Michael: Complete waste of time place. They don’t allow people to pick their own time slots which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard if. Both visits we have taken our dog for a vaccine and both times they say they will do it at a different time. Will no longer use. Garbage.

While they have since passed, I have followed the establishment of this wonderful veterinary clinic and have recently brought cats to them. Every time, I am amazed by their promptness, sincerity, and ability to help in numerous ways!

This is not a place for you if you like to talk with the vet, one on one ( they do that if you book a vet appointment, but most appointments are tech appointments )Great and cheaper pricing for shots & annual visits. They have puppy packages & Pit Bull packages, just ask them :)**The staff here is not the warmest..BUT they work hard, quickly & are kind to the animals ( which matters more to me )

emma murdock: This place leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. I have never been to a vet clinic where you can’t go back with your dog and you can’t speak to the vet.We just recently got our puppy. When we brought her in for her first ever vet appointment at 3 months old we were hoping to go back with her since she’s just a baby and it’s her first ever appointment. We had some questions and concerns that we wanted to ask the vet.. we were told that we can’t go back because of Covid (guys it has been over 3 years ago get over it) and that we can not speak to the vet.. we decided on this clinic because the puppy package was a great deal. This appointment was for her first round of vaccines and a check up. We addressed our health concerns with her and were told the vet couldn’t answer them at this time and we needed to schedule another appointment.. we kept addressing our concerns about our puppy because we are paying to have her been seen and this is a checkup appointment as well.. we were playing telephone between a technician and the vet and the information kept delivering wrong. We were frustrated and hoped her next appointment would be better. At the front desk they scheduled us for her second round of shots and her second checkup. Yesterday we show up and were told they can’t see us because it’s too early for her second round of shots.. their employees automatically made this appointment for us and we took off work to take her.. they still took her back for her checkup and once again we addressed previous concerns and a new concern about her rib cage so we asked if we can speak to the vet this time since we couldn’t last time and the lady at the front desk said “ you’re not allowed to see or speak to the vet here”. I am PAYING you guys for my puppy to be seen by a vet and taken care of. Let’s just say we are looking at other clinics that actually care about the puppy and us as owners and not just the money

Ryan Burns: Friendly staff and generally no issues. Had to dock a star for the slight disorganization though. Brought one of my cats in for spay and microchip, filled out the microchip form and everything and they didn't put one in.

Merissa Tilley: I usually love this place, however, my pup is getting fixed today. They gave very vague information prior to the visit besides that they couldn’t eat after 12a. My pup gets trazadone prior to her visits, I didn’t want to give her any and then they sedate her and something happen. So I went to the door to let the staff know. This blond (short hair) older women proceeded to be very short and rude to me. Expressing me to wait in my car and that I should have given my dog her trazadone in a snarky tone, then shut the door on me.This is not the customer service they used to have.

Friendly and caring people working here, nice clean space and very affordable prices, much better than your private vet clinic, including low prices for medication.They are not taking advantage of you and trying to sell you extra or make an unnecessary appointments. Last time I brought my dog for dental consultation and they told me that his teeth are fine, and we should come back in 1-2 years.

Dr. Fernandez impressed me because of his knowledge and how well he conveyed his knowledge to me. When I got home I looked him up on-line and his education and where he went to school confirmed my first impression of him. He has a bright future ahead of him. I'm relieved that my dog is in good hands. I will also give 5 stars to the staff as everyone made us feel welcome.Thank you.

Ann Hodges Willoughby Miller: I really like Dr. Ivan, he is an effective communicator, gentle with our aging pet and also realistic about her needs. The staff was great with my toddler who was very excited to go to the cat doctor!

However, we noticed when Dr. Cooper retired, our neighbor moved on to a new vet.We stayed and observed as things went downhill. We tried to stick it out through a handful of negative experiences, but the treatment we received at our last visit crossed a line and we will also be taking the needs of our pet elsewhere.Take your pet somewhere that loves animals, not just money.

Steven Demaras: Since the departure of Dr. Cooper, this business has devolved from a place to provide exceptional and individualized service for pets/owners, to a place to extract fees for the equity owners of the practice. I will no longer be going back.

Jess: Every time we bring our cat in for treatment I'm always surprised at how great the whole experience is. The doctors and staff at St Francis clearly care and understand how stressful it is when a pet isn't feeling well - they're always so patient in answering questions and flexible in getting our pets seen as soon as possible.This practice is genuinely an asset to the area and is a gold standard for what veterinary care. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!

Mano Bella Artisan Foods: Best vet hospital in all town. I have 2 belgian Tervuren and I would not hand my puppy to nobody else. Doctor Cooper was great but Doctor K is not any less, and all the nurses and front desk just... amazing

Joanne Chunglo: I had used St. Francis Hospital for Animals and Dr. Cooper since 1997 and have always been extremely pleased with the staff and service and Dr. Cooper is one of a kind. Once Dr. Cooper retired, however, everything changed. Everything is about the almighty $$ -- that now comes first and not the care and well being of my two dogs. I have gone to a new vet and after being a client at St. Francis Hospital for Animals for over 25 years, I will never refer anyone to go there. Front staff service started going downhill after Ashley left. Dr. Cooper is the absolute best of the best. If he had not retired I would still be a client.......no more......no compassion......just want their money now...SUCH A SHAME!

mary Reid: I was apprehensive about trying a new vet here after my vet retired. However I liked Dr Ivan and feel comfortable that my pets are in good hands. He was very competent. Explained charges thoroughly and followed up to make sure my girl had improved as expected. I am very pleased.

Heather Moore: This place was amazing in their service with me. My sweet fur baby had to be put to sleep very unexpectedly and when I went to my vet Matthews animal clinic it was not far from closing time on a Friday. I was having my sweet baby cremated and this is the service they used for that I asked the vet how long it would take for them to come and get my baby and they weren't quite sure being it was almost closing time which of course I understand, but let me tell you they not only still came and picked my dog up he was ready for me to pick up the next morning early I was absolutely AMAZED at how quick they got my baby right back to me as I was already a mess having him back home so quick definitely helped me in my grieving in missing him. I would definitely recommend this place they have exceptional exceptional service!! Thank you so much for helping me so quickly with sweet Cooper.
