They also took the van off of their website the second we left from giving a down payment and held the vehicle for five days after that until we were able to make it back up to Charlotte to pick up. But then asked me to come in and sign papers before shipping LOL why would I ship the truck if I’m coming to sign papers?? I would just drive it back by then. They made zero sense. Terrible sales service.

Scott Robba: Would not recommend. I bought a box truck from them a week ago. My wife caught them erasing engine codes before the test drive meanwhile I’ve already signed paper work. I asked them to be straight up and honest did you erase the check engine code? The 2 adults said no there’s no light and were quiet as can be which was a red flag. I also asked the young man I have in the picture doing it. He said sir I’m just doing what I was told. A week later the light comes back on.Very shady operation here. Would never go back...

J Shoe: My wife and I went to look at a vehicle on their lot. The sales woman approached us with the keys and was typing on her cell phone. After she stood there for 5 minutes she asked us if we had any questions. I asked about the price (which was listed at $6,000 over blue book value) and she told me that was the cash price, and they were not willing to negotiate it. She just didn't seem like she wanted to sell a car today.Edit: Thanks for responding to my review 3 years later. I have no interest in contacting you. The vehicle in question was indeed over $6000 over blue book and your staff was rude. I am a bit incredulous. I am stunned that you are still in business after the way i was treated when i visited your lot. I have since moved from the area, after all 3 years is a long time. However, I would still not recommend anyone visit this location, as I feel not much has changed in the last 3 years.

I bought this grand marquis from mike a few months ago and I have had no problems at all with it. This is my first car and I really like it. If you're thinking about buying a panther body car from mike I say that it's worth it and you should do it.

My car is still acting funny and my heat just went out. At this point im gonna be reaching out to the BBB and an attorney to see what we can do. Do Not Go here! And do not fall for the fast talk.

He create prices as he goes and takes advantage of knowing people have received covid 19 checks and Using it to his advantage. Stated on his website the vehicle has a new motor and tires. The tires are fairly bald certainly the rear left. Lies after lies ! Glad I got to see this before I dished out any money or signed any contract! He’ll work with u at the expense of overpaying! Rip off with a caring tactic. You’ve been warned.
