Cullen Kelleher: Had a driver fitting with Conor Bulger and it was great. Helped me walk through multiple clubs and was knowledgeable about all of the data related to each swing. Super helpful and didnt feel rushed or pressured. Got the perfect club for me.
Gage Taylor: Went into this golf galaxy after having a bad fitting experience at a different golf store and I have to tell y’all.. SCOTT IS THE MAN! Saw me swing a few times and almost instantly had me testing multiple options to find the right one while the other place was pushing me to buy one I didn’t need after all. He’s the best in the business and this golf galaxy definitely gives you the attention you need. This will be my forever home for a golf store
Han Ton: So i had $40 in my reward pts, I got my driver re-gripped about $16. The cashier, Scott I, told me if I used my rewards to pay, they would wipe out the total amount of $40 even though I only needed $16. He told me that's GG policy, which I think it's ridiculous and unfair to customers. Customers are forced to used all rewards at once, and so, I ended up to buy a hat to use up all my rewards. I'm a loyal long time customer, but I'm not coming back to this store anymore. There's a PGA Superstore 5 times bigger next door. Good luck GG!
Harrison Reeves: These people are an absolute joke. Do not understand customer service at all and will lie to your face. Don’t waste your time. Just go next door to the PGA SUPERSTORE. This business is awful
Jim Claire: This store is always over priced and rarely has anything on sale. I'm tired of paying 49.99 for balls.

Thomas Klecker: I scheduled an iron fitting with Golf Galaxy and was assigned an instructor named Sean to go through the process of analyzing my swing and then suggestion clubs that best matched my swing and game. Sean was very patient and knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we both agreed to the clubs we selected!! I not only purchased the clubs Sean and I agreed to that best fit my game but also scheduled a Driver fitting with him the following week!! No matter your handicap or golf game Sean really does a good job for any talent level!!!
Russell M: Terrible customer service, zero customer service. Came in to buy the g425 driver. First thing out of their mouth is if I try it I need to pay for a fitting. Guy left, no questions answered no insight given. Had to ask the cashier for the head cover and took after purchase. Go to the store in Pineville they are on point!

Andre F: Wealth of knowledge within these four walls. A place trusted by a former US open Champ & LIV winner. The guys in the shop are great conversationalist… go here when you have nowhere to be and all day to get there!
Tucker Campion: If you’re going to some other corporate place like Golf, Galaxy or PGA Superstore for your golf clubs needs (like re-gripping or re-shafting) then you’re missing out on the best golf shop in the Charlotte area by far in my opinion. The crew down at this store is super affordable super friendly, and, super efficient when it comes to golf clubs. I highly recommend them!

Dave Bowles: What a treasure here, John's expertise and demeanor especially when he's slammed and got tons of club work to get done(everyone is busy) still has time to go over your enquiry, always ready to do a small job like on 3 occasions I needed a grip replaced and bang I was unhanded of my club and the new grip was on in a few... so different from the big box stores and it's no supposed to be and that's the magic... IT'S CLUBS...and John knows how to do it all and there's some big names sticks that John has a hand on so don't be hesitant about where to get the best and honest assessment of your club needs...
Blake Anker: This is by far the best golf shop in the Carolinas and maybe the world. Everyone is incredibly nice and just fun to be around. They charge beyond fair prices and mainly just want to help. If you are thinking about getting new clubs, adjusting your own, getting a fitting, or anything golf related, make sure to stop by and see them.
