Kiara Harlow: I dropped in after my son broke his bike brake while at camp. The employees were so kind and helpful and didn’t even charge me for the repair! I’ll surely be back!
Raymond Cureton (Ray - Ray): At the service center, Chris, Roscoe & all the repairmen are top notch professionals! I'm rough on a bike but as they see me ( in my construction gear ) come to their establishment on a Weekly basis, I get the up most care from minor to major repairs along with courteous advice. The best in Charlotte.
Alex Soderfelt: Took my bike in a few weeks ago and Chris and Roscoe took great care of everything. It took a few tunes to get everything dialed, but they were dedicated to getting me back to riding smoothly. I cannot recommend them enough!

I brought them a bicycle I picked up from a thrift store, and Rosco gave it back to me seemingly as good as new, and explained all that it needed and what work he put into it for me, and then helped adjust it for my height. It's now such a pleasure to ride. Mari and Chris were then kind enough to spend over an hour with me answering all of my questions as a novice cyclist and going over some essential bicycle maintenance and safety tips. Really great service by skilled, knowledgeable awesome people.

I have had success around sales with Sam and Joe and technical assistance from Terry who was volunteering at the store (He runs a non-profit and is awesome). I want to express appreciation for Eric. He confidently identified and fixed a minor but concerning problem with my almost new Riese & Muller bike and explained some other areas to keep watch on and made adjustments for my being a heavier weight rider. Hollis Holden: I live in St Marys, GA and recently took delivery of an ebike, a Riese & Muller Homage, at the Charlotte store. While checking out my new bike, I observed how helpful Joe was with a couple who were new to ebikes and watched him send them off on a test ride. This store is located in a great area and Joe is a super nice person. You won't go wrong buying an ebike from Joe!!
Bob Mango: Have an e-bike that needs serviced? Interested in exploring what an e-bike could do for you? This is your store. I purchased a new e-bike in Atlanta a year ago, but moved to Greenville, SC. Unfortunately, the biking City of Greenville has very little in the way of resources to maintain and service my e-bike. (Disappointing) I found these guys online and was not disappointed. Terry took great care of me and change the brakes, bled the brakes, replaced a stretched chain, and did the basic maintenance my e-bike required after a year of ownership. Thanks Terry! The bike rides great.
George Stearns: I'm in the market for an e-bike ... as luck would have it, I've discovered eBike Central (Charlotte and Greensboro locations). These guys are awesome! Incredibly knowledgeable and very patient with someone in learning mode (like me) -- they carry some of the best e-bikes/brands available. Check 'em out!
