Happy Nomad: We love Cookie Cutters! Ctephanie and Ashley are both amazing with our boys’ haircuts. One of my sons is autistic and these girls always make him feel comfortable.
Veronica Ruiz: I went in for my baby’s first haircut and I asked to keep it long but she just kept cutting, chopping, I should say. His hair is cut all different lengths and not in a cute way. One side is shorter too. Honestly, if I knew it’d be like this, I would have just cut it myself. If I had to hold him, she could have told me if she couldn’t handle his movement, it’s her profession so I figured she wasn’t saying anything because she knew what she was doing. Her name was Ashley.I gave 2 stars because it is still a very cute spot and I’m sure if it had been a different outcome for his haircut, it would have been 5. The manager, maybe, was super sweet and the energy itself wasn’t bad.

swapnasagar panda: These guys are very rude. I had booked on Wednesday and I was late because of a road accident and I called them and they said 20 mins grace period we have and if you are late you have to reschedule which I did for Friday. When I call Friday before coming I found that they have not booked us, still I late it go and booked on Saturday noon 12. I reached the destination but since there was some festival going on I didn’t find a parking slot, but I thought anyway I have 20 mins grace period, so I didn’t call them and by the time I parked and went there it was 12.15. They just simply denied us and said they have 5 mins grace period, when I said you have told me 20 mins on Wednesday they were not ready to listen. We travelled 20 miles to give our kid a best haircut experience since it is his first haircut, but these guys are simply rude. Never recommend this place to anyone.
Jen Frederich: This was such a fun experience for my little girl. She had her hair washed, cut, and sprayed with a glitter scented spray. Then got her nails painted and was given a ring and a balloon on the way out! She had the best time here.

Vandana Patel: Updating: It was upsetting be greeted at the door with your appointment time and told you can go to the desk to rebook since you’re late not to mention by 6 minutes with a baby!Really appreciated the owner to call us and apologize for her employees behavior and offer a free haircut however the moment and the excitement of baby’s first hair was ruined. We won’t be coming back. Thank you though!

Local Reviewer: Came in today with my two year old son in hopes someone could fix his extremelyyy butchered hair (sports clips) and they went above and beyond. Squeezed us in without appointment, and then gave him the best haircut ever! His hair looks amazing and like nothing ever happened to it. Super crisp lines and literally a perfect haircut. Patricia Unterburger: I usually like this place which is why I brought my son back. Today not so much. I am very disappointed & extremely upset! I asked for a TRIM on my sons hair and that is not what I got. She legit shaved half of his hair off. She buzzed the side s which makes it uneven and looks bald in spots. Not to even mention what the back looks like. I know I will never let Daria touch my child’s hair again. The picture doesn’t even do enough justice of what it actually looks like. 😭Service:Haircut
