Geraldine Artale: GoParty is definitely the place to GO for your PARTY!! We tried several places local to where we live in Cornelius but continually failed either in design or getting balloons delivered. Well, GoParty delivered in more ways than I can count: creativity, professionalism, responsiveness, price and, above all, delivery to the event in Cornelius!! Jeanette went above and beyond and is so friendly & caring about your special event!!!

K Waggoner: I had such an exceptional experience with them! I was referred to GoParty from a friend who used them for her parties, and I stopped by there Tuesday before the baby shower I was hosting. The owner immediately helped me select classy colors and balloon arch style for the shower. They were great about communication and they called me when they had an opening to see if I wanted them to arrive earlier to create the arch (I did). They did extra arrangements and were efficient and clean during the process and after. I cannot thank them enough for making the most beautiful arch and adding such special extras!

She had a lot of options and designs that were super cute and different than what you normally find a other stores. The balloons last until the next day without any deflation.Due to COVID, you are not able to walk around the store and browse but they have a lot of great party supplies from table clothes, to banners, cups, plates, and of course a wide variety of balloons.They also provide custom balloon garland and sculptures for parties or events. They are very affordable for balloon bouquets in comparison to other stores.

Sheree King: I'm sure this company does good work based off of the reviews that I read prior to contacting the company, however I did not have the privilege to receive good service or any service for that matter. I contacted Balloon and Party Service for our company celebration. I advised her of the details that was needed and advised that I would need a quote/invoice to submit to my accounting department within the same day. I asked if this was possible and she said that's no problem. A few hours passed and still nothing. I reached out to request again and she stated I would have by the end of day. The event was 2 days later and I never received any response or information following that. I was very disappointed in the customer service I received but was thrilled that I was able to find a plan B, who executed our vision perfectly.
Margaret Townsend: We received twin gender reveal balloons and no one knew but Balloon Party Service and the doctors and they did a great job! We just gave them an envelope with the gender and they kept it a secret. The balloons were MASSIVE and they somehow fit mini balloons inside the big gender reveal balloons with TONS of confetti as well. It was everything I dreamed of for a Gender Reveal. THANK YOU!

Abigail Clayton: If I could recommend less than a one star I would; however, that’s not possible on google. I emailed and called to confirm balloon colors days before the delivery. No one emailed back. I did get VERBAL confirmation THAT THE COLORS WERE SILVER, BLACK, GOLD for a MANS 29th BIRTHDAY. And then they gave me multicolor like a child. And instead of fixing the issue or suggesting a credit or a refund to make it right, she wanted to argue with me about what I know for a fact happened. So I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN WHILE IN CHARLOTTE.

I didnt know that I could have ordered custom logo'd balloons through them. No worries. They used mine, we set up a delivery time. They called in advance of delivery to make sure we met up. Moira Kate Clancy: Went in to purchase 2 balloons. Before I could look at the stock, the guy behind the counter said it’s a two hour wait for balloons. There were (maybe) 10 shoppers in the store and unless they had back orders of balloon orders, I didn’t really see much of that getting done. Ask the customer (in store) how many balloons they may want- if it’s less than X, you should be able to do it on the spot. If you can’t fulfill online orders due to staff- put a hold on it. Dang dude.(I now see another reviewer who stated this same issue- 6 days ago. A whole week of a 2 hour wait for balloons? Seriously?)
Katie Pinchac: The store is huge, but every year I go in to get party supplies for either my husband or son and their themed party decor is always missing half of the items I need. I have the same issue when I go to get balloons as well. Last time, half of them popped when I was getting them in the car. It’s really the only “party” store in the area, so I don’t have many options.

The “inflation station” refused a walk-in for a few balloons to make him feel better today. I won’t ever be using this location for anything again. Kam Lock III: Worse place I ever worked. Pineville store that is. Kelly my supervisor when I worked there was a jerk. Policy says no phones on sales floor. 5am she would be on her phone talking to family. My fiance would send me a txt and I would quickly reply and Kelly would threaten to fire me for violating store policy. Told her she does it and a month later I was fired.And don't get me started on the Halloween time.

Whitney Ray: Probably the worst party city I’ve been to. It’s always empty but unfortunately this is the closest one. The customer service isn’t too great either. There were about 6 employees standing in the balloon area talking, and then there’s me…walking in the balloon area confused trying to find a particular balloon. It was in disarray. I appreciate the young lady after 15 min assisting me. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Wendy van Ginkel: Pineville location. They were in the process of switching seasons so many shelves were not fully stocked - perfectly understandable. I was looking for Gender Reveal decorations and supplies. There was disappointingly slim pickings. I asked the staff to check stock at the Matthews store, the short answer - no. Come on guys, what happened to customer service? Disappointing 3 stars.
Kristen Nolan: I don’t typically write reviews but I was at this location this evening and had the worst experience. I asked the guy checking me out if I would get 15% off my order of 59+ and showed him where it showed that the code was valid in store or online thru tomorrow but he didn’t know and said I needed to have a bar code. The issue wasn’t necessarily with him but the girl he asked for help. She tried to help in the beginning but then became very rude. I asked if they could get the manager for assistance but they chose not to and she proceeded to say I already told her she had to wait for the email which would take 30-45 min to receive. I entered my email while at the store and as of writing this I still haven’t received the email. I know it’s party city and they can’t be making that much but still they shouldn’t be talking to customers the way she did and when I asked for the manager they should have attempted to page him for assistance. It’s unfortunate because the manager (Parker) probably has no idea of what occurred because they were in the back during the whole thing.

Charles McClure: I've had the opportunity to observe Made Ya Look Balloons several times and this group is a fine example of people who love people, and love tying balloons because of the wonder, thrill, and plain old fun children of all ages experience with artfully crafted “rubber tubes of air”. I have seen this in my grandchildren and their friends at a birthday party where balloon swords “clash” together and balloon dragons terrorize a nearby village of balloon sword wielding citizens. I have seen this in my youngest daughter, when she was surprised on her 22nd birthday with a cleverly crafted balloon likeness of “Audrey-Two”, the people eating plant of “Little Shop of Horrors”, and the hilarity of watching her “wrestle” with the carnivore plant balloon - replaying her role as the tragic heroine Audrey. And, I have experienced the wonder of “how did you possibly make that”, and the joy of seeing the laughter and excitement of playing with balloons that have become something much more than simply “rubber tubes of air”.

J Miller: The store should have signage on Galleria Blvd to let you know which direction to go to find store. GPS on both phones didn't really pick it up. Once in the store the associate was helpful in directing me to what I needed but the store shelves and displays were not as full as other Party City locations are considering this was during Graduation time that was poor planning on their part to get those sales. I would have signs banners balloons drawing people in considering this is the last business on the strip. I have been going to Party City for years and never noticed this location. No one greeted me upon entering the store or thanked me at check out.
Aerin Marshall-Barnes: Ordered delivery from them ballons and physical items for sons birthday. My balloons showed up on time my physical items never showed up, I called they said they’d have someone deliver by the end of today. They never show up. Horrible experience.

sharibren: It's hit and miss if you get nice employees there. The most annoying thing is that probably more than half the store has no price tags and no where to scan so you have to keep bringing things up to the register to price check.
Kristen Yerys: we went for a visit to see what we could get for my son's upcoming birthday party. during our visit an employee was blowing up balloons. my son is hard of hearing and wears a bone conduction hearing aide, and he absolutely loved the sound of the balloon when it was getting blown up. he was cracking up so hard laughing you'd think he peed in his diaper - hilariously laughing! my husband and my son walked over to the area to scope it out and the kind employee gave him a free balloon. it was super thoughtful and truly appreciated. thank you for excellent customer service.

Amanda Abercrombie: I placed a pick up order online. I received a text stating that my pickup order was ready. We left the house about 15 minutes later and I clicked on the link to say that we were on the way. I received an error message stating that they could not locate the order or that it was no longer available. I called the store and it rang for about 3 minutes before someone picked up, shuffled the phone around, and hung up on me. I called again and it rang for about 4 minutes before I hung up. I waited about ten minutes and called again and finally someone answered about 2 minutes later. Had I been at the store in the parking lot, I would’ve waited around 20 minutes. That’s just unacceptable and frustrating for the customer. I happen to be picking up very last minute items for my sons first birthday and, by fault of my own, am pressed for time. I placed a pickup order for speedy service. I would have been much better off just running in. Disappointing.

The ladies inside store ignored me at the door so I dialed via phone and no one answers.. surely if you close at 9:00, I should still be able to enter @ 8:33. I could have gone to another location but wasted my gas and 30 minutes worth of time driving here.Response: Help make sure your store hours are updated correctly.
Rene Hernandez: I wish I could give less than 1 star. I ordered 200 balloons for delivery NYE. They never arrived. Today I spoke to Manager Barbara to get a refund and I was told I needed to go to the store. I told her I was based in Miami and she said I would have to go to Charlotte regardless, even though I placed the order online. LOng story short I called Corporate and they said that is not true. I got my refund. This place is a hot mess.
