We won't feed them rawhides so it was great to see all sorts of other options and alternatives.There's a Himalayan Yak Cheese chew (yes, that's right) and it takes them each at least a half hour to go through it. Well, we didn't find those but we found other great stuff. Lots of toys, treats, foods. All very well stocked.Prices are okay. Not cheap but not outrageous.

This is where one of our very special pet's came from.My wife and I had the pleasure to meet our Chameleon LULU who lived to be close to 3 years old. She was sold healthy, well taken care of and the store's always gave us the support needed for anything. Lindsay Cunningham: My newborn son and I visited the store yesterday (11/12/22) and was greeted by two lovely employees who noticed I was carrying a car seat while looking for a large bag of dog food. They immediately came to help not just carry the bag but to make sure I choose the correct bag without any chicken. (Our dog is allergic to chicken.) He combed through bags of ingredients with me and carried the two bags to the register and the car. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and we love it! (Thank you again for your help, guys!)

I had to go to another store.I love to support local and it's a shame that I had to go to PetSmart because this store doesn't like cats.Edit: the reply I received on here is very polite but also totally hollow. The store has like 8 lanes of dog supplies and exactly 1 lane of cat supplies. This is a dog store. That's fine, but just admit it so that people with cats don't waste time visiting your store. Don't encourage me to waste time calling you about cat products that we both know you don't stock.

Well 2 weeks after I haven’t heard anything and I decided to message the owner through Indeed jobs 12/28/22 and still haven’t herd anything back from the owner. Since I waited so long for a response from the owner I missed the opportunity to pay some of my bills because my two weeks ended (from my previous job) the week I had the interview of 12/13/22… so I’ll be looking somewhere else for a better job… can’t staff your business is you deliver empty promises…

Second, I asked about one of their products, but they were not very knowledgeable on what they sell unfortunately. Thirdly, I asked to speak to a manager and the employee told me that she is busy at the moment. Never followed up with me about if she was going to come out a few minutes later. I was really hoping to support a local store in Charlotte, but was let down. I will not be back.

The woman working the store asked how my dog likes to play (he likes to swing toys around his head like the murderous little maniac that he is). She went around the corner and goes “oh he’ll like this one.” It was a 2 foot stuffed eggplant. It was $18 so figured, why not, let’s try it. Y’all. He will not put this thing down. I feel like I’ve been buying the wrong toys for years now. Love this place. Highly recommend.

Jamie Bernal: I've been here a few times. The selection of wet cat food is decent but usually messy and not completely stocked. The low rating is due to management/the company trying to scam me out of money. Common sense is not common here.
Golddslugz: I bought a small betta fish on 6/11/23 unfortunately it died on 6/19/23 so i called the store earlier in the day and spoke to the store manager Leo who advised me to come in for an exchange. I asked was it necessary to bring the dead fish in to exchange it. (Who wants to walk around with a dead fish) I told him I have a video he said it wouldn’t be necessary & said if i came in before 5 he would take care of it because he knows the situation but he would notify the other manager if i came in later.I came in this evening at 7pm. To do the exchange. After the transaction was complete and the cashier (a white lady with glasses) said that next time i need to bring the dead fish in. I told her that i spoke with the store manager and that i would not be walking around with a dead fish. I told her i have a video if she’d like to see it. It’s quite aggravating to think someone would be dishonest to get a 7.99 fish!!

Megan Elizabeth Katz: Took our dog Porter to the grooming salon, and paid an extra $15 for them to grind his nails. When my husband picked him up, they didn't mention any issues. When he got home, I checked his nails and his front paws weren't done at all. I called and asked, and they said it took 2 people to attempt his nails. I've had them done at the Rock Hill location and never had an issue, but fine. However, they still charged me $15 for the nail grind we obviously didn't receive, and if they had mentioned at pickup about the nail issue, then I wouldn't have paid for the extra service. I did speak with the manager, and he was nice and understanding, but I'm annoyed that I now have to travel back out to Pineville to get a refund when I never should have gotten charged in the first place.

The manager, Dan, was super helpful in assisting us with finding what we needed and matched competitor prices. This establishment has good customer service and the employees are always professional and polite when we come in.
