In our continued efforts to offer personalized instruction, NoDa Yoga maintains small class sizes and encourages the use of props. Led by instructors with advanced training and certifications, classes are intended to encourage student exploration over what the poses “should look like,” using yoga as a way to connect on a deeper level with mind, body, and breath.

Our amazing group of Yoga Alliance certified instructors are the best in the area and will help guide you on your own individual journey. We recognize that it is something different that brings each of you to yoga. Perhaps it is to increase flexibility, gain strength, enhance physical fitness or to relieve stress and quiet the mind. Whatever your motivation, we welcome you to our community.

Our classes are meant for everyone and are open to all levels. You should feel challenged but not overwhelmed.
