Scott Orlinski: Had a very nice selection at this location. Store is mostly costumes, not much in the way of home decorations. Lots of costume ideas. Prices vary, some things are high priced and others are a reasonable value. Worth checking out!

Kaleigh Graham: Went to this location two separate times to get parts for my Ghostface costume. The first time I went was to get a kit with the mask, voice modifier and knife all in one. It said on their website that it was in stock. This was the first lie. I asked them to look in the back and everything, but they didn't have any. Then I was told if I ordered online and the item wasn't in stock at the store, the store would buy more stock to fulfill my order. This was the second lie. My order was canceled because of lack availability, even though I could look at the website and see that it was still marked as in stock. When I spoke to customer support about being told that more of the item would be ordered if I ordered online and they were out of stock, they responded with "I don't know why he told you that, that's not true." Finally, rather than trying to get a kit, I settled for buying just the knife and mask with no voice modifier. I got an email saying that my order was fulfilled and went to pick it up. Third lie. I was told as I was being handed the bag that they didn't have the mask either and that I should've gotten an email about it. I did not. Though I've been told I'll only be charged for the knife, I am more than frustrated with the lack of communication and apparent incompetence of this location. Looks like Amazon will be coming in clutch yet again.

Joe Jukofsky: I'm really disappointed in the Charlotte location this year. I'd expect it to be the largest one in the area and it's not. They don't seem to have as much as other locations. The Mooresville location has the best selection.

Amanda Flynt: If I could I would Give 0 stars I have been trying to get a refund for a product that I have not received I ordered it 09/29/2021 waited till 10/14/2021 then I was like can I just get a refund because it was taking so long never received the package so first they told me it will take 30 days for a refund waited 30 days nothing then I call they tell me to give my credit card number over the phone so they can send it up the latter so I can get my refund back faster and it would take 5 to 6 Business days well I waited never received it so I call back and they told me there system went down and that I need to give them my credit card info again it’s 12/06/2021 now and their saying wait another 8 to 21 days lol 😂 I will never order from this place again update 12/13/2021 received my refund finally

7IFE LLC: I initially received good customer service until it was time for me to check out. Usually the employees will get the balloons situated before you leave the store. The Heavy set Female worker put together everything just fine until the last balloon which had lights to attach to it. She began to assemble it then dumped the task on another employee. The presumed manager stated that it may be faulty so I would have to get another one. I went to locate it for them to save them the trouble . The same Heavy set Female employee started to put together the ballon of us then gave it to me incomplete and told me that it would be best to assemble wherever I was going because it weigh the ballon down (which is not a problem n huh and actually would have helped) I was in a time constraint and followed the directions to the best of my ability right there at the counter l. The manager only chimed in to see if I had the instructions and to back the weak excuse of her co worker for not assembling the balloon. I gave them 1 star for their initial good service and the other for being semi cordial during the process. I more than likely will not be going back to this location (or any other one for that matter

Kristen Yerys: we went for a visit to see what we could get for my son's upcoming birthday party. during our visit an employee was blowing up balloons. my son is hard of hearing and wears a bone conduction hearing aide, and he absolutely loved the sound of the balloon when it was getting blown up. he was cracking up so hard laughing you'd think he peed in his diaper - hilariously laughing! my husband and my son walked over to the area to scope it out and the kind employee gave him a free balloon. it was super thoughtful and truly appreciated. thank you for excellent customer service.

We left the house about 15 minutes later and I clicked on the link to say that we were on the way. I received an error message stating that they could not locate the order or that it was no longer available. I called the store and it rang for about 3 minutes before someone picked up, shuffled the phone around, and hung up on me. I called again and it rang for about 4 minutes before I hung up. I waited about ten minutes and called again and finally someone answered about 2 minutes later. Had I been at the store in the parking lot, I would’ve waited around 20 minutes. That’s just unacceptable and frustrating for the customer. I happen to be picking up very last minute items for my sons first birthday and, by fault of my own, am pressed for time. I placed a pickup order for speedy service. I would have been much better off just running in. Disappointing.

Rene Hernandez: I wish I could give less than 1 star. I ordered 200 balloons for delivery NYE. They never arrived. Today I spoke to Manager Barbara to get a refund and I was told I needed to go to the store. I told her I was based in Miami and she said I would have to go to Charlotte regardless, even though I placed the order online. LOng story short I called Corporate and they said that is not true. I got my refund. This place is a hot mess.

Ally Shaw: Disappointed that after waiting for my appointment for over a month I called to confirm my selling appointment was still happening (because it was a scheduled for a holiday and I hadn't heard anything) and they said they meant to call me a while back but no, they would not be coming due to low cash flow. Previously I had called twice to confirm we could do this appointment and that it would work, and I had already arranged other appointments and activities AROUND this appointment a month ago that could have been prevented if they had just called me (or cancelled it automatically). Disappointed to say the least. Hopefully we can sell to them in the future but this wasn't a professional first impression to say the least.

I was frustrated with first experience, however after meeting them in person, and seeing how well organized and the quality of vintage goods, I think BOTH parties had just simply a misunderstanding of one another. I realize they get a ton of calls which ties up overhead/employees. Also, my time is extremely valuable…..The woman I dealt with, was highly informative, educated, and professional. Highly recommended this shop, if you’re in the area…….again, I’m a real human. These were my experiences.

Swing by her current location on Monroe Road and brace yourself for the grand opening of her second location that she will share with other fab vintage dealers...

Jonelle T: This is by FAR my favorite Party City location in the metro area (and I've been to them all). This store is clean well organized and the customer service is awesome. Every time I go in here they are friendly and helpful. Have not had an issue with this store once in fact they have helped me to correct issues from other Party City stores in the area. In addition, their inventory is usually spot on so you are not wasting time when ordering items or visiting the store for specific items. I highly recommend this Party City location (I drive past my neighborhood Party City to come to this location) because the service is worth it!
