Tor White: The manager, Madison, was absolutely amazing! The shop is very welcoming, clean, and makes for beautiful pictures. Madison made sure we felt like family. It was one of the best experiences I've had at a bridal shop. We scheduled the appointment same day but you would have thought it was scheduled weeks in advance. As a "plus size" bride she made me feel as if I was in a shop that catered to plus size women. Honestly, they should have more plus size models displayed in their advertisements. Nevertheless, I rate my initial experience a 10 out of 10. I pray I'm just as happy with my experience come February because I said YES TO THE DRESS!

She was helpful and kind plus gave me a ton of really useful information. She picked a dress for me to try that was spot on and ended up being my dress! My family and I felt very comfortable and the store and dresses are diverse/gorgeous, definitely something for everyone. I went to a few stores after but ultimately went back because the others didn’t quite compare.

Faith Nicole: This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and it was such an amazing experience. I never thought that I’d get my dress at my first appointment but Madison took such great care of me and helped me find the perfect dress. Her customer service was top notch and she really put the time in to understand what I liked and what I was looking for. She never felt “pushy” or like she was trying to make me buy something but was able to guide me through finding that perfect dress. I’ve also been a little weight conscious lately so I’m forever grateful that Madison made me feel beautiful during my appointment while still coming off as genuine. I didn’t get the feeling like she just told me what I wanted to hear and that meant a lot. I’ll definitely recommend Winnie’s to my friends after my amazing experience and I can’t wait to wear my dress!

She came back and pinned a glittery tulle under my dress. That was it. That was what the dress needed! When I went to pick my dress up, Savannah was there. She was also amazing! She let me stand there in my dress for as long as I wanted! She also helped me pick out my earrings and a different veil. So so happy with Savvy and will be recommending them to anyone else in the Charlotte area!!

Emily Webb: On Tuesday afternoon I made an apt for Savy Bride for the next day Wednesday 12:45pm. I had planned to spend my Wednesday dress shopping to find the perfect dress. Wednesday morning I was able to find the YES dress at another bridal store before my Savy apt. I called Savy prior to my apt to let them know I had found the dress and to cancel my apt please. Unfortunately I was still charged the no show fee of $50. I called and asked them why I was still charged even though I had found my dress and they said it was policy. By this time it was 12:30 and I was in uptown Charlotte near the Savy store, I asked them if I could still come to my apt and shop around and be refunded the $50. I was informed that no even if I came to my apt that I was still going to be charged. My perfect day dress shopping quickly fell short because of this. I will not be returning.
Christina: Absolutely love the dress I got from here for my special day. The young lady that helped me find the perfect dress was great and the experience was amazing. However, I just wish they kept that same care after the purchase. I had some questions/concerns that I emailed and called about. Not one phone call or email response back. That’s disappointing when I choose to give someone my business for such an important purchase as this. Nevertheless everything ended up working out but still wish my concern was addressed

Darrien was fabulous and super helpful- She took my feedback and pulled amazing options, and also let me have fun with one or two wild cards. The store is incredibly clean, inviting, and relaxed. My group had a great time during my appointment. The online portal and look book is very helpful prior to the appointment but I loved that Darrien knew the store’s inventory enough to pull different dresses that I didn’t consider before. Kathleen Edwards: Terrible experience. The women in the store were unhelpful and dismissive. Any time I asked a question they would side-eye each other before they responded. I had to pay $20 to try on one dress that I didn’t buy. I was there for 15 minutes and it was the worst part of my day.

When we showed up for the appointment, I couldn’t decide what colors I wanted my beautiful ladies to be in and they were able to help me narrow down and stay in the theme of my wedding. I had several bridesmaids with me for the appointment and the staff was so sweet and professional. They were able to measure all my girls and let them try on so many different styles. They all found a dress that day which made one stress free happy bride! I would definitely mention them to anyone getting married.

Tara Keil: Take a look at the actual measurements of your dress before ordering—They generally advise people 5’8” or taller to order extra length, however, my dress was significantly too long when I ordered it with extra length. (I’m 5’8”.) That being said, the customer service was excellent and they refunded what I paid for the extra length and have taken the feedback to improve their processes. The dress is also very high-quality!
Kellie B: HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I would advise you to never come here. My sister and I received two different days for our dresses to come we both ordered at the same time. Hers ended up coming ahead of mine, when mine finally arrived a week later 16 days after it was supposed to arrive they offered my nothing off my dress. All they said they would do is pay for alterations which I didn’t really need and couldn’t do because I didn’t have time nor would my dress be ready in time. They didn’t really seem apologetic nor care I would never come here again not even for my own wedding.

At our first appointment Carly helped me pick a color / style dress for my bridesmaids and was kind as well as attentive during the whole process. Then, I decided to add two girls to the bridal party TWO months before my wedding. Carly again came to the rescue - they were able to measure both girls and pull from their stock the same color / designer so my girls would have them in time for the wedding.I have nothing but glowing reviews for Bella Bridesmaid in Charlotte!
Ciera Ingram: What we asked for vs what we received. My bridesmaid is petite and normally wears a size 6 in a dress. We asked for the same size dress she tried on in store. They sent us a 12. This looks like a totally different dress. I’m not upset about the mistake that they made, because we are all human. My anger comes from the fact that they refuse to take ownership. They obviously ordered the wrong size dress or mixed up her measurements. The least they could do is have the dress altered at their expense. Especially since this dress cost us $250. If you’re curvy don’t shop here. They “recommend” a dress 2-3 sizes too big. Whether you agree or not!

My mom’s dress was during the Princess Diana puff sleeve wedding dress era. For my sister, Marta removed the puff sleeves and turned the top of the dress into a gorgeous, intricately detailed halter. My sister wanted a princess-style full skirt and I wanted a fit and flare and she was able to attain both looks for us. The dress has a cathedral train that she was able to bustle beautifully with just one button. She is truly an magician. Don’t look anywhere else. She listens to your vision and is straightforward about what is realistic given the fabric, while doing everything in her power to give you the look you’re after. She even ordered the exact lace so that the sleeves matched seamlessly. I felt like a total princess on my big day. It was difficult because we were dealing with Covid and shipping issues but she worked through the struggles and everything worked out perfectly.

Franchesca Vazquez: Poor customer service by employee that was working on 02/06/2022. She put a sign up that said "would be back in 10 minutes", we left, went to another establishment for about 30 Mims. Came back and still the sign was up, she was sitting in the back turns and said look at the sign. We left came back after 15 more minutes, the sign was still in the door. As the woman approached the register she turned a sign anouncing no drinks or food with an attitud as she see we are holding cups, she comes up to the door with an attitude and said she was taking 10 minutes 😒 I explained it had passed over 30 minutes and she said "well I was addressing an emergency", which is cool but can't your sign provide proper information to the clients? She turned and made a comment which I asked if she said anything i needed to hear? She repeated "I was addressing an emergency" and I told her okay just don't provide missed information to the customers and go handle your business!!! To remind you the store opened at 12 we arrived at 2:45pm waited until 3:30ish to have her nasty attitude 😒 very bad business she brings to this location, should not be working in the CS business.* Update to your unprofessional response.I don't know who are you referring to about trying to brake in the door or store! We saw someone sitting on the back and opened the unlocked door with the sign! I never made any harassing comment or approache.. you are definitely a bad Business for South Park, very rude, unprofessional and lacking customers service skills. If you are the owner I am so sorry for your employees if you have any. Also my "group" was my mother, my 2 young daughters and myself, talk about buisness laws when you Become a Real Business PROFESSIONAL person!
Natasha Torres: Bad costumer service. Went on a Sunday, and there was a sign up saying “will be back in 10” stood there for a while and no one would come. Other than me, there was more people waiting for the place to open. Lady had a bad attitude saying she had and emergency. Understood, however, should’ve made a sign with the appropriate information on. Also, if she was “throwing up” as explained, she shouldn’t even been working with all the craziness going on! Either way, once we got in, there was not a lot of options. I’ll just recommend better costumer service with friendly faces and apologetic… and more variety for prom dresses. Thank you.Edit: When we first tried to come to the store the door was open, went to Starbucks and came back and door was locked. After all, she replies back with lies and we will definitely take legal action. See you again soon.
