The process was simple, it does take time because of the lead times, but Pella always has someone to answer any questions or the status.The process started with a house call for a review by a salesperson (Sandy), she was very nice and provided good information and knowledge. Once we had our approvals from the HOA, which Sandy helped filled out, then we proceeded with the loan, and they have different options for payment. Once the order was in, then about 8-10 weeks for the windows to be ready. The installation was a one day job, and we had about 6 windows, they came with a large crew, almost 1 person per window. It looks and works great. Thank you all at Pella!My suggestion to all is to make sure you do your due diligence and get a few quotes, but you want a professional team and not hired sub-contractors, which some companies will do.

drew crowhurst: Mike and the team at WDP did a great job replacing a very tricky bow window in our 80 year old home. The window had been replaced before and was completely rotten and leaking. WDP recommended an aluminum clad wood window by Windsor that matched the other much older windows and doors and maintained the architectural style of the house. The installation crew protected my floors and furniture, was clean, efficient and took great care matching and recreating the very custom interior trim and exterior trim of the windows. I am extremely happy with the job and would recommend WDP for any window or door replacement project.

Cindy Rotermund: Found this place on an internet search and I decided to check them out because they carried more than one brand so I had more options. We did show up unannounced and we should have had an appointment. Not sure if that was "covid protocol" but we totally understood. They did chat with us however and made an appointment for them to come to the house. Long wait for the doors but I expected that these days but once they were in the warehouse it was just a week before they were at our house installing them. They did a great job and they were very neat and cleaned up well when they left. The painter came at a later date and stained and painted the doors. We had 4 doors installed so the painting did take all day and they had to come back for the 4th door. All good in the end and we would recommend. I liked the fact that their price included everything....install, hardware, painting, etc. They had plenty of hardware choices too. Tim was really quick to respond to any inquiries that I made during the process.

The efficiency selection, installation and clean was easy and impressive.

Jim Silliman: Bottom Line: Mike at Windows and Doors Pros, and the "A Team" contractors he used to do the carpentry work and the drywall, caulking, and painting did a superb job. We love the way the sliding doors and windows look; we couldn't be happier with the results. The WDP team were professional in every aspect of the job.Details: The project was not a simple remove and replace. Instead it required walls to be knocked out, LVL headers to be added, siding replaced, custom sliding doors and windows added, and windows enlarged to fit custom windows. Windows and Doors Pros did it all. Mike suggested we go with Windsor doors and windows and we're very pleased with their look and they work great. The contractor and his crew who did the carpentry work did a great job. Real professionals.There was no scope of work. Instead, they did whatever it took to get the job done right. The contractor who did the "painting" did way more than just painting. I wasn't sure what to expect from the painters, but I was amazed at the skill level and experience they brought to the drywall, sanding, caulking, and painting. It was obvious that they knew what was required to professionally paint the custom doors and windows. I can't imagine getting a better crew to do the work.Real bottom line: My wife said the windows and doors look absolutely beautiful and she just loves it. Cool.

Susan Cannella: After repeated attempts to get a quote from Ashley for 2 weeks, I can only conclude they are not interested in pursuing new business leads. The first call she indicated a quote would be emailed. The second call she said she would reach out to Windsor to check on the quote. The third I was suddenly disconnected and the final call, she placed me on hold for 5 minutes and never returned. If you want a quote on windows, I’d check with Matthews Building Supply.
Chris Johnson: Had a great experience working with Mike and Ashley. They both were very responsive to calls and emails, and did a great job on a custom door for me. Price was also very good.
Leslie T: I contacted Window & Door Pros for an estimate on replacing my front and side door and Ashley convinced me to drive all the way to their office for a consultation (45 minute drive). I did so, and I picked what I wanted. I was told I would get a quote via email. 3 days later I followed up to ask for the quote. I did so again 7 days later and again 2 weeks later. I never received any return email or any quote. I never heard from them again.
