The noise level of the building is great considering how many of us live here, at least for our floor. The building runs smoothly as we harmoniously go on about our own way.

Love living at the Vue, it’s an experience like no other! Definitely recommend you check it out, great amenities and a welcoming community, there is always something going on at The Vue!

The Vue has great amenities that are unmatched. The coffee bar and sky lounge are especially great. Everyone is extremely courteous and friendly.

I love living here and the concierges are great. They help me when I had low blood sugar and Medic was slow to respond. They got me orange juice and brought it to my apartment.

Workout room needs updating Elevators not reliable. Sky lounge awesome!Pool needs to be heated an outdoor pool on 8th floor seems obvious. Steam room awesome lately, but sauna needs work. Creativity for events awesome, but 2-3 events for kids needed. Bouncy houses, Christmas & pool events, Ice cream face painting day. Sky lounge party, sports challenge etc. Concierge great, Leasing staff phenomenal. Cleaning garage needs work, Cameras need to work, cleaning crew 24/7 even if a skeleton crew after hours. Elevator cleaning more regularly, P1 absolutely fantastic. Rent hike from 2022-2023 in the future you will lose long term tenants & lose future tenants. The issues are out weighing amenities. A mortgage on a $1.2m house is less than a 3 bedroom here. Luxury is sliding down but it is currently the best in Charlotte. But if you do not find ways to increase & maintain amenities and luxury as the price increases this may be the beginning of a bad trend for decreasing occupancy. Rob Davis

Honestly love living at 550 - no complaints! The concierge is great, amenities are top notch and always easy to use, and parking is super easy in the garage.

Uptown 550 are modern apartments in a very good location. We lived here almost 2 years and never complained about the noise. Quiet and cultured neighbors, we always felt safe here. The management here is above all expectations. Ms. Kristy Vazquez is an extremely talented and helpful manager. She handles all matters on the spot with 100% success. She has never let us down. The work of the concierges is also at a very high level. Our favorite is Ms. Candice, who is a warm-hearted and very nice person. Helpful and always smiling. Also for owners of electric cars, a very big plus - the facility has 5 charging stations. Overall, I recommend this place because it is professional and really nice.

I really enjoy the barista bar and the rooftop bar. The events have also been really fun and interesting these past few months. I really wish that the barista bar was open 7 days a week.
