Frank Kapelar: Shopping in a cosmetics store is out of my comfort zone, but I promised to get something for my lady while out running errands. Victoria, the manager greeted me, made me feel at ease and helped me find what I was looking for. A very nice experience. I didn't feel like a stranger in a strange place. The store has a nice vibe to it and you can immediately notice that Victoria and the staff are there to gladly assist you in making the right selection. I totally recommend you shop at The Cosmetics Company Store @ Charlotte Premium Outlets.

I’m very picky about my make up and had requested a specific artist to do my make up.. when I arrived the make up artist i requested was working on another employee which is fine because I arrived early.. After waiting, both the employee in the chair and the make up artist i requested told me to go to another artist that was available.. When I told them I had requested a specific artist they told me that she was also a make up artist and could help me.. Didn’t want to cause a seen and It was very odvious the lady I requested didn’t want to do my make up.. This absolutely ruined my night!

J D: LOVE THIS PLACE!I have combination/oily and acne-prone skin and I have used Origins in the past and loved it! I strayed away because of the pricing, but I recently decided to revisit it because of the quality. I went into the SouthPark location just to browse and Connie promptly greeted me. Like I said, I was only there to browse, but then Connie offered me a mini facial and I couldn't resist! She asked me a few questions about my skin and then used a few products that she thought would work for me during the mini facial. The facial was lovely btw! I told her I wasn't ready to buy anything so she filled up a sample of everything she used on my face that day and told me to try it out for a few days, see how I liked the products, and then come back. She also gave me a business card so I could call if I had any question or problems! So sweet! Of course, I loved the products and I am going back tonight to buy everything because I can't go on with this basic Cetaphil life! LOL. Thanks Origins at SouthPark!

I was in there for at least an hour wanting someone to truly guide me with purchasing a Parfum. Honestly if it wasn't for her I would not have gotten Parfum at all. Nobody ,but her ,acted on making my experience fun in finding what I love. I have never bought Parfums from Ulta till today. Lilliany made me happy 😊! Thank you for such compassion in your customer service ❤️. Great to have met you. This July 17th 2023, on a Monday morning. She is at this store on Mondays, Wednesdays,Thursdays and Fridays. Definitely ask for her for any assistance for anything in this Ulta. I also got great help from Jill on Fridays! She turned me onto Mario Badescu products. I love this product and have continued using it sense a month and a half ago, bc of her. Great help ,great experience!
Jessica Frazier: I went into Ulta at Cotswold on 6/23/2023 and had an extremely uncomfortable experience. I walked to the Dior section at the front of the store and within seconds of me being there an associate began to hover around me. Not once did she speak or even acknowledge me but she made sure to try and discreetly move whenever I made a move. I quickly noticed her and decided to get out of this awkward situation. I looped around another aisle to walk out and the same woman that was giving was in the exact section I was just in like she was making sure I didn't take anything. I've never experienced anything like this and hope no one else has to either. This whole experience has turned me away from visiting any Ulta in the future.

Deanna Hayes: Their manager is HORRIBLE so I can understand why they operate the way that they do. Nobody offers to help they just silently move around you and act like you’re going to steal. They never have any of the gifts they’re supposed to give out with your purchases. Not helpful at all. A lot of people say Ulta in general is prejudice but I’ve just never had a bad experience with any Ulta except for this location. I honestly might return my recent purchases just to buy them somewhere else. This store is going to be the reason I never buy anything from an Ulta again.

Who than told others on that works there to watch out for us. He felt uncomfortable and i walked him out. I went back in to finish shopping and the same thing happened again to me. I got my items from the travel size section in the front. The girl then acted as if she was doing something in the front. When she was stocking the MAC section. After my purchase i looked around the last time her and the manager watched me as if i was stealing. Me and my husband both are high ranked service members. We come home from deployment to be treated like this
C Bermuth: Two trips in a row, I was never acknowledged. The shorter of these times I was trying to get an appropriate employees’ attention for 20 minutes. The second trip an employee came over helped two other women, both older than me, I’d say at least mid-50s (I’m late 20s). When she started helping the second person I asked if she could help me after, they were maybe 8 feet away, never got a response. That customer came back to the make-up section, the employee didn’t. I finally gave up after 30 minutes. I’d say I saw about 8 employees in the store, none in the make-up section.
Michelle Kane: I always go to this ulta and usually no problem! I decided to do an online pick up order since i was in a rush today, they emailed me a lipstick i wanted was out of stock no problem! When i got there i went and looked for a different color. Well there was the color i ordered with about 15 others of the same color. I used my gift card online when i ordered my pick up. They said my gift card was refunded since they said my lipstick was out of order. When i went to the front to cash out with said lipstick that was out of stock i used my gift card and they said there was no money on it since the refund would take days to come back. So had to pay out of pocket for the lipstick they said was out of stock. Not sure what the point of online ordering for pick up is if they don’t even look for the item and just say it’s out of stock.

Marguerite “Meg” Baker: Everything you could want in cosmetics and beauty supplies - almost overwhelming for a non-girlygirl like myself! Initial salesperson was curteous and well-meaning, but didn't offer anything more than a vague answer to my question about where a product was located. When she didn't follow-up - the staff outnumbered customers - and I continued to wander in confusion, a different associate explained how the products were arranged, and stayed with me until I found what I wanted. I left happy and vowed to return when I had more time to explore. Parking lot was full - normal for Cotswold at 5pm
Emma Donnelly: The store is nice, and the staff are friendly, but I did have a bit of a horror experience. Got my hair dyed blonde for the first time ever, and heard that Ulta was a fine spot to get it done. I went to this store, and asked for a cool toned blonde color; by the time she was done, my hair looked like it had just been bleached, bordering yellow, and no dye had been applied following the bleaching. It wasn't worth the price, especially because it just wasn't the right color that we'd picked together at all. Went to a salon to get it done properly later; come here for the cosmetics, not for the salon.
