Morgan Sulser: I've been working with Michael for the past two months and have already seen such incredible results as well as growth in my education on nutrition. What I like most about Michael is that he really tailors the experience to my personal goals and is flexible with the approach. For example, meal tracking in apps like My Fitness Pal was really difficult because my husband doesn't usually follow recipes and doesn't like to track what he's putting into our food. Broderick Whitlock: RxRD is good for people who can get alot from the meetings that come with whatever plan you choose. I would have preferred 2 more planned days a month over the check in. As I had the opportunity to walk away, be aware of their policy to receive the inbody scan; as you sign agreeing you will sign up for one of their 3 month programs before the test is done. It would be cool if they had a scan + macro package, sans check ins.

Melissa T: I have had health problems since I was a teenager. I've always been in pain and my belly swells to where I look 9 months pregnant. I've tried many doctors throughout the years and no one could figure out what's wrong with me. As an adult I found out I have an auto immune disease called Hashimoto's and more recently I have rheumatoid arthritis, also extremely high cholesterol numbers. I tried all kinds of diets, medicines and therapies and nothing has worked until I found Ali, she's a miracle worker. She has lots of knowledge and her own experience so she doesn't just do the talk she actually did the walk. She had me try an Anti-inflammatory diet. It is a diet that I can stick to because it has most of my favorite foods anyway minus the gluten and a few other foods that will trigger inflammation. She had me add foods that I would never have known about or thought would help and they were amazing. My cholesterol numbers are the lowest they've ever been in my entire life. My inflammation has gone down and my stomach has stopped swelling. I know it's from this diet which isn't a diet it's a lifestyle change that I can stick by. I'm doing so well that my sister and mother went to see her too. They are on a different type of diet but they are doing really well too. Sonia B.: This may sound hyperbolic, but Ali helped save my life.When I first found Ali in July 2021, I was desperate. Years of undiagnosed/untreated/undertreated PCOS and endocrine problems resulting in anemia, yo-yo dieting which resulted in my going from being obese to overweight and wrecking my metabolism, digestive problems, poor sleep, and high stress levels had taken their toll. I was at the heaviest weight I had ever been, I was exhausted all the time, and I had just found out that I was officially prediabetic and that my liver panel (ALT) indicated that I might have fatty liver disease.As she does with all of her clients, Ali took the time to really understand my situation and challenges to develop a highly specific plan for me. She has taught me so much about nutrition; she has helped me break free of my dependence on overprocessed foods, heal my relationship with food and my body, and to develop an intuitive approach to eating.Thanks to a great new PCP, I also got actual medical treatment instead of the "just lose weight and exercise" I had gotten from previous doctors for my health problems - an iron infusion, two surgeries, and a two-week course of antibiotics. Ali gave me guidance to help me recover from the surgeries more quickly and to help protect and restore my gut biome during and after the antibiotic treatment.Since I began working with Ali, I have lost over 30 pounds so far - I am losing weight slowly and *sustainably*, while never feeling like I'm on a "diet" or feeling restricted. I now have the energy to work out regularly. Most importantly, when I went in for a follow-up in December, I was no longer pre-diabetic, at all (my A1C had dropped from 5.8 to 4.5), and my liver function was also normal (my ALT had dropped from 41 to 22) - all because of the changes in my eating and the exercise I am now able to do, which in itself is thanks in large part to the changes in my eating.

I decided to go and see Ali at Charlotte Nutritionist and Wellness, it is so amazing and miracle how she was able to help with my husband's condition. By changing his eating habits and food products he is a new man, his inflammation and stomach problems are gone!!! Now, his body is able to function like it needs to be, he is again a 40 years old healthy person able to practice his favorite sports and work without a pain in his busy Engineer career. I also have to mention that she was able to help and improve my whole family diet and lifestyle!!!!
