Chris spent a good while vacuuming and steaming everything. Interior looks good as new now! And no more dog smell...He also did a great job on the exterior. He showed me specific spots that could be improved by different detailing methods. I chose not to upgrade the service to cover that stuff because this is a company vehicle, but it was nice to hear it all explained in a concise manner with associated cost. I really wanted to use the certificate for my 16ft fiberglass camper. I waited till spring until the pollen was gone but then it hot out so fast I decided to wait till it cooled off. I wanted to take the camper to the mountains mid Sept. So I called about getting my the camper cleaned. I gave the gift certificate number. They could not find any information matching that number. They then said they would need to see the camper. They arrived on time and I showed him the certificate. This was on a Tues or Wed. He said he did not know if they could do it buy the end of the week. I said that is OK I will not be using it for 3 weeks. I called the weekbefore I wanted to leave and got a voice mail. Left message that I wanted the camper cleaned before Friday. No return call or message!! DO NOT BUY A GIFT CERTIFICATE FROM THIS COMPANY.

KR M (KRM): EXPENSIVE but outstanding job! I had my mom's 2013 Santa Fe hand waxed, carpet and interior cleaned - a complete detail cleaning and polish.The cost in August 2022 was $320. They worked for several hours and they come to TO YOU! I was at my job when they did the work so I only have photos of the finished product. And the attached photos are taken after the car made a short trip and was in a big rain storm!

Anu Ghimire: The car looks almost brand new, inside and out. They even got rid of the coffee stains on the seat! I asked them to clean the gap between trunk and the car and it was done well. The only feedback is for an executive detailing, they should do that without being asked. Additionally, it would be nice if they opened and cleaned the fuel tank. I cleaned that myself and also had to clean one storage spot they missed.

N A: I really wanted to give them a 5. Pros: They wiped down/cleaned my leather interior. There were spots in the front passenger carpet that were removed. The last time Autobell cleaned the interior of my car, they left towel fibers on the passenger side airbag/dashboard; the towel fibers are gone. There were stains/water marks in the fabric near the front passenger seat belt & on the passenger front curtain airbag; the stains were removed. My niece left a mini Ritz in a back seat belt buckle; it was removed. The owner called to let me know when my car would be available. He also offered to brighten the glass of my headlights. I plan to return at another time for that. Gray areas: I see a few small marks on the back left of the sunroof & near the passenger left garment holder that I forgot to photograph; not sure if they were already there or not. If there, should've been able to come out when compared to the other stains/water spots. Cons: The gear shift was only partially cleaned. When the car is in park, it looks very clean; when in drive, it looks untouched. There are a few small spots near the bottom of the driver curtain airbag that probably should've come out. The drink holders/console up front were cleaned, but the corners weren't. The rear drink holders/console was left down. Seeing it was upright, I pulled it down & something's on it; it could be something from a tree. Whatever it was was left there prior to the console being pushed back up. Inside the front middle console where the additional outlet is was never touched; the shavings from an eyeliner are exactly where they were when I left the car. The is still some visible dirt on at least 1 door panel. The gas door was cleaned but near the gas cap was not. The trunk was never touched. I took items out of the trunk this morning to ensure it would be vacuumed; it was not.I purchased the interior & exterior executive auto detail package on Groupon. The website doesn't mention the detail taking 6 hrs. It wasn't mentioned when the appt was made or in the confirmation email. They were still wiping the car down shortly after 6 pm as I approached.I was definitely impressed when I saw the stains removed from the carpet. I don't sit on the passenger side while I'm driving, so I'm not sure where the stains came from. Not knowing what it was, I wasn't sure if it could be removed. At the same time, I was deflated when I saw the middle console & the trunk had never been touched, let alone vacuumed. Not after 6 hrs. If I wanted just an exterior wash, I'd have gone to Auto Bell. The executive package is supposed to be the top package of the 3 offered. I'm going to give them an opportunity to correct what wasn't done & give an update.
