Mary Mitchell: NYB&G is absolutely incredible and the gem of Charlotte for all things bridal. They have a ton of options at every price point for dresses, veils, and accessories. I went in several times and was able to really focus on narrowing down what styles I liked until I got to the one without the concern of length of appointment or pressure from the staff. Everyone at NYB&G is so kind and genuinely seems to care about bringing your vision to life; However, I need to give a special shoutout to Brooke. She truly made this experience better than I ever could have asked for. She made it feel like I was shopping with a friend and was so knowledgable on the inventory of the store, customizations that could be made etc.Very thankful to have found this place and looking forward to bringing in my fiance for his tux needs!

She came back and pinned a glittery tulle under my dress. That was it. That was what the dress needed! When I went to pick my dress up, Savannah was there. She was also amazing! She let me stand there in my dress for as long as I wanted! She also helped me pick out my earrings and a different veil. So so happy with Savvy and will be recommending them to anyone else in the Charlotte area!!

Emily Webb: On Tuesday afternoon I made an apt for Savy Bride for the next day Wednesday 12:45pm. I had planned to spend my Wednesday dress shopping to find the perfect dress. Wednesday morning I was able to find the YES dress at another bridal store before my Savy apt. I called Savy prior to my apt to let them know I had found the dress and to cancel my apt please. Unfortunately I was still charged the no show fee of $50. I called and asked them why I was still charged even though I had found my dress and they said it was policy. By this time it was 12:30 and I was in uptown Charlotte near the Savy store, I asked them if I could still come to my apt and shop around and be refunded the $50. I was informed that no even if I came to my apt that I was still going to be charged. My perfect day dress shopping quickly fell short because of this. I will not be returning.
Christina: Absolutely love the dress I got from here for my special day. The young lady that helped me find the perfect dress was great and the experience was amazing. However, I just wish they kept that same care after the purchase. I had some questions/concerns that I emailed and called about. Not one phone call or email response back. That’s disappointing when I choose to give someone my business for such an important purchase as this. Nevertheless everything ended up working out but still wish my concern was addressed

EC: Had a great experience at Lovely Bride Charlotte and found my dream Sarah Seven dress! Darrien was fabulous and super helpful- She took my feedback and pulled amazing options, and also let me have fun with one or two wild cards. The store is incredibly clean, inviting, and relaxed. My group had a great time during my appointment. The online portal and look book is very helpful prior to the appointment but I loved that Darrien knew the store’s inventory enough to pull different dresses that I didn’t consider before. Highly recommend!

I wasn’t really sure what type of dress I wanted or what I would like, and I visited a couple other stores before going to Lovely Bride, but thank goodness I made the decision to visit Loveley, because I found the dress of my dreams there. I could not have said yes without the help of my amazing stylist, Darrien. Darrien made an exciting but nerve racking experience (at least for me) so incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Not only does she have the prettiest hair color :), she was so nice & non pressuring but she listened & after seeing what i did & didn't like- she personally picked out & encouraged me to try on a dress that does not look very very appealing on the hanger & wasn't what i initially described..& i ended up not only purchasing THAT dress but cried the minute i put it on, b/c it was everything i wanted & only she could see that on the hanger. Could not be more thankful for Allie, considering my past few not lovely experiences at other bridal shops. She truly was the best❤️

Anna Hoff: I had the best experience with HOB and Baylee! I felt so comfortable and beautiful throughout the entire process. Baylee and the team were so fun too! They were also great at helping recommend other dresses until you found the perfect one. I had put off dress shopping for so long, nervous I wouldn't find "the one" but I wish I could dress shop all over again because of my experience!

Savannah Wennberg: I cannot recommended Baylee and HOB more!! After searching high and low for the perfect dress in many different cities, I found my dream dress at HOB. Baylee made the whole experience from the initial appointment to picking up my gown seamless. She answered all my many questions and is just a ray of sunshine. Skye Critchley: Hayden Olivia was my first experience trying on wedding dresses and it could not have been a better one. Baylee was so helpful from the moment I made the appointment. When I arrived with my group, Baylee welcomed us with champagne and made us feel comfortable in their beautiful showroom space. She asked details about my wedding vision, looked at photos of what I was interested in trying on and let us spend time browsing the dresses and pulling ones that we liked, while also pulling some that matched with what I was looking for. I felt completely at ease during the entire process. Another bridal consultant was training with Baylee and she also could not have been kinder and more positive to work with. After looking in some other similar boutiques in Charlotte the experiences really couldn’t even come close to what Hayden Olivia offers. I would highly recommend to Charlotte area brides!
Johns Mom: 100% recommend!! The team here is incredibly experienced and have some great tip, tricks, and suggestions for what to consider, how to accessorize, ect. The experience was personal and I never felt pressured to make an impulse decision. This was the third boutique I went to and at first I was a little apprehensive because they were towards the top of my budget but I learned when it comes to wedding gowns, the quality goes out the roof when willing to spend a bit more. All the details were perfect, everything laid nicely on my body, ect. Thanks Baylee and the Hayden Olivia team for being such an important part of my wedding!

Lauren Carter: Extremely disappointed with the coordination of their recent "Sample Sale." I made an appointment for Sunday, November 27th at 2:00pm. I drove 4 hours roundtrip with my mom for the sale, and when we arrived, no one as there. I buzzed in multiple times, knocked on the door, left multiple voicemails, and after 20 minutes of waiting outside, we left. On top of that, 4 days later, I have not received a follow-up or apology from the store for the oversight on their end.I called several other bridal stores that day. Winnie Couture was able to accommodate an on the spot appointment to preview dresses. I recommend Winnie Couture if you are looking for high-end designs and excellent customer service. I appreciated them fitting me in last minute, even though they were completely booked.
Nicole Pappalardo: Hayden Olivia Bridal is the best spot to find your dream wedding dress in the Charlotte, NC area! Not only is the boutique beautiful inside, their dress collection is premiere, and their staff is so lovey! The team at HOB helped me throughout the whole process from holding my dress until I could pick it up and give my sister who couldn't come with us on the day I found my dress a proper in store reveal, assist with tailor and cleaner recommendations, and they have the best accessories - I was able to get my veil and earrings there too! The best experience!!

Yu K: I LOVED my experience at Hayden Olivia. It's a no-walk-in, reservation-only salon and I was the only bride there so it felt very private & classy. Consultant Sarah was amazing, she warned me about trying on dresses that were out of budget but still let me try them on (thankfully didn't fall in LOVE with it, though it was gorgeouss). giving them 4 star because it's very difficult to reach them (even though you need to call them to access the building) but that's pretty minor of an issue.
Caroline Malanga: I had a great experience finding my wedding dress at Hayden Olivia! The space is beautiful and they have the best selection of designers in the state. They went above and beyond from my first appointment, when I wanted to try on a dress that the store did not have in stock and they ordered a sample for me. Living out of town gave me a really small window of time to pick up my dress and get alterations completed and the team worked with the designer to get my dress to the store when needed. Beyond that, they were very responsive to my (many) emails, and kept me updated and reassured. Highly recommend HO for NC brides or beyond!

The talented Hunter was my consultant and she made sure that my mother and I were so well taken care of! I knew that I wanted to try on some Hayley Paige gowns and Hayden Olivia had quite a few to choose from! When you find your dress, you just know. Hayden Olivia was my sixth appointment and it was like my dress was just hanging there waiting for me! The gown made me feel like a beautiful princess!The order process was smooth and when the delivery was delayed (as with most things at the time), Hayden Olivia kept in constant contact with me with updates. When the dress arrived, they called immediately, and my family and I jumped in the car to get it! The girls who helped us were lovely and let us take pictures and just enjoy the moment.Hayden Olivia is exceptional from start to finish. They are true experts at what they do and their customer service is top notch. I so appreciate them for everything and my dress was amazing! I absolutely could not be happier.

Because of Marta, both my sister and I were able to get married in our mom’s wedding dress. She masterfully handled delicate lacing and vintage fabric, bringing our very different visions to life. My mom’s dress was during the Princess Diana puff sleeve wedding dress era. For my sister, Marta removed the puff sleeves and turned the top of the dress into a gorgeous, intricately detailed halter. My sister wanted a princess-style full skirt and I wanted a fit and flare and she was able to attain both looks for us. The dress has a cathedral train that she was able to bustle beautifully with just one button. She is truly an magician. Don’t look anywhere else. She listens to your vision and is straightforward about what is realistic given the fabric, while doing everything in her power to give you the look you’re after. She even ordered the exact lace so that the sleeves matched seamlessly. I felt like a total princess on my big day. It was difficult because we were dealing with Covid and shipping issues but she worked through the struggles and everything worked out perfectly.

Kathleen Edwards: Terrible experience. The women in the store were unhelpful and dismissive. Any time I asked a question they would side-eye each other before they responded. I had to pay $20 to try on one dress that I didn’t buy. I was there for 15 minutes and it was the worst part of my day.

Tara Keil: Take a look at the actual measurements of your dress before ordering—They generally advise people 5’8” or taller to order extra length, however, my dress was significantly too long when I ordered it with extra length. (I’m 5’8”.) That being said, the customer service was excellent and they refunded what I paid for the extra length and have taken the feedback to improve their processes. The dress is also very high-quality!
Kellie B: HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I would advise you to never come here. My sister and I received two different days for our dresses to come we both ordered at the same time. Hers ended up coming ahead of mine, when mine finally arrived a week later 16 days after it was supposed to arrive they offered my nothing off my dress. All they said they would do is pay for alterations which I didn’t really need and couldn’t do because I didn’t have time nor would my dress be ready in time. They didn’t really seem apologetic nor care I would never come here again not even for my own wedding.

Then, I decided to add two girls to the bridal party TWO months before my wedding. Carly again came to the rescue - they were able to measure both girls and pull from their stock the same color / designer so my girls would have them in time for the wedding.I have nothing but glowing reviews for Bella Bridesmaid in Charlotte!
Ciera Ingram: What we asked for vs what we received. My bridesmaid is petite and normally wears a size 6 in a dress. We asked for the same size dress she tried on in store. They sent us a 12. This looks like a totally different dress. I’m not upset about the mistake that they made, because we are all human. My anger comes from the fact that they refuse to take ownership. They obviously ordered the wrong size dress or mixed up her measurements. The least they could do is have the dress altered at their expense. Especially since this dress cost us $250. If you’re curvy don’t shop here. They “recommend” a dress 2-3 sizes too big. Whether you agree or not!
