Bailey Trent: I love Blackhawk! They aren’t your typical hardware store. While they have all of the products of a hardware store, they also have home goods, a coffee window, free popcorn, and more! I go to Blackhawk almost every Sunday while I wait to get into brunch, and it never disappoints! You can also stop by their key window and get copies of your key super quickly. I always recommend this spot to my friends and family! And definitely make it a point to stop by at Christmas - their trees and holiday decorations are STUNNING.

Marina Ivanov: Bird has a beautiful showroom with many options to choose from. Katy has been a pleasure to work with and is extremely knowledgeable on the products. The only thing that would make it better is if they shipped to your house. We ended up ordering so many different products that we spent a lot of time going back and forth to the store to pick up the orders.
Shane Pierson: Danielle was incredible to work with and they had an exceptional showroom with the higher end products we were looking for. Danielle helped us find some great options based on some of the styles and price point we had represented. They communicated well post purchase and all items were delivered on time and as expected. I will definitely order from them in the future.

Their showroom has an extensive selection of just about anything you'd need for a kitchen or bath renovation. Their collection of cabinet hardware is the best I've seen. Heather Harper: I did not have an appointment on my first visit and decided to pop in to just look around. After taking pictures of a couple things I liked for my new house build, I returned today to get pricing. As I entered the store, the receptionist was on the telephone and did not acknowledge my presence in any manner. As I listened to her call and stood directly in front of her, she was talking about a kid (maybe her kid or someone else's) possibly needing stitches. The call sounded completely personal and not once did she say "let me call you back bc I have a customer" or "hello, I'll be with you in one second". In my opinion, horrible first impression and customer service. I'd have to agree with the review above that this is a great place to look for ideas but perhaps find company and order elsewhere. It's a shame that I had such a horrible experience as we are building a substantially large house that I would have gladly bought many items from for had it seemed like they cared about their customer service.
Ellen Babb: I have been there 4 times and placed an order for my kitchen remodel. After buying almost $2000.00 of product through them I can't recommend their store. Showroom is a nice place to look around at ideas but that's the best thing I can say about the place.

VI G CARIBBEAN SOUNDS: Do not use Riding mower repair Bad experience with riding mower repair spent $500 on replacing deck first kept for about 2 months belt constantly breaks after claim it was fix waiting about a month cause repair guy said order new belt show up with several use belt trying to find right belt so let me know he never bought a new belt now not returning phone call so warning avoid doing repair work not dependable and charges lots of money and don't stand by work

Michael Bridgers: I needed some drawer slides for a very picky customer. The box stores are fine for 2x4’s and plywood, but if you need high quality this is the place to go. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Always happy with any product they have and don’t have to settle with the box store selection.

Rick Martin: I was happy to find a hardware store where the workers know their inventory and how to suggest the correct part. We need to support businesses like this because the Big Box stores don't have the knowledge or inventory or QUALITY parts.
efrain martinez: Great old school hardware store, I have worked with Jeff on things like custom signs, key duplicates and lock sets re keyed.He is knowledgeable, friendly and will go out of his way to help a customer regardless of the size of the sale.
Michael Cesar: I love old hardware stores like Potts. The accumulated knowledge and wisdom will never be found in the big blue box or the big orange box stores. I needed a specialty key cut and it was done quickly, at a most reasonable price and worked flawlessly. This is the store your dad hung out at and found what he needed plus answers to questions before google and you tube existed. This was back in the day when men fabricated parts and rebuilt things to keep them running instead of throwing them out to buy a new one or calling a repairman. Support local businesses like Potts and enjoy the people and the service while it’s still there.
