Neiman Marcus: what do users think?
sybil luvuno: Spectacular
Jasmine David: Incredible selection of luxury brands that will make any fashion enthusiast's heart skip a beat. From Fendi to Tom Ford to Golden Goose, their range is unparalleled. The quality of their products is top-notch, and the shopping experience is nothing short of luxurious. If you're looking for a high-end shopping destination with a wide array of designer options, Nordstrom Charlotte is the place to go. Prepare to be amazed by their collection!
TrelleBlazers International Hairport Salon: Sam is a fragrance GOD. He made my experience so pleasurable
Alisa R: Wynne from Maison Francis Kurkdjian Paris was an absolute angel! She went above and beyond to help me out. Took the time and was patient with my want. Will definitely be back to her next time I need a new perfume
Bayou Vixen: Absolutely adore the Neiman's experience each and every time I visit this luxury store across the country. Thank you NM ❤️‼️
Anderson Matos: The purchases made online do not arrive on time and they do not verify the merchandise before sending it to the customers, a very good store but they have neglected online purchases.
Sandra: Had placed an Online Order 3 days ago but never received an e-mail or text that it was ready for pick up. Quick to deduct my $ however.Try to file a complain but the Sales Associate preferred to act as if it was my mistake. Costumer Service my rear, to expensive for a blunder like that. SHAME
Debra Simmons: The best
Don Fant: Great selection
Cory Lambert: This was my first - and last - experience with NM at Southpark Mall. I’ve been a native of Charlotte my entire life, and am well-aware that Southpark has always catered towards a financially-affluent consumer audience. Now in my adulthood, and with expendable income, I ventured into NM last week to purchase a Chanticalle foundation that I saw online. This is the only store in the area that sells it in-store and I needed to be color matched before spending $130 on makeup. The Chanticalle makeup counter consultant was pleasant and respectful. She even upsold me a $120 sunscreen/primer. I want to note that I told her I was apprehensive of the formula, as I have very oily skin and she assured me it would work and be light-weight enough for daily wear and to “just give it a try”. At no point did she mention a return policy or that I couldn’t bring it back to exchange it for store credit if her color-match was off (given they have fluorescent lighting in the store and it turned out to be much too orange in natural light). I tried it for two days and it was awful; I looked like an oil slick. I decided to return it, as I obviously cannot use it and do not want it. However, upon my entrance into the store today, I was met with looks of “she’s too poor to be here” - because I wasn’t wearing any up-scale brands like LV, etc. I was in tasteful (and expensive) black leggings and a t-shirt. I went directly to the Chanticalle counter and waited to be greeted by THREE different female consultants - all of whom made eye contact with me, acknowledging my presence, and literally walked off to avoid me. I finally was able to get someone at the Chanel counter to help, but she said that she needed to find the woman who completed the sale because “they can’t take makeup returns and it’s on her to handle it.” So rude, to both me and her coworker. I then had to walk to the other end of the cosmetics department to find this specific consultant, who greeted me with nothing but a cold “what do you want?” stare. She acted like she hadn’t just been told by her coworker that I needed to make a return with her. She then sighed in my face, and walked me to the register, and asked if I’d used the product. Well duh … it’s makeup. How can I know if it works for me if I don’t use it? She said their store policy is that can’t take back any item that “isn’t in re-sellable condition” (which is ridiculous, considering the inherent nature of cosmetics …) She then said that she would “do it this one time but in the future, they can’t do any more favors like this.” I was flabbergasted! Then she couldn’t even get the register to process my return for three tries. At the end, she literally just handed me my return receipt and walked off. Never in my life have I been treated with such prejudice at a store that I’M PAYING TO BE IN. I will never again come to NM, as it’s obvious they are cheap (because who in the world is re-selling used, returned “luxury” items??) and do not have the competency to train their staff that any customer has the capacity to be a sale - not just the ones that “look” rich.
Alexus Ghansah (Kitty): Racist place. Didn’t get any help from anyone in this store. I most definitely put my money elsewhere. Thank you :)
susanna stratmann: They keep up with fashion trends so I don’t have to. Found a couple items that are on my wish list.
Lonzo Smith: Welcoming, I always visit when I'm in Charlotte
C Ackerman: Great staff
Anna S: Had an unpleasant experience in a cosmetics department, with a sales woman in a green wrap acting annoyed, while I was trying to make my choice. Sales people are people too, but if you don't want to help why approach a customer in the first place. Plenty of great sales associates at NM but too many snobby ones makes one not want to go back.
Natalie B: Rude customer service... They think they bad and bougie
Patti S.: I always find exactly what I'm looking for at Neiman Marcus. The employees are super helpful and friendly.
Alexandr R: my shopping experience was perfect. Thanks to Anastasia Laney for the wonderful offer and professional work. you are the best seller
Ali Zreik: Very high end Neiman Marcus, alot of selections of big brands, their high fashion had a very large selections separate from what you would see in the Louis Vuttion and Chanel, Burberry etc. Stores they already have in the mall
Rock Master: Nice but pricey
Carlos Carrillo: 👍👍

Street Commerce: what do users think?
Petergaye Rhodes: Great store. Love the quality and selection.
Art Davison: Great shop with a wonderful group of employees! I placed an order with them through instagram and they expedited a shipment to me so I could have the item for an important event. They got to my door 2 days before the event! Super helpful team and pristine quality products.

Isaac Biggers: Staff is friendly and helpful. The shop’s environment is awesome, feels high-end without being unapproachable. Definitely a staple in the Charlotte fashion community.
Donohue Productions (Apatdizzle): Owners are cool and they display a lot of their own brands like $C and Finebritches as well as many high fashion designer garments that are usually a couple years ahead of the mainstream “trend”
Vato Smokiii.x: They have great pieces and atmosphere
Derriyus Wiggins: Absolutely stellar experience, storefront, vibes, staff, and selection of merchandise! A true hidden gem and bumping hub at the forefront of Charlotte’s elite youth culture
JAMES GILDERSLEEVE: These guys are geniuses, period. To come up with this idea which allows the average person to buy designer clothing at a 'discount' price is thinking beyond any boundary. Future thinking!
Campbell Gildersleeve: I remember years ago when the founders of streetcommerce, Clint & Jeremy Love, worked at Marco's Pizza dreaming of one day owning a high fashion storefront. Fast forward to 2021, and streetcommerce is the pinnacle of high end clothing boutiques in Charlotte. Located across the street from the uptown Charlotte UNCC building, they have an incredible line up of both obscure & mainstream designer brands. As well as amazing customer service, they host pop ups and events to bring the city together, and even had a multi course meal in collaboration with a restaurant, with every course representing a different designer. Seriously my favorite place to consign, buy and sell clothing in the city.
Parker Sharpe: I live in Charlotte and can honestly say I’ve probably purchased a little under half of my entire wardrobe from street commerce! Best store in the city!
DARIUS GRAVES: We’ve done a few events with Street Commerce and every experience was extremely professional. The staff is friendly and the store aesthetic screams luxury.
Jacob Owens: the greatest place to shop in charlotte NC, met the team few years ago and it’s been nothing but love since then, always been super solid people. the store has alottt of fire designer pieces all at very reasonable prices. u guys should check it out!!!
Owie!: YOU NEED TO VISIT THIS PLACE!!!PURE MAGIC!!! PLEASE! THIS IS WHERE MINDS BEND & IDEAS COME TO LIFE!! IF YOURE ON THE FENCE HOP THAT MF RIGHT NOW!!
John Bates: The shop always has high end consignment items stocked and the shop employees are very knowledgeable on their inventory. They are becoming leading figures in the Charlotte scene and if you haven’t visited them yet stop by their center city flag ship location.
Brad Stansill: One of the most immersive shopping experiences I've ever had. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and had a story behind each article of clothing. If you are looking for a place to upgrade your wardrobe and make some friends along the way, this is the place to go.
Keller Harrison: Street Commerce has one of the best customer service I have ever seen! Alex and Ethan were super friendly and helpful when answering questions about their large clothing selection. Not only were questions answered but laughs were shared and friends were made. Clinton the owner of the establishment was very pleasant to talk too. He definitely puts his heart into his business. Fine Britches in the back part of the store was really an awesome experience. i8 the owner and designer behind the street wear brand has talents beyond recognition. The Street Commerce Trading Post was an amazing experience and I hope Charlotte can live up to this kind of store.
Bella Gray: Gotta be the coolest shop in Charlotte, NC. Staff is super welcoming and knowledgeable about the products in the store. Fantastic layout and design of a retail space. Will 100% be returning! Absolutely loved it!!
Kamilla Alexander: Trustworthy sales assistance, quality goods. Thank you SC 3
Leighton Hatch: The finest shop in Charlotte to buy high end luxury goods, from clothes, to shoes, to accessories , these guys have it all. Everytime I step foot in their store i walk out with a bag in my hand because the selection is that good. It rivals high end stores in NYC, and the prices are fantastic. If you like luxury, this place is a must visit.
Drew From Charlotte: The greatest store in the QC
