I did purchase a new Electrolux washer and dryer. The best part was delivery was to be within 4 days time. Important as my Miele washer no longer worked. Getting Miele to repair it became impossible as their authorized repairman claimed erroneously he could not move it. Lowes delivery team expertly and efficiently removed the old Miele set (2004) . They did not seem troubled by the tight laundry room and had the old out/new in within less than 45 minutes. Pleasant, professional and courteous. Plus I have a wonderful new laundry pair. Extremely important. I had backed up dirty laundry and was washing a load of clothes before the men buckled their seat belts. Thank you Lowes!!

David Lee: I went to the garden shop to obtain some concentrated weed killer and it was a rather frustrating experience. I'm of the opinion that Lowe's puts their really novice summer help in the garden shop. So .... you'd better know your stuff. At least the young man knew where the chemicals were. As I was making my selection (without much success) a former Lowe's employee came by and ended up being quite helpful.So ... the garden shop requires a shopper to be quite knowledgeable with the Lowe's employee there merely to tell you where things are.

I paid $37.00 for LOWEs people to come to measure the back door. I paid LOWEs $1, 691.00 for the door & installation on Jan. 4th , 2023. I had been to the store to followed up on the back door installation, and had talked to the manager at this location. The manager said will get back to me. It's March 13th ,2023, still nothing. No communication from LOWEs, No back door installation. I will leave it to the readers to sum up about LOWEs. . Good luck doing business with them.

M A J: My daughter and wife tried to purchase some standard 1/4 in machine bolts to assemble a bed. Not being too familiar with those products, they asked for help from a man who was zero help, who looked at the spec sheet and told them to go to where they bought the bed and walked away. Let them buy some over sized screws. So I went back with my daughter to return the useless screws, and located the exact needed product in less than a minute, even though product rack was a mess and in disarray. On the way there noticed trash all around the building. The cashier was friendly but could not provide a printed receipt. Very poor store for being so close to the Corporate HQ. You’d think some senior management would get out and see first hand what their customers experience.

Cindy Stewart: Do NOT RECOMMEND!!! We purchased lighting, appliances and plumbing from your company 💰💰. Our Bosch dishwasher paid and ordered March 2022 has yet to arrive several delays. As of 6/2022 was told another 6 months . I phoned to discuss what options we had ad bow looking at 23 months!! I was told it was being researched and I would get a call another week passed no call. I phoned to speak to a supervisor and Melanie informed me both in a meeting and I would receive a call. James Moore and Cassie Saylers it's almost another week and NO CALL from either of you supervisors. You have my money and I am not a valuable customer as no more to purchase. When will I hear from you on a conversation of options on dishwasher????

We are always greeted with a smile when we walk in, and our rep, Chris Norfolk, is very knowledgeable on all fronts. He always helps us reach our new, creative ideas, is professional and personable. We enjoy bringing clients in and feel very confident that all will go smoothly with Chris leading us in the right direction from style to budget!

Sarah Mulac: Our order through build.com was super easy, order came fast, and when we had a last minute plumbing mixup they helped us find a local warehouse with a replacement part.However, the two appliances we purchased were a nightmare. The order was crazy delayed, which we understand delays are probable right now, but they never once contacted us with updates. We constantly had to reach out and ask as deadlines slipped past. Scheduling was messed up twice. Parts were broke during install and again we never heard back on the replacements, we would call Ferguson for updates and finally gave up and went straight to manufacturer to get support. The appliances are nice, but if looking for customer service I don't know that I'll go back here again.
Jason Blount: Just went in to talk to a sales rep and I was pushed aside because no one was available to help me even though there where 3 people setting at there desk aware of my needs. I finally went to one of the ladies and asked for her help and she said she would send a note to see if anyone was available. She told me it was done and than approached a couple who had just walked in and immediately started helping them and walking them to the back. At this time I’ve had enough. I was walking out and the lady who has helped me before “Anne” who knew I was waiting on her said to me that it was going to be a little longer. I told her not to worry about it. That I was going to go somewhere else. She seemed relieved and said “Ok” I thought Wow they really just don’t care. Here I am looking to spend $2000 to $2500 on shower valve and she showed no concern or empathy for my distress is just bad ethics in my book. If you want to be help dress and look important or you’ll be there for awhile waiting. This place is over priced and if they are going to be soooo high class and snooty they could at least serve drinks. I will never go back. There better businesses for sure.
