Lindsey Long: Cannot recommend Clay and Jacuzzi Hot Tubs Charlotte enough. We walked in on a whim and had exceptional customer service, with no pressure to make a quick decision or purchase. We ended up purchasing a pool that day and the timing was right because it was able to be delivered within a week, and it will be installed next week with plenty of time for swimming left in the season. We will definitely go back for all of our pool needs.
Josette Goings: I have had a damaged umbrella that's still under warranty for over 6 months now. Have called, referred to a vendor, the vendor referred me back to the parent company. Sent emails multiple times, someone was finally sent out and that was it.....a month ago...still a damaged umbrella. Nothing. Poor management.
Stephen Taylor: EXCELLENT! EXCEPTIONAL! EFFICIENT! Those are my descriptions of JACUZZI HOT TUBS CHARLOTTE. Just bought a J-335 for my wife’s 60th birthday! She loves it! The quality and appearance of the Jacuzzi is excellent, exceeding my expectations (and they were high)! I received exceptional service. Clay, Dirk, and the staff answered all my questions, gave me a great deal, and did everything they said. Also, the delivery team arrived as scheduled and were skillful and efficient in placing the J-335 on our elevated back porch deck.

We got everything installed within 3 weeks and it went seamlessly. From the gentleman who delivered our pool to the company that installed it we had a great experience. I even went back after the pool was installed with a million questions and Clay answerd every single one with a smile on his face. He calmed my fears of the upkeep of our pool and laid it out in the most simple way so that I could understand. Lauren Takes: Great value! Low pressure sales team! Super friendly install guys! We had a small leak day one (normal due to transportation). They sent out a service guy within the hour. He was able to get the issue resolved quickly and we were in our new spa that night! I honestly can't say enough good things about this place and their team! We will definitely purchase here in the future.

Marty Barbee: I purchased a Hayward robotic pool cleaner about a year and a half ago from this place. It developed a problem and I took it back for warranty service. Clay, the manager took extraordinary steps to get it repaired in a timely fashion and when he learned that the parts were back ordered, he gave me a brand new unit. I will be buying all my pool supplies here from now on. Service after the sale is rare now but we certainly got first class service here. Thanks again Clay!

Nicholas Saffioti: Called around a few places, wanted a hot tub and wanted one quickly. Was in between a few models and interested in some promotions they had. Dirk was able to help me find the right fit, and was able to make the turnaround in the timeframe I was looking for. The installed was a little shaky. I’m not really sure who schedules the deliveries actually talks to the driver. The timeframe given and when it actually got delivered were not close. The driver was apologetic and explained the time given was not even the correct time frame. Also still waiting on the clips for the hot tub cover. From reading a few online reviews that seems to be a reoccurring theme. Still giving a 5 start even though it didn’t go without some hiccups. It was an impulse purchase, and a very quick turn around. I’m hopeful the clips get installed, and they fix the side panel that is currently miss aligned. Dirk was great to work with, very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. If you’re looking for a hot tub give him a chance.
Todd Burks: I've had the privilege and pleasure of knowing the family that started Gary Pools many many decades ago.I have purchased a total of 3 spa's from them over the past 15 Years.Quite honestly, if you want to be a part of & experience the best SPA & JUCUZZI purchase NOT buying a Jacuzzi spa from Gary pools in Buffalo NY or in Charlotte NC would be unwise.After buying my 3rd "Jacuzzi J-375" I was waiting for some parts to swap out and my main man Nick drove down with the necessary parts and gave me white glove service.The manager in Charlotte CLAY and his team are 2nd to none. Buying a spa is transactional the service and how the people treat you is what you can't put a price on THATVLAST A LIFETIME. I should know I have bought 3 of them. See Attached Pictures. HD28girl: Warning - there is a major, dangerous design flaw in Tropitone Kenzo outdoor furniture! On both our loveseat and swivel chair, after only minimal and reasonably gentle use for only a couple of seasons, a bolt holding the seats broke in half, sending sharp metal flying across our porch. Fortunately, the first time it happened, it missed hitting our daughter's face. She could've been severely injured if it had hit her. Oasis was responsive the first time this happened and they worked with Tropitone to replace the loveseat, but with a $150 shipping fee. When the new loveseat eventually arrived, it was apparent Tropitone realized there was a problem because the design had been modified, with extra aluminum support under the bolts. The following season, it happened with my husband in our swivel rocker, the sharp end of a bolt slamming against our porch screen. (Note- we are all relatively thin people, so not a weight issue.) We contacted Oasis again who informed us Tropitone would replace the chair but was requiring a ridiculous $400 "shipping fee." We could buy an entirely new chair frame for that amount! So, in actuality, Tropitone doesn't truly stand behind its warranty. In our opinion, this furniture with the original design and/or weak bolts should be recalled and at the least, replace broken furniture for no charge to the customer. There is also a very loud, unfixable squeak that developed in our rocker within the first few months of use. Very disappointed.

John McGrath: Bought a South Seas Spa at Oasis Outdoor that was delivered about 3 months ago. Sales team was excellent with no pressure and answered our numerous questions graciously. Spa was delivered and set up with no issues at all (delivered to backyard, hooked up, filled and initial chemicals added). Since delivery the store has answered all our chemical treatment questions and when I had an issue with the tub sent a tech the very next day. There are lots of hot tub stores around Charlotte but I really recommend Oasis. This store stands behind there product and have their own employees to install and service the tubs (instead of sub contacting). Great service all around and super friendly staff.They become Peppermint Forest around the holidays and we were so impressed with the service we bought a Christmas tree from them as well!
Judy Cisco: After much research, we purchased a Pelican Bay by Artesian spa 10 years ago. The buying experience was seamless. Mike is very knowledgeable and the store stands behind their sales. Anytime we have had an issue, they are quick to respond, and repairs are done quickly. If you are in the market for a spa, look no more and go to the professionals. You won't be disappointed!

Eric Shultz: AMAZING SERVICE! From the day I began shopping for a spa, which was 2 years ago, Oasis employees in Charlotte, NC have been great to work with. The sales representative was informative, friendly and not overly pushy as some other locations were. They delivered the spa timely and even set everything up with a tutorial of spa care. I went back multiple times to ask questions and had water tested to make sure everything was going well and the store employees were still extremely friendly and helpful. I recently had an issue with a part and fortunately it was covered by warranty. They came out to my home within 24 hours and replaced the part free of charge without any hassle at all! I would most definitely recommend Oasis Outdoor to anyone in the market for a pool, spa or anything else they provide outdoor related. Thanks again for the continued great customer service!

Allen Spain Jr: We had the most terrible experience at this location. My family was in the market for nice patio furniture- and went into Oasis Pools during their 20% off sale (they are a bit pricey at full price) earlier in the spring. However, after calling to confirm they had the furniture we wanted (the sale was for in-stock items, and they confirmed they had all items in stock), we went in to find that they did NOT have the loveseat in stock and would not order it and honor the sale price. When asked about this, the sales lady actually said to us "Well, obviously you and us are not a good fit, so it's just best if we part ways." I was dumbfounded that she actually said this. She never offered to ask the management what she could do to help us, and she didn't even act a little apologetic that our family wasted an hours drive (Two different occasions) and were misinformed by her that they had what we needed in stock. She basically let us leave over a $200 discount on a potential $2000 sale without as much as a blink of an eye. I would highly recommend that you use another competitor, such as Home South, who have associates who are helpful and go above and beyond to serve- rather than this location who are snobby and turn away business.
