I searched for a motorcycle for several months and no one would be honest with me. Lois was so good that I was willing you drive all the way from Atlanta to do business with him. In the future, I do not think I can purchase a motorcycle from anyone else in the future because he set the bar so high.

Shopped other places and the sticker shock made me want to put the Road King back up on the market from which I bought it. Called Freedom cycles and Louis was nothing but encouraging and insightful. Welcoming me to the world of H.D. He quoted a price for 2 tires installed that compared to only one tire installed at the other places. So I made the appointment. When I arrived he was just as pleasant and accommodating. Work was performed as promised. The tech also talked to me about my blind purchase and gave the Road King a clean bill of health. Will go back for all my motorcycle needs. Thank you Louis and Freedom Cycles.

K Daggs: I have used Mr. Green twice now and still cannot say enough positive things. The tank I brought him this time had a decent size dent in addition to damaged paint. When he was done it looks brand new. It's amazing. If you need any work done that Mr. Green does you would be crazy to go anywhere else. He is terrific to work with, easy to get ahold of, and does truly outstanding work. Thank you Mr. Green!

Upon receiving a phone call telling me I was approved, he now tells me the bike I wanted to purchase is sold.Be careful purchasing from this dishonest dealership who will pull your credit only to not even be able to sale you what you're applying for.

Brandon Charlotte: Spent over $1600 to get my motorcycle serviced. Upon picking up my bike I had scratches on multiple carb covers, saddlebag ext. The buffoon they had washing bikes used a pressure washer up close which ripped my exhaust wrap to shreds and completely deformed my windshield bag, not to mention I had water dripping out of my fairing and armor all on my seat. The manager said he would order parts to fix my bike and have the scratches repaired as best as possible. It has been over 3 months. The texts back and forth with the manager claiming he has ordered parts was nothing but lies to make me wait until their store was bought and closed. Now he no longer responds. Beware he is going to go to work for Team Powersports now. Do not this this man (Reggie Griffin) screw you over!

Cody Anderson: Purchased a drz400 from them last year. My credit was bad and I was taken advantage of. Their advertized price was 6200 dollars and I had a 1000 dollar down payment. They apparently pocketed my down payment and outsourced financing for 8000 dollars.2800 dollar profit on a bike is downright shameful.I should have been a better consumer and asked more questions when signing paperwork. Don’t assume these guys will take care of you.That’s not the end of it. The tracking module they installed on my bike for the leasing company was mounted with 3m tape. After a couple days of riding I smelled something burning. You guessed it; the tracking device had completely fused to my exhaust.Love my bike. Hate what I paid for it. Haggle with cash or private financing. Don’t get raked over the coals like I did. I’m not complaining about my interest rate. That’s my credits fault. The financed price is a downright lie.
