Omar Catoe: This was a good experience for me. The tour guide Keith was excellent. I LOVE the golf car they let you ride in as well. It is WAYYYYYYYYY better than being in a tour bus. I really like that. I only have one suggestion, I wish they gave a full tour of Charlotte even if it took longer than 90 minutes and cost more than $45. I'd be willing to pay to get the FULL Charlotte experience. Queen City Rides just mostly stayed in the Uptown (downtown) Charlotte area near the Government Center. I didn't like that unfortunately. I was hoping to see the famous "Freedom Park" and other landmarks. So I may have to seek out a tour guide who can show me the full Charlotte even if it takes longer and costs more. All in all, I'd definitely recommend Queen City Rides. Just as a disclaimer, you're only going to be seeing the Uptown area. But it's still helpful because I wouldn't have known about a few places like "Illusion Museum" or the "Discovery Building" without Keith's expertise. So it's definitely worth it... just limited. Good job, Keith. Peace.

Larry Berfond: A great way to spend on a cart listening to some city history and learning just how nice your city is. We anxiously awaited our cart to meet us when a monsoon of strong storms hit and we were thrilled that your driver and guide decided to grab a nice tour bus to take us around. Great questions and answered abound on our tour and we certainly would Recomend Queen City Rides without any hesitation. We might even do it again with some friends next time we come back.

Dave Monaghan: Came to Charlotte for a wedding and had an entire Saturday morning to kill. Booked a downtown tour for 90 minutes with Queen City Rides. David (at age 20) is one of the more knowledgeable guys I've ever seen on these kind of Citywide tours and I've done quite a few. We drove all over and got a flavor for the local history. In addition to learning a lot about Charlotte, think this would be a fun place to live. Ask for David if you are a history buff.

M M: Excellent 1.5-hour Segway tour around Charlotte. Prices start at $69 plus tax. I was nervous at first because I have never been on a Segway but with the helpful safety video and practice before the tour, everything was smooth sailing. The tour was very detailed showing multiple landmarks around Charlotte. Great experience!

Shara St. Denis: We had so much fun doing the Segway tour w/ Charlotte NC tours. Starting with Carol helping us to figuring out a way to get our whole group on the same tour. She kept in touch with me to give me updates and did everything she could do to make it happen. To the day of with Rod and Josh our tour guides. Rod called us 15 minutes before our arrive time to let us know to reach out to him if we got lost finding their office. Rod was amazing from that moment through making us feel comfortable right away, was kind, remembered EVERYONES names, trained us, and some of the coolest historic and just fun facts about the city. My one daughter was so in her head and hesitant about her riding that he pulled her Segway along with his to make her totally comfortable. Josh was also amazing, he was so kind during the training and made you feel comfortable during something that we have never done before. He was so friendly and also had some very cool facts and little tid-bits that he added. The tour was very informative and fun and beautiful being brought through so many different areas we had never encountered before. It was a great way to play around and learn stuff. We had a mix of young teens and the parents, and everyone enjoyed what we learned along the way. We felt secure and comfortable from beginning (even before) to the end. They have so many other types of Segway tours that we are sure to do again, and hope to be able to interact with Carol, Rod, and Josh again because they definitely added to our trip. Thank you for making this a fantastic first Segway tour. WE WILL BE BACK!

Rebecca Campbell: Greyhound bus was running late and i had a connecting bus , which wasn't a gh bus, and the bus was pulling out as we we're pulling in and gh contacted the driver to see if she could circle the block and come back and she didn't!!! GH had to reroute alot of people and majority had to wait over 9hrs for the next bus to leave out. GH did a great job rerouting folks but please invest in better charter bus. Joshua Molczyk: Rising from Charlotte to Columbia SC on the 1:35 bua today.The bus driver immediately kicked me off the bus and said I couldn't ride without my ticket. I explained that greyhound had not emailed my ticket and the first two busses I'd taken found me on the passenger manifest. The bus driver then walked me into the station and had an employee explain that there was no way to get on the bus without a ticket. After pleading my case for several minutes, she explained I couldn't ride if I wasn't in the passenger manifest. I explained that I am on the manifest and they were refusing to check it. Finally they took my ID and let me on the bus. Very frustrating.

To the "CEO" of this distasteful place, ride your bus as a "patron". Afterwards, if you don't see the errors of this so called transportationservices, then you are just as pathetic as the services you "pretend" to provide. This place has a mission statement (contractual). Your mission statement is just that! "A Statement", if there aren't the actions following. Do better.

Allison Main: I've been working with Sunway Charters for years and would highly recommend them to anyone! They are always so pleasant to work with, particularly Phyllis who is always so prompt to respond and to help with our trip scheduling. We also have always had the best drivers! They are so friendly - especially Shameeka and Garland. Whether you need to hire them for just the day or for a longer booking, I truly hope that you'll check them out.

Matthew Woltz: We purchased a ticket round trip ticket for our daughter to return home to Charlotte from Boone. The bus never showed up. No notification or attempt to communicate with the customers waiting for the bus. I reached out to Sunway and was extremely disappointed with Customer Service and the poor excuse of why the bus didn’t show up. In addition the customer service agent hung up on me. No refund has been issued. We can not give this company any respect or recommend this company to our enemies. Disgusting!

NO KIND of courteous, professional behavior to assist with loading baggage under the bus...just opened the baggage area and walked away and stood by the bus door. Then asked, "You got it?" My response, "I guess so you, since you didn't make an effort to load it!" Olivia Abbazia Trimble: We hired Sunway for our wedding this past weekend in Asheville, NC – they provided us with a smaller 36 passenger charter bus for our wedding party and two larger charter buses for our wedding guests to get to and from the wedding venue. We cannot express how thankful we were to find Sunway and work with them for our event. We had previously contracted another local transportation company who failed to book our date due to outdated invoicing procedures (and then blamed it on us! 1 month away from the wedding!!), Phyllis from Sunway was a lifesaver and was beyond enjoyable to work with. She was on top of things, emailed us our information the same day as I called to inquire and our bus drivers were pleasant and professional! The buses were clean and on-time and we could not recommend them enough to anyone getting married in the NC region and specifically Asheville (which only has a couple of local options for large parties). Connor Bushman: Waited for 2 hours at the Boone stop for the bus to arrive at 7:25pm…never did, so just left at 9:05pm. I would not recommend them, they didn’t even text or email me, so disappointing.

Showed up at 9:13, dropped people off and then slammed the doors in the faces of people trying to board to head to Charlotte and took off. Leaving college students stranded. Tried calling their emergency line and no one answers. Leave messages, no return calls.Don’t trust this company with your kids. Read the reviews. Very shady company. Now we will be fighting for a refund as they didn’t hold up their end.

Amie & Vic Cennamo: I contacted Sunway Charters Charlotte to help us with a surprise hiring event for 30 people with disabilities. From my very first conversation with Phyllis, they were very accommodating and willing to help us plan the perfect event, using one of their Trollies. During the day/ time of our event, there were several dangerous storms moving through our area. If it had not been for the flexibility of Sunway Charters Charlotte, our event was in jeopardy of being cancelled. I was so worried that we would not be able to go through with our event that evening but Sunway assured me that they were available and willing to wait out the storms so long as necessary. The driver, Les, was an absolute saint. He waited on the trolley with our employees with disabilities until the thunder and lightning passed. He was extremely kind, flexible and patient throughout the entire time. We cannot thank Sunway enough for their amazing service! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for transportation for an event or outing. Top notch customer service!

Angel Neal: Had trouble with this company when booking through Greyhound, but the issue was on Greyhound’s side. This company, while officially unavailable on the weekends, was very helpful to us during a stressful experience. Jacob, the Dispatcher, called us back on his personal cell and stayed on the phone with us for hours until we had worked it out. Don’t book thru Greyhound if possible, but this is a great company.

Michele A: We used Sunway Charters for our wedding. We rented a 55 seater for the general audience, and a trolley for the wedding party. Sunway was responsible and very communicative, ensuring I had every detail covered well in advance. Trent, our trolley driver was amazing - he dressed the part and made sure we enjoyed ourselves on our ride to the venue. I did not get to meet our large charter driver, but she made an extra trip to get remaining guests, which we appreciated greatly! We recommend and would use Sunway Charters again.

Minister Victorria D. Thompson: I took a Megabus From Atlanta to Charlotte.We were about 30 minutes from Charlotte and we took a rest stop for 30 minutes which is standard. After the rest stop the bus driver informed us he had to pick up a replacement driver at a hotel in Charlotte which took about thirty minutes before we left again for Charlotte. The new driver got lost and was headed south. He apologized for the confusion explaining that the previous driver was suppose to drop us off in Charlotte on Arrowhead and then pick him up. I was unable to contact anyone to find out if this was going to be the new policy. Customer service said I would have to email Megabus.. I did email them.. but Megabus email is not accepting emails. Megabus has always been spot on. Still don't know if this is going to be a standard procedure.

Tables on the first level were dirty. Seats looked dirty. Driver leaving Atlanta could not drive. Spilled multiple things due to driver slamming on brakes often. He rode on the line multiple times. Leaving NC the bus was late. Instead of getting back at 830, didn't get back till about 930. Its makes a difference when you are getting a ride home or have to take public transportation. On your ticket you get assigned seats but Noone goes by the assigned seating and the drivers do not interate any rules except not standing while the bus is moving. Not my best experience on Mega Bus. Don't take it often but I know why.

Teresa Harper: Bus was 4 hrs late needless to say it was 47 degrees outside wind blowing really hard. I was in Charlotte NC going to Atlanta Ga called numerous times spoke with multiple reps. One in particular stood out she sounded african! She hung up on me simply because O wanted to know where the bus was. Megabus need to focus on serving the consumer in a timely manner. This is unexceptable to wait 4 hrs for a Bus!! So they get scored a 1

shanita whitfield: Megabus from Atlanta Ga to Philadelphia Pa broke down before we even got out of Ga. None of the electric sockets worked then we had to transfer to a regular coach bus. The megabus stop are not near vending machines so make a point to get all your food and drinks before you get on at your original location. Anyway still not to my destination yet. I gave 3 stars because of my bus driver he was great and a young guy with manners too. I'm hoping that they have a bus in DC ready to go to philly because as of now we will miss our schedule bus. Keeping my fingers crossed.
