I was able to utilize much more space and bring in at least 25% more off my stuff from other rooms. Everyone was extremely professional and did great work. The only thing I wish is that they offered to sand holes and paint after install. I knew ahead of time they did not do this, but it would just make the product that much better. To have that completed the day of the installation when everything's already put of the closets would be a game changer. Regardless, very happy with my closet and would use them again.

We were working with Pam and had asked her a couple of questions about different options as we were installing two custom closets, a dressing room, and a full wall of built-in bookshelves with cabinets in our office. After asking a simple question about backings on the built-in bookshelves, Pam meant to forward my email to someone but instead, replied to me with an extremely snarky comment about how high maintenance we were, and that we likely could not afford the backing anyway. Super unprofessional. Buyer beware they will definitely talk about you behind your back!

Less then 48 hrs before my closet makeover. I get a call “hey we order the wrong color we going to move to 8/20/22. So I’m like no that’s not good for me I won’t be in the country. The office clerk like oh well we had to move it. So I stated I’m doing my final wedding walk thru in Jamaica. And for the last min moving I’m going to need to get some one to let you in my houseand etc. I tell what compensation are you offering me for the delay. I had my schedule around yall. I’ll get the manager / owner call you. He calls and give me well if I compensated every delay I’ll have to lock my doors and etc.I stated well I’ll cancel and just refund me my money he hangs up. Point of this story is he lost a cust and I’ll make sure no one uses this company. When a simple we apologizy would have went far.

They could instead use that time for more customers and thusly more sales :)

I just wish the person writing down dimensions would have told me -“we can’t do that” instead of the installers. I did get refunded for what they couldn’t do. The one closet done incorrectly, I was simply told after installation that they can’t do what I asked. Why did you say you would? They cleaned up great before the installers left. Lisa: Although giving a 4-star review, I am disappointed with the customer service. My designer, Kelly, was great. I am a repeat customer. I should have relied on my initial decision to not complete the laundry area; however, I was ‘convinced’ by the sales manager they would be able to accommodate my travel schedule at the time of installation. Well, that didn’t happen. On the day of install, the arrival time was continually pushed back due to an earlier installation. Instead of being honest and saying they could not meet the scheduled time, they sent an installer, with no material or supplies, to say they met the timeframe. New home. No demolition. Ready to install. The installer informed us that he was called back to work to simply ‘show up’ to say they met the timeframe promised. Bottom line, they did not want to refund, and I didn’t want to wait additional months for install. They overbook and unfortunately for them, their contractors are honest about what’s really happening with scheduling if you simply start a conversation with them. Go with what you are initially feeling during the design process. If something is not right, it’s likely not.Service:Installation
