Hazel Lee: Worse beauty store I’ve ever been to. The lady/owner was rude. She was constantly yelling at her kids who I’m guessing work there 🤔. She seemed frustrated which Is fine but don’t have an attitude with your customers, don’t try to act like the customers don’t know what they’re talking about. I overheard her talking to someone exaggerating a price for a simple wig. Every 2 steps I was being asked if I needed help looking for anything even though with all respect I was just trying to look for myself peacefully. Her kids were constantly running up and down the aisles bumping into people, following people, etc. it made me feel hella uncomfortable.If she’s frustrated because she doesn’t have the proper staff then maybe she should hire someone who’s not 13-15 years old. It was almost annoying.

Myra Thomas: So disappointing they won’t let you try on wigs here as of the date is the posting 7/14/2023! I went to Ann’s Beauty after I left here with nothing and spent 400.00. The receipt I have attached is to show I went elsewhere where I wasn’t treated like a criminal but a human being who works hard! Tisun, you gave Ann’s Beauty the last 5 wig purchases. See photo for proof with time stamp.I went in to Tisun and politely asked why they are still doing this. No one is wearing masks. It is a travesty to African American women to spend hundreds of dollars to not be able to try on wigs. Where else would that be acceptable? We can try on clothing at goodwill but they won’t let us try on $300 to $500+ wigs as of July 14 2023. And if they don’t fit you can’t return them. It is a slap in the face and so sad. I have spent thousands but am no longer a customer. I encourage women to not just accept this behavior. It’s wrong on so many levels. I’ve been shopping at Ann’s Beauty because they happly allow for trying on very expensive products. Please don’t let them take your money and you walked away not knowing if it will fit. No where else treats is customers this way. I kindly ask the owners to show love and respect to us by removing this policy.

Neisha T: I will never recommend this place! I needed a last minute wig and went here to get one. I decided on a 30 inch 360 beach curl human hair wig for $319. I could’ve got the same wig cheaper online but like I said it was last minute. Red flag #1 it was multiple wigs there with shorter length but was more expensive than the 1 I got. Thinking I’m getting a deal I went with the longer length, better price. Only to my surprise the wig was not 360 as advertised red flag #2. The wig was on the mannequin so I didn’t check the back and again like I said I was in a rush. Don’t get me wrong the hair was great quality but you can get the same quality for cheaper and for them to advertise it as 360 to make it seem like thats why the price was higher than normal is beyond to me. 🗣️I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I’ll just stick to online from now on.
