Nick Ligon: Terrible Order Support.Purchased a desk and a chair on the IKEA website for in-store pickup the same day. They said it would be ready between 3-4pm. Get to the store, the order has been moved to the 8-9 window and the online-order representative at the store said even that was unlikely with how slow the order collections had been.He said to cancel my online order and pick up the items myself; which I did. Went on the app and IKEA would not let me cancel the order. Then got to checkout and the lady there said "oh the order will cancel automatically if not picked up by the end of the day." Next day came, no cancellation and no refund.Go back online and the option to cancel the order is not available. Call customer service. They cancel the order and say it will be refunded in about 14 business days.It is Absolutely ridiculous nowadays to have to wait 2 weeks to get refunded on an order they never fulfilled when they said and couldn't cancel properly like any other normal large-scale retailer.Garbage company that needs some work at the top.

Chiranjeevi Gowda: Mixed Experience at Ikea - Good Deals but Lackluster Customer ServiceOur recent visit to Ikea on 7th and 8th of July left us with mixed feelings. While we found some great deals on items and enjoyed the food at the restaurant, there were some notable negatives that impacted our overall experience.On the positive side, we were pleased with the quality of the items we purchased, and some of them had excellent deals that made our visit worthwhile. The restaurant also impressed us with its good food offerings, providing a pleasant break during our shopping experience. Additionally, the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always appreciated.Unfortunately, the main downside was the lack of attentive staff near the sections to assist customers. On the afternoon of 7th July, we observed the staff gathering and chatting with each other in one corner, seemingly disinterested in providing help or guidance. It made it challenging to seek assistance when we had questions or needed advice regarding the items.One particularly frustrating incident occurred at the lady's billing counter in the sale tent. She seemed indifferent and failed to greet us properly. When we asked her to look up my wife's rewards number, she didn't take it down accurately, leading to confusion. It took numerous attempts to convey the number correctly as there appeared to be a miscommunication or possible hearing issues on her end.While we understand that human errors happen, it was disappointing that the lack of attention and the communication difficulties affected our interaction. We hope that Ikea addresses these areas of improvement to enhance the customer experience and ensure better service in the future.Overall, despite the negatives we encountered, we still appreciate the good deals, quality items, and clean facilities at Ikea. However, we believe that focusing on improving customer service and ensuring better communication between staff members will greatly enhance the overall experience for visitors.
Jessica: Café was great! The staff was friendly and food delicious. Although the store was busy, navigation wasn't stressful. My only qualm was at checkout. The Express Lane attendant was helping my fiancé and I with my new Projekt card. They had no prior training on Ikea card usages and called for a manager, that never showed up. They were overwhelmed however eventually figured it out on their own. They stayed patient and did a great job. However, where was management??

I did order my item online but when we nearly got the end of building the chest of drawers, we realized we were given 18 of one type of screw and missing the correct ones. We drove a little out of our way to go to our nearest Ikea but we were very blessed to be helped by Z. She was not only helpful but courteous and polite. She went above and beyond what would have been expected of someone working in customer service. I'm happy to say that even though this was my first time shopping from Ikea, the missing screws situation did not put me off and more so, because of Z 😊

Lots of quality products and some not so good quality, but hey, nobody is perfect. Coming from Sweden 🇸🇪 Ikea has a special place in my heart. Just give it a try, and you will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend that feature/service if you have kids or are short on time. We got all our boxes/parts/rods/etc., and in less than 5 mins we were on our way.

Allison helped me pull everything I needed and the staff outside loaded it all in the truck for me. Kindness is a great thing and so touched they were willing to help me so easily.

Hope Hightower: We had a great experience at Nadeau. We stopped in looking for a dining room table. We found several that we liked- all with great prices. We had a lot of questions and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We bought the table yesterday and picked it up today. We are really happy with it. We will definitely shop there again.

A Floyd: Visited pre-covid: I thought this place had some really unique items. Prices are higher, probably in accord with the unique pieces. However no employees addressed us. That was very off-putting. If I'm going to spend more on a piece, the service should go along with that. 3 employees passed by us at different times and walked right by us. Maybe this is normal? Not sure. But was sad because they do really have some nice pieces.

Austin Marcantel: The furniture came in and was not the same color as the piece in the showroom. The manager made every effort to help remedy the issue. I'd recommend looking at things without all the lights. Most people's homes aren't as bright as the showroom.

He went above and beyond to assist us with our recent purchase. We had been in the store earlier the same day to make a repeat mattress purchase and received excellent service from Tariq Sterling. We called the store after our visit to request to purchase some add'l furniture. In order to benefit for the same payment terms...from earlier purchase, we had to conduct our purchase with Lem over the phone and text all while we were moving. Lem actually drive the paperwork to us to sign to ensure the transaction would be processed on time. Great! great!

Scott Jarnagin: The actual furniture I got is nice. Bought a bed and matching dresser, another bed with matching nightstands and dresser, and a couch. The biggest issue is that they said 2-4 weeks for delivery. The 2 nightstands and dresser with my master room set are still not here 3 months later, and they say it may be another month. My sales rep quit the week after I purchased things, and I've had to be the one calling to get updates as opposed to them reaching out to me. They haven't offered anything to help rectify the situation, just "well it's on backorder and we don't know exactly when it will get here."
