Hello, my name is Deevo and I am the proud owner of Fusion Photography. I am a southern California transplant that now proudly claims Charlotte as "HOME"!

I started Fusion Photography in 2003 after I had a disastrous experience with my "photographer" at my wedding because I was trying to save money.

Prior to that, I was a hobbyist photographer shooting weekends, landscapes, and friends while simultaneously holding down a 60-hour workweek as a project manager for a bank.

I never knew that photography would be a career. In fact, if you had told me years ago that I would be traveling the world to photograph people's stories, I would have laughed in your face. But, here I am today doing just that. And, to be honest, I couldn't be happier.

Through my work, I have been fortunate enough to meet amazing people from all over the globe who have become my good friends. We've laughed together, cried together, and shared some of life's most precious moments together. It truly has been a privilege to be able to capture all of these stories and help others share their own. I am so grateful for all that this journey has taught me and for all the wonderful people I have met along the way.

Photography is so much more than just taking a picture. Every photograph should tell a story and it should resonate for years to come, transporting you back to the moment it was created every time you look at it.

I am a wedding photographer in Charlotte NC. I was saved by Jesus in 2016 while I was serving in the Dominican Republic. The following year, I felt the Lord to call me to invest in a DSRL camera. After spending my first paycheck, I began taking photos during family vacation. Capturing the relationship between my cousin and his son is what inspired me to continue to document love stories.
