Wilson Davis: We had iris solutions for the last 15 years and until the past year we were happy with them and there high hourly rate as we believed they could fix our computer issues and they would be available when we needed them. They completely abandoned us when our server went down and they have refused to answer my calls over the last past month.I never wanted to use another IT firm but we were forced to because of iris solutions mistakes.I received an apology and admission their IT worker was incompetent and they admitted they caused the problem and over billed us for work not completed. Never received a refund for improper Billings made and had to hire new IT firm and pay them overtime to correct the mistakes made.I was promised a call from the ceo and never received a call. They are a scam business and I would highly recommend everyone stay away as their business practices are extremely expensive to fix. Our new IT firm has told me they should be sued for their incompetence and the problems they have caused and unfortunately I may have to pursue legal action due to the costs spent fixing their mistakes and incompetency.
