Amy Faircloth: It sounds to me like it had been a year since you had bought the product. I don't know of any store that is going to accept a return a year later, no matter the reason for the return. I have never had any problems with this store. The staff is friendly and helpful and they have a good variety of decorations. Some of the things can be expensive, but I can usually find something that will fit my budget.
Unknown User: What a waste of time, small store, small selection, way over priced.. Just order decorations off the internet and save yourself the disappointment.

Shannon Douglas: They have a beautiful store but customer friendly they are not. It’s like they feel you should feel privileged to shop there. Folks who work in the store were talking with each other and oblivious to their customers. I purchased a tree there which was a floor model and they said that they wouldn’t dismantle it for me that it would be sometime next week. When I explained to them I lived 4 hours out of town they just shrugged their shoulders. I guess they do so much business that they just don’t care if they sell something or not. I will not patronize their store again.
Susan Brown: Oh this is a great Christmas store. We always shop the day after Christmas because the prices are usually reduced by at least 50%. We have to shop then because it is too expensive for us otherwise. But it is well worth the time to shop there. Love it

Kim Barnhill: This is our second tree from Peppermint Forest & have been dissatisfied with both. The first was not as full as the one on the showroom floor. We were told it was not returnable. Years later we bought a Wonderlit tree from them "falling for" the 10 year warranty. Now the lights are burning out all over & you have to keep replacing them.

John Bratyanski: I realize there is an issue with the supply chain. Unfortunately there isn't a whole lot to choose from here. We were going to get another tree like the one we got last year. No luck though. I know this isn't their fault but puts a damper on the getting ready for Christmas.

Renae Waters: Christmas doesn't begin until you visit the Peppermint Forest. All the smell and decorations you could ever dream of are here. The most realistic trees ever. All the collectables are fabulous. I am ready for Christmas when I leave the store.

4 the Luv of Flava: Beauty store, very overpriced, only 2 employees were friendly and welcoming, all others looked at my family and I as if we did not belong. Cashier at check out never acknowledged us as we stood there, we were the only customers in line. A place I will not return

Sue Ann Marie: Very festive and fun to walk through. There are plenty ornaments to look at and lots of variety. I found the people willing to help answer questions on the floor but on top of us as we looked at trees. I picked a masked gingerbread doctor ornament which was adorable. Also, an instrument for a family member. I looked and asked a clerk for a 2020 ornament but they didn't carry any. Not a place for small children to roam around and touch everything. Worth a trip to browse. Note: There were reviews about prices being high but the quality looked very good.$$$
