Keith S: My friend and I had the wonderful experience of renting an e bike from felicia at e bikes in Charlotte. They were fantastic. They even delivered the bike and picked it up when we were done. We rented on two different days I’m debating about buying an e-bike so thought I would rent one to see if I would like it before purchasing one. Irena Alahakoon: My family and I had a great experience! The rental was right next to the Little Sugar Creek Trail and it was very calm and freeing. There are also plazas that you pass on the way where you can stop for lunch.

Ann Addis: Wonderful morning relearning to ride a bicycle. I had not ridden a bike in decades and decided I wanted an ebike and learn to ride again for exercise and to strengthen my lungs. I wanted to see if I could even ride again and if I had the balance to do it. Felicia was so patient and had me riding a cruiser bike again in minutes. I also test rode the ebike and loved the freedom of the bike. It is so easy for my compromised health. Felicia is awesome with a positive attitude and a joy to be around. She also coached us in looking at bikes on the market and what to look for. All around great experience. Her patience and attitude and communication skills are top notch.
Mya Moore: My first experience on E-bikes and it was the best ! The owner made it worthwhile! We toured around Charlotte and saw a lot of interesting sights that I would have never noticed otherwise ! So peaceful and fun at the same time! I will be doing this more often with her !

Rebekah D: This station is not marked correctly on their location map. There's a lot of construction going on and there is no station here. I don't know if they're still building one or what is happening. You cannot rent bikes and can only park your own bike as an option. It's not even labeled as anything. If it moves, the company should fix the map. Fortunately, there's a b cycle rental about a half a block or less down the bike/walking path nearby.

They let us pick the bars we wanted to stop at and we got to play our own music and bring our own drinks. They supplied a cooler with ice and the speaker. Such a fun time! 10000/10!
