Sherry Howell: I have been going to Dilworth Car Wash for close to 15 years. The experience under the old owners was always pleasant and the job was thorough.I have not had one good experience under the new management.I bought the unlimited package back in April 2023. Each visit there was an issue and I left having to finish cleaning my car.The last experience was having my gear shift slider broken by one of the guys. I was told they would pay to repair it and the owner would call me the next day.That never happened. I ended up calling the owner and he seemed unaware of the situation. I gave him time to respond but still had to reach out to him.I was very honest and fair with him in my ask after I bought the part and replaced myself. After texting and calling, I have not heard back.The poor communication from him coupled with the poor work from their staff is leading me to take my business elsewhere.Services:Auto detailing,Auto interior vacuuming

Stephen Mull: I’ve been coming here since 2012. I have loved this place. However, the new ownership is doing awful with it. The team they have in place has work ethic or understanding of customer service. They’re standing around half the time and they’re not cleaning the cars very well. It’s a shame, because this used to be the best car wash in charlotte, by far.
Justin Treml: For a small local place, I would have expected a bit better than a standard gas station drive though car wash since this is full service. They missed so many water spots. One employee “tat is from the side view mirrors”. Yes - but what about the large ants of water elsewhere. They didn’t dry the roof. Also, they left many parts either not wiped completely, or smudged. Then closed all the doors with their hands leaving me with their finger prints all over a “freshly cleaned car”. The lack of over all attention to detail and they all kept running back to sit back down and not work. I got my floor mats pressure washed and they put them back in top of the carpet wet. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. You are better off going to a chain or a gas station car wash.
Audrey Sheppard: Inside of the car was still dirty. Dust on the dashboard, inside windows weren't wiped down, rear view mirror still dirty, console not cleaned... I'm not 100% sure what they cleaned on the inside. It looked the same, except the rubber floor mats were wet (I'm guessing they sprayed those with a hose and put them back in the car).Paid $40 to essentially drive through an automated car wash and let people... look inside the car after?
Kaitlin Pauley: I have been coming here for over 5 years and have always had an incredible experience. This is my first time coming back after what seems to be new ownership. I payed over $50 for the most expensive wash/interior cleaning including tip. Once I got through the carwash, the workers, who were all under the age of 18, were still just sitting around a table hanging out. I did not see an adult to guide them the entire time I was there. They did not direct me where to go until I asked them to. They then had to ask me which service I got and didn’t seem to understand what it included. In a total of 5 minutes they “cleaned” my car while still somehow managing to move as slow as possible. They did not clean the inside of a single window or dry off any of the left over water from the wash. My windshield is somehow dirtier than it was before I went with fingerprints and smudges all over it. I had to ask them multiple times to do standard things like cleaning my rubber mats, adding an air freshener, wiping down the water droplets, etc. I don’t like feeling annoying so I finally gave up and just went home with a still half dirty car. I’m very disappointed because I always enjoyed my past experiences. Hopefully the new managment can turn things around.

Patrick Barry: Sean did an amazing job polishing up and waxing my Porsche. I initially took it to him as it was scratched and had a lot of swirl marks from the previous owner. The car is also black which is notoriously difficult to make look right and now it looks perfect. It’s also worth noting that Sean was always perfectly on time and communicated well throughout the process. Convenient Uptown location. Great experience , I’ll be back for ceramic coating soon.

R R: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I literally just came through the car wash and I wasn’t even vacuuming for three minutes before they turned off the vacuums. I spoke with Jordi the assistant manager, and he said vacuums cut off at 8 o’clock. I informed him I should have been notified that when I came through the car wash, as he admitted he should have he still refused to allow me even 2 mins to vacuum my car and and seemed to care less as he stated this isn’t his first time. Now As I pay a monthly fee because of its convenience I am disappointed, and will refuse to continue to give my money to a company that would basically steal someone’s money, as there was all so a gentleman beside me that had paid and wanted his money back as he was dealing with the same issue and the assistant manager refused.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Lauren Kassab: DO NOT PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION!! I was charged for MONTHS without consent despite cancelling my membership twice. When I contacted customer service, Shannen not only was completely unsympathetic towards the situation where I was being charged illegally by their company, but also promised a refund for many months prior that was never issued with no follow-up. She has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional. So disappointed as I previously loved the service years ago.

Frederick Hall: Decent car wash. Typical experience for an automatic car wash. Leaves dirt in crevices and a long trim that we had to wash clean, but most automatic car washes do. Wasn't busy when we got there, but definitely picked up as we left. Cars were waiting for open spaces to use the vacuums.

I had THE BEST customer service experience at this Auto Bell location yesterday and couldn't not write a positive review. The gentleman that took care of my car went above and beyond making sure that my needs were met. I had specific requests for my vehicle and he didn't make it seem like I was being a burden or nuisance. I think he goes by the name Aamon Fall possibly? If you go, make sure you ask for him!
No complaints. A little busy when I was there, but I didn't have to wait long for just a quick wash. Staff was professional a very courteous. Inside and out the establishment was pretty clean.
I have the monthly membership for having my car cleaned inside and out! I love going to this establishment. Starting at $25 a month you can get your car washed everyday as many times a day! It's a great idea for Uber and Lyft drivers!

It is clear that the employees at this location do not care about the car they are “wiping up” because they don’t wash it by any means. When they wipe up/dry off they take so much time and don’t actually look at what they are doing so my cars end up filthy (see pics). I should not pay $52 for a wash and have a car come out as my jeep did. The wipe up guys move slowly, don’t treat a car as their own, and definitely do not represent a business called a car wash.Now the James Island location in Charleston is amazing. Employees care, move swiftly, and I never have to do a walk around to double check. That place should receive accolades as the South Park location should get a lesson in what it means to get a car wash. Or maybe find employees that actually want to work as opposed to have a job where they get to clean their cars for free.Sorry AutoBell, this review is after multiple washes after 3 years. Service never got better than poor to mediocre.The pictures are literally 10 minutes after I left after waiting 25 minutes for the wash. I’m really grateful for the experience every time and my car leaves clean and spotless!I tried another one on independence and my car wasn’t as clean, there were bugs flying around the area while trying to vacuum and it was awful! Never going to another car wash! This is the best one! Small but mighty place!!!
TJ: Galleria Express Car Wash did an awesome job on my daughter's SUV that had a ton of tree sap on it. When it came out it was like a new ride. I took my SUV today even with a chance of rain....and it looks amazing as well....this is our go to spot from now on and not Autobell.

System scans my license plate and lets me in any time! And, having a larger truck, it is nice to have an automated wash that fits the width of my vehicle!!! :-)

Rick Mclemore: I'm going to have to rethink what a good car wash is after this visit .. it was the best experience of all . You have choices of brushless or hands on and brush machine which of the two does the best job .. But if you don't want the brushes touching your car, the brushless does a very good job . I use both machines and was very satisfied with both ..I hate to write this review because of the added business it might generate and love the in and out car wash and no waiting but it's only fair ..

DeVVie: I drive to the other side of town just to go to this car wash. Great location, clean, and gets the job down for about $20. Staff is friendly and the laser works perfect for me. Sometimes the laser is down but they have another side you can use.
